How to DEAL with the next generation

I like to quote [music] Socrates where he talks about the younger generation, how terrible they are and how they gobble their food and they're they're they're disrespectful. This has been going on forever where the older generation's complaining about the younger generation and how things [music] are different and nothing's the same and it isn't it's all different. It's constantly changing. That's what it is. So it's really just a question of of >> [music] >> adjusting I think the volume or the intensity. I'm going to sort of say managing and I'm going to say it's the same thing. It's like holding a bird in your hand. You hold it too tight [music] you crush it. You hold it too loose and it flies away. And the question is just what's too tight and what's [music] too loose and I think that keeps changing.
