Don't be scared to be a HYPOCRITE

You also have to be kind to yourself. And although there are boundaries, it's always worth asking a shout out and to understand that in all aspects of life that there might be [music] felos or your or whatever you want to call it person might let their guard down. You can't always be perfect in life. You have to try your best, but to giving yourself the grace and the kindness to say that okay, you know, get back on the horse when you can. I think other musicians do struggle >> because once they make a mistake, it compounds and you >> 100% the gets in there and makes you feel like garbage. >> It's not just musicians, it's everyone. A masher of mine once said, "Don't be scared to be a hypocrite." The Aid of Horror wants to make you feel like that's a terrible thing, but don't be scared if you mess up in life and you feel like trying to get back to the level you're at before is hypocrisy.
