today as you're watching things unfold is it hard to feel that you're not having access to the same intelligence the same briefings do you question they should do that differently I wish I were there I wish I was able to give them this advice or to be this sounding board or to tell them to think about doing that differently so I think that there's uh a very prevalent feeling amongst all Israelis that they want to do something more and those that are serving those that are in Gaza those that are serving up north and elsewhere obviously are are paying a personal price they've left their jobs they've left their families but every Israeli that I know every home looks for ways to contribute during a period like this and I'm no diff different from that perspective obviously having come out of the governmental system out of Politics the desire to impact on that level is definitely there and I'm trying to find my way to have an impact even though I'm not in the office anymore
