THE CHABURAH: Tomer Devorah Chapter 5 - Providing for the Poor ; Yesod and Malchus -

Okay, dear friends. So, since the permutation of Elul is in the Pasuk of Tzedakah, so therefore there's a special Inyan of giving Tzedakah in Chodesh Elul. Okay. The analogy is we should accord ourselves with the Sefirah of Yesod and Malkhus which are poor because they don't have Shefa except for what comes to them from above. Especially in the Galus. And you need to give Yesod and Malchut Maaser Ani to raise up Malchut which is called Maaser to Yesod which is called Ani. And if you tie it to Tiferet you're giving from the Maaser to the gear. And that is the fourth uh example of tzedakah. So, the first one was when uh the baby was born and how that's relevant to the sefirot. The second one was circumcision. The third one was bikur cholim.
