winter and winter is such a beautiful time it's one of the four seasons and in some countries the winter is snowy and cold like where I live so I have to make sure I dress really warm hey you know d'vorah I noticed you're not really dressed warm at all you're not wearing a hat or gloves or coat I wonder how bees stay warm in the winter I'll have to remember to ask cougle that question later well you know we're enjoying this beautiful weather d'vorah I'm just going to enjoy walking and enjoying the scenery what do you want to do sure you go build your Snowman d'vorah and I'll continue my stay warm in the winter by huddling together in a cluster they vibrate their wings and make heat for each other they all go close together around the queen to make sure everyone is warm honeybees also eat the honey that they worked so hard all summer making wow that's amazing Hashem made it that the bees stay really close together and keep their bodies and wings moving to create warmth for each other those bees really do work as a team I think you and me could do the same thing with our friends maybe not flap our wings but when we spend time together and we help each other out there's nothing we can't do incredible wow that's amazing you know it's so wonderful to live in a place where there's snow but I feel bad because people in Eric Israel they never get any snow actually Rabbi B the people in erel do get snow really okay coule can you show me some pictures of times that it snowed in erit Isel sure here is a picture of the coel with snow fascinating wow there sure is snow in a sure to dress warm you know Hashem is truly amazing Hashem is in control of every single thing in our world including the weather each snowflake that falls was created by Hashem on purpose wow and did you know that no two snowflakes look alike well today I'm going to teach you a really easy and fun snowflake craft and you're going to make your very own snowflake patterns wow all you need are some very simple things a pencil a pair of scissors and a piece of paper that's it the first thing we're going to do is we're going to take our piece of paper and fold a triangle as far as we can get it on the paper and push down the sides of that triangle and now that we made that triangle down we can cut off the extra piece of paper the extra rectangle that's on the the side sticking out we don't need that piece anymore now that we have our triangle we're going to fold another triangle fold it in half and and make sure to push down that edge great now take that triangle and put it upside down and fold up one of the sides about half the way up then turn it around and fold the other paper about the same up along the other side so you should have a shape that looks like this then we're going to cut off those sticky out parts to make one full triangle okay now we're going to draw on the shape of our snowflake so we need a long side we're going to draw a shape like that a little higher another shape like this and then a shape like that so try to draw some kind of shape on your triangle but leaving this side Untouched by pencil now we're going to cut up all our shape out of the paper and now you can open up your paper and see the snowflake shape that you created well there you go look at that a beautiful snowflake really fancy and those will be very pretty to hang either from your window or tape them to your door and make your house look like a winter wonderland great [Music] job well this is a story that I'd like to tell about a young man whose name was Hillel Hillel would work for a dollar or two one to learn Torah and the other for food but one day Hill could not earn a buck and at the door of the Shool he ran out of luck he was not allowed in by a guard a rapscallion he could not hear the words from Shaya and aalon but hillo did not give up and quick as a bird he climbed to the rooftop to hear every word now that he could learn Torah a smile came from the frown he didn't even notice the snow falling down he focused so intently as the snow fell and flurried and after some time Hillel became buried the next morning in shuul shmaya made a remark a talion it appears the room is quite dark why does it seem that our day has turned night and and they both looked up to inspect the Skylight they soon saw the problem and both shook with fright for the shape of a body was blocking the light then quick as they could the men climbed to the roof to uncover the young man and listen to his truth I only wanted to learn Torah from your holy mouth but this clever idea quickly went South Hillel shivered and cried at his silly mistake but Shaya and aalon gave him a break if someone wants to learn Torah all day and all night then the thing we should do should be proper and right is to let you in for free and to learn and to pray and who knows you may become a great Rabbi one day and so it happened that Hillel did grow into a great Rabbi from that boy in the snow well that's our show for today we really had a beautiful time spending our day outside in theth in the winter we saw lots of shell snow and I remember to wear my kova my myot and my magf well I hope you
