This wicked one is nothing but a filthy slave who thinks he will reign in the place of holiness, to eat of its fruit and consume its goodness. Meaning: Gog and Magog thinks he will reign, this filthy slave, in place of the Holy One, Blessed is He, and the holiness that should rule the world, and he will eat from the fruit of holiness and all of its goodness. Like an honorable and modest woman who would be enraged and agitated at the sight of another man coming to lie with her and force himself upon her without her husband present; just as a modest woman is stirred by the insolence of the scoundrel who comes to tarnish her honor, so is her Supreme Husband, who is the Holy King, and all His celestial servants stirred to avenge His vengeance upon Gog and Magog, who comes to reign over the whole world.
