yes a lot of people say oh if I do that there's  not going to be any more challenges and I'm not   saying that life is constantly going to be  full of challenges but at least you know how   to deal with it if you know how to deal with  it then the challenges are are they're they're   minimizing if you don't know how to deal with  the challenges that's the problem it doesn't   mean challenges will disappear you just need  to know how to deal with it but nevertheless   when you know how to deal with it then life is  with the challenges it's more calm and things   get achieved and you're able to move on you're  able to move forward you're able to able to do   much more things so really the only one who  benefits from it is only you it's only how   you have to have some time management here and  some organized schedule how you schedule your   day and I can guarantee to you just put it to the  test if you leave it in theory nothing's going to happen
