Amen. >> Good evening everyone. Thank you so much for having me. I appreciate it. And before I start, I have a very humble request if you don't mind to put your phones on silence. >> Yes. >> Or to turn it off, even better. >> Uh the phone will just distract you and uh the world can wait a whole hour. So, not that I'm saying the class will be an hour, but I'll give you an hour to how much you can control yourself without your phone. So exactly a year 10 years ago exactly I moved from the United States back to Israel literally exactly 10 years ago and I was also in Florida before that I did here 10 days of lectures went to New York packed everything and moved to Israel exactly 10 years ago on the date and I lived in America for 18 years and my wife and kids are all American and we did a U-turn and went back to Israel and since then never looked back. So the morning that we left to Israel, I call my mom. How are you? How's everything? We're going to see you tonight. We're, you know, it's now in the morning. In the afternoon, we're going on the plane. So, I don't know if she she asked me out of curiosity or for what reason she asked me. She was like, "Where are you staying tonight when you're landing?" kind of saying, in other words, are you planning on crashing by us with six kids and 28 suitcases? What's the plan? I told there's no real plan. The second I get off the phone with you, I'm going to go to Airbnb and look for something and I'll find something that suits us. She's like, you're landing in a few hours and you don't even know where you're going to sleep. I said, "It's not something that bothers me." She's like, "How can it not bother you? You don't know when you're going to sleep." I said, "No, no, no, no, no pressure. I got to get off the call. I still have 6 hours before the flight. I'll go I'll search for something and I'll find something." So, she starts giving me, you know, a whole mother son rebuke. It's not responsible. You're traveling with a wife, six kids. You don't know where you come. Why didn't you plan ahead? And she's like blah blah blah. Yapping. working on some other stuff, nodding. But the reality was that the second that we got off the call, I went to Airbnb. 25 minutes later, I found a perfect beautiful apartment fits my entire family €7 a day. 25 minutes. Thank you. So the reason why I'm telling you this question is because most people when you would come to a situation like that you where am I sleeping tonight? But the truth is that I told my mom you know I don't know where I'm sleeping tonight but Hashem knows where I'm sleeping tonight and that's what matters. And you know what it was already decided before I was born where I'm sleeping tonight. So I just need to do my little few steps restless and let Hashem do it. And really that's how every person needs to conduct their life not only on a daily base on a hourly base on a minute every second of the day. That's the attitude that any person needs to hold that I need to worry about the plans. I'm just I'm just the the rider. How do you call the passenger? I I don't think of the plans here. You know, now I'm concluding two months of a tour in the United States. I came in the beginning of July with all my family with my wife, all seven kids, started in New York and all that area. Drove to the went to the Midwest, the whole whole country. Florida always best for last. And you know, every night you you need to plan where you going to be. and uh flights and coordinating. This is nine people and that's coordinating with the lectures and the events and that's a lot of planning going on here. And on the same on the same thing, same level. It's not that I'm planning it 5 years in advance. Usually I plan things five minutes in advance. I don't know where I'm sleeping tomorrow. Hashem knows where I'm sleeping tomorrow. I'm calm. Hashem is better than Airbnb, better than Booking.com, better than anything. He He has all the solutions. So even when I travel, I don't travel in a normal way like normal people travel. Besides the travel karma that I have, that's a whole different thing. I'm going to explain about that tonight also. But I travel that I I don't know sometimes where I'm sleeping. I come to a city where am I going to be tonight? I don't know. Hashem, Hashem prepared already the the reservations for everything. I don't know. Even now, you know, when we came to Florida, all my plans changed last minute. That's that's how I roll. Nothing. I don't plan things because every time that I plan, nothing comes up. So, I stop planning. many thoughts are in the in the mind of a man or can be a woman but will decide that's what's going to happen. So why are you worried so much about what's going to happen? How it's going to be. I really don't plan much. I take myself I do my part. The rest is up to Hashem. Hashem is going to take care of whatever I need. When we came now to Florida, all my plans last minute changed. We don't know where to stay. Now, it's not that it's me that I can chuck take some room somewhere. I have nine people. We're nine people. So, Hashem, some people are very smart. You know, a lot of people see opportunities in front of their their their face. They don't do much about it. We're staying now with good friends of ours. She knows how to grab a mitzvah. You know what it is to do for nine people. Now, when you have a mansion with 17 rooms, >> and three Spanish women helping out, >> that's easy. >> That's not much of a But when the house is much smaller and you have nine people that don't belong to your family, that's a pretty good mitzvah to grab before. So yeah, I'm actually very impressed and very uh I think the word is impressed, but there's another word. I I don't know what's the right word. Maybe you'll help me get to that word because on the entire last two months, half the stuff is not planned. I it's it's half the stuff is last minute and I count on Hashem. I don't count on people. Damn is the man who will trust another man. Blessed is the person who trusts Hashem. So I put all my trust in Hashem. But at the end of the day that has to manifest >> to through a person. So in one way or another then yeah I sometimes put my trust and Hashem you'll find the right preper right place for me to go and on the positive side I get impressed every time in advance because I'm not an easy uh guest it's not that I come with a little bag first of all like our seven kids that's seven little rabbi navas it's not like regular kids that they sit nice and quiet it's seven mi each one in a different color. So, not to talk about the 15 suitcases and all the rest of the stuff and but sometimes people surprise me to to unbelievable. Unbelievable. In the strip, this wonderful lady shocked me to to pieces. Moved out of her house with her kids so I can come to that town, to that city, and give lectures and stay there and be hosted like a So sometimes, you know, you meet very special people on the way. But that's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about the fact that I don't plan much forward. And why? Because 90% of the time that I plan, it's not what's going to happen. So what's the point of planning? You do the basics. But I run my entire life trusting that the kosh is the guide. He's going to tell me what's the next step. When you're able to live your life in such a way, it doesn't matter how crazy your life becomes, how hectic your life can be. You're constantly in a state of being calm. You're not under any pressure, not anxieties, not uh not anything. Total state of calmness. Now, the reality is at the at the end of the day, that's what everybody wants one way or another. Everybody wants to have happiness to to be truly happy and everybody wants to be left alone and just to to have a calm nice life. That's really what everybody would wish for themselves. How do you reach to that place? Everybody has their own perception. One would think that money will get them to that place. Another person will say no, I want to be in the country in the middle of nowhere and uh grow my own food. Every person has their vision of where I want my peace and quiet and how am I going to get it. But again, like I said before, you can think, dream, desire, plan, but how Hashem is going to orchestrate what's going to happen, that's what's going to happen. So for many, many years, everything was with me was very planned out. Everything was thought a lot forward. And then time after time after time, all I met is that everything that I prepared wasn't ever how it turned out. And I always had to use plan B or plan C or to come up with a new plan even. So I got to understand that the bottom line is that Hashem is the one who's running the show. When you reach to the level that you know that Hashem is running the show, then life becomes very good, >> calm, you're not upset, you're not angry, you're actually happy because nothing bothers you. Nothing that happens in your life changes the mood that you are in. Why? Because you know that you you do your part and the rest is up to Hashem. And I can't do much more than that. I'm limited to how much I can do and the rest is completely up to Hashem. Now to some people this is a very hard stage to be able to let go that I'm not in control. So the good news for you luckily you're not in control. If you would be in control the situation would be disastrous. Let somebody more responsible be in control and you would just be you. So, it took me many many years to figure out how to reach to the point that I'm I'm in a state of calmness because I know 100% that Hashem runs the show. So, it doesn't matter what I'm going to do. It doesn't matter what I'm going to say. It doesn't matter if I'm going to get uptight, upset. It doesn't really matter. The reality is that all that I just said now, that's what matters. Not if what I planned will actually come to fruition. And I'll give you one example out of many. I mentioned before my horrible traveling karma. I don't even know what I did to somebody in a previous life. Every time that I travel, it always has to be with disasters. I never travel like quietly. There's always missing flights. Luggages go to a different continent. Mix up that. We now went on a flight. We're nine people. My youngest son is 5 years old. Each person one chair on a different plane. So my 5-year-old is over there. My 10-year-old is over there. Like come on. So, and that's just airlines. I miss trains, boats, everything that I can miss, I miss. And that's like the the easy parts like me and traveling it's like anything that can go wrong goes wrong and it rubs off by the way friends that we stayed with not too long ago I somehow it rolled over to them they started missing flights they're like you're not staying ever by us again so this trip we're in New York flying to Miami nine people so I'm already planning ahead I took a hotel next to the airport. So there's not going to be like too much distance, 6 milesi. We wake up early in the morning. The flight is at 3:00 in the afternoon. Like what are the chances that from the airport from the hotel to the airport? What can go wrong? For sure we're making this flight. This is all planned perfectly. We all wake up early in the morning. We get our breakfast. We already brought the breakfast the night before. So we don't have to start looking for breakfast. We had it in the hotel. When I travel, I told you I travel funny. I have toasters with me, kettles, you know, when they look in my stuff, they're like, "What the hell is this guy doing?" People, normal people have clothes. I have like a toaster, buns, dairy cream, not dairy. You open the suitcase, it's like a pillow. So, we're waking up. Everything goes as planned. Everything is working perfectly. I had to do a minor stop next to the hotel. From the that minor stop, I'm putting the GPS to the airport. My wife already goes with the kids with the shuttle. We split. I just saw how the GPS is taking me and where with me three is a charm. Three wrong terms. I look at my son, we're missing the flight. He's like, why? It's 11:00. I told him I know doesn't matter what I try to do. I almost broke the sound uh record in the speed how I was driving down the the the the roads there in the however it's called in New York airport. They thought it's another plane coming down and we got there and this is how you see how the kadu works. Normally normal airlines you know you come it's 50 and a quarter. know the lady was there and we had a lot of suitcases with nine people for every half a pound. No, no, move here, move this, move to this, move to there. And in my mind, I'm like, what's why bother? I mean, we already missed the flight. What's what's the what's the point? But, you know, you have to do so. You try to do it fast and everything. But sure enough, we get to the security. We get stopped in the security. And then, you know what? We're in the wrong terminal. So, we had to go from terminal C to terminal A. Why didn't you tell me in the beginning it's terminal A? You couldn't tell me when I was trying to check in that I'm in the wrong terminal. And sure enough, we come and we missed the flight. >> Oh, wow. >> So, I already know I see how how the clouds move. I know. Okay. This is But I already learned a long long long time ago that when I'm delayed, it's not because anything else, but that where I'm stuck, I have to do something spiritual. and elevate whatever spark that is stuck there. A few years ago, I finished a tour in London. I have a class on that on the internet. You have to watch it the whole class because you have all the details. But I was a full week in London. I had like 40 lectures cuz they took me to some schools and like literally I did backtoback half an hour lectures in in classes. It was amazing amazing week. I finished the week. I fly to the airport. I'm like all happy. That's it. Week is over going back home. And somehow I did an accident. somebody came came and cut me. In England, the roads, you know, they're they're they're narrower than cars. So, you driving on a lane, you're borrowing somebody else's part of the other lane. So, nevertheless, I bumped into the road, both wheels exploded. I'm sitting on the highway like this for like 5 hours where waiting for the triple A to come. But if you hear the whole story, it's so funny because somehow I had this thought to stop and buy a lot of food. And I was stuck on the highway. I had food, I had water, washed my hands, did and I understood then you have to hear the whole story because it's funny that that's the place where Hashem wanted me to be in that moment stuck for four, five hours, not to sit there and get upset and to get angry and to lose my mind and to lose my patience cuz of course I'm stuck on the highway. Goodbye to the flight. Now it's already a flight on Friday. I'm already coming on the border with Shabbat. I sat in the middle of the highway eating my sandwiches doing reading everything calm. Why? That's where Hashem wants me to be right now, right? Does it's going to make any difference if I get upset or not? Or if I get angry or not or if I'm impatient or No, she wants to see how I digest now this uh delay. So the same thing now when we miss now the flight. I saw my kids, my wife, all everybody getting upset. We missed the flight. But why? Why? Why to get upset? Would it help any reason to get upset? We already missed the flight. That's what Hashem wanted. Can you deny that that's what Hashem wanted? No. Now, if you're in a level that you still can say, "No, I don't believe this is from Hashem." That's okay. So, we got to reset, start all over. But hopefully, you're not in that level. you're more in the level that you you understand that Hashem is in charge of everything >> and the reality that in this entire concept that I'm talking about which is I'll title it now faith and trust in Hashem there's many many ways of looking at the approach of beton really what it all boils down to in our generation we are all now tested one way or another with how much do I trust Hashem and how much do I believe in Hashem from said a few hundred years ago that's going to be the test before Mashiah comes how much amuna do you have and you know what even the said that 2,000 years ago what's going to be the test before Mashiach is going to come is amuna how much you believe now to believe that God exists everybody believes well maybe a few don't but it doesn't matter right Now to what form or shape or name most people in this world believe that there's a god there's a creator each one has a different name for him different approach how they look at him but they believe in the fact that there's a creator so to say that I believe that there's a creator exists that's not a big achievement by the way the beginning of the amuna the the belief is that I believe that there's a creator that's the bottom line Many many people will define it for this sake secular that say no I don't believe in a creator how much really they don't believe I don't really believe because I know many people say that they don't believe because if they say I do believe then now it requires me to actually do what this creator says right if not then I'm a hypocrite if I say I do believe in the creator but I don't do nothing so so you don't believe in him and if I say I don't believe then I exempt myself from all the responsibility So I don't believe that all the people say I don't believe in the creator actually believe that. But we're going to leave this group of people right now. Pray for them and hopefully one day Hashem will have mercy on them and they actually will believe. Now let's focus on the people that actually believe that there's a creator to the world. This level that is called simple amuna. You believe that there's a creator to the world and that's it. Not more than that. When you want to go a little bit higher, then you grow to the level that is called betahon. Betahon is trust. And I'll explain soon the word betahon and why I'm not 100% happy with the word trust. But the level of trust is that I know why is it in English doesn't work well because comes from the the root in Hebrew that it's a certainty. So is I am 100% sure is that totally convinced that's why I'm saying trust is not really the right word >> it means that I know for a for a fact that's not coming from a place of beton of what one can translate as security or place of secure rather from a place of beta of of something that is 100%. Soon is that I know there's no other reality. If this is the reality I'm dealing with right now, it's because there isn't any other reality. It's not that there's another option. Right now I'm dealing with a situation. It's not that I can uh can I choose option B. There's no option B. That's the option. That's the beton that I know that that's right now the situation good or bad. Now in the level of amuna there are four levels that you need to first understand that exist and then see where are you holding and how you climbing those levels because the first level is called yadyah means to know not to believe. And where do we learn it from? In the Torah, in the book of in chapter 4 verse 39, it says translation you and you shall know this day and consider it in your heart. Okay, continuation that Hashem is the creator. But the word that it's using, you should know today. Which means that the first level of my amuna and believing in the existence of Hashem is that I know I don't believe because to believe it's already a much higher level. I know I know that there's a creator. I know that he controls the situation. I know that everything is everything is from his hand. The next level now by the way the level of could be that a lot of people are not even that level. Ya means that you know you don't believe or you guess you know you don't have to be questioned or to like you see something in front of you you know that's it my way of explaining it is that you feel a lot of things in you can feel sadness happiness excitement hunger dizzy tired you have all these feelings when you feel tired nobody can come and tell you no you you don't feel tired what you're feeling right now is happiness yeah but I'm sleepy. I'm tired. I feel tired. No, no, no. That's when you know what you you know you're hungry. You know you're tired. You know you're happy. That's that's the level of knowing. Next level above that, that's already called. In the Torah, it says that can be found in the book of Schmot chapter 14:31. And they believed in the Lord. That's a higher level of of amuna. First the Torah calls the believing in God vata. You need to know that it needs to come to you to a level that you know. Seemingly it looks like first you need to have the level of I believe in God and then I know. But the Torah says no first you know. And why? What's why did the Torah later on came with they believed in Hashem after he split the sea which means that for a whole year during the plagues they didn't believe they were still doubting and obviously Moshe and then they went out of Mitim went through the water till then they still didn't believe but when they crossed the sea and all the bodies of the Egyptians washed up to the shore. Then the Torah says why is the then sent? Because they reach to the level that they really trust that Hashem has their back. It's not only believing that he exists. It's not only that believing that he can. It's knowing that he has my back. It's he's going to he's going to make it happen. When you believe in such a level, you can make something happen. Most people don't make things happen because they don't believe it can happen. Most people push away things from their mazal because they don't believe it can happen. They push it away because they don't have the it can happen. So in the Torah it says why it later on says to make us understand means the physical realm they believed in his miracles. Moshe Moshe his servant represents the in this world the fact that Hashem is a great creator we know but to see the the miracles in front of you that's the his servant but when the Torah says the commentary says 100% certainty it's not like an if here there's no question here yes 100% 100% I I trust Hashem Before you go to the next level, you have to ask yourself if you really trust Hashem in in your uh journey growing because a lot of people think that they believe in Hashem. They believe in Hashem till a certain point and then the belief uh starts going down. The question one needs to ask themselves in many many time is do I count on Hashem 100%. that I will throw myself back and he will catch me like the game you play the g kids play this game that you stand and then you fall back and they catch you and you have to trust that they will catch you I think even it's called a trust game right something like that you know the game that I'm talking about right the question is are you 100% like this trusting hashem falling back hashem here here's my problems and you just that's question you have to Ask yourself all the time and when you reach to 100% certainty it's called then you trust Hashem in any situation in any situation good bad forget about now how to analyze why good why bad then I'll explain soon first get to the point that you understand that it's 100% the master of the universe I took like I told you a hotel next to the airport the night before everything was packed The suitcases were closed. We didn't even open suitcases. We had a little bag just for pajamas and toiletries. Everything was planned that this flight is missproof >> unmissable and the bur with a few with the help of a few physical agents made everything wrong and you miss the flight. When you ask yourself in this, what's the point of it? First of all, Hashem tests everybody with amuna. It's not that I'm some superstar, first of all. Second of all, you know, Hashem knows where to push push a the buttons and where to put pressure because when you fly with a large group of people, it's very easy to lose your patience. It's very easy to lose your calmness and it's very easy to fall into anger. And when you're angry and impatient and you're sweating and you're hot and you're dripping and some 5-year-old is hanging on your I already I'm sure you all know what I'm talking about that some kid is hanging on your dress and like can somebody take that kid away? >> So that's the test. How are you reacting? >> Do you get angry? Do you don't get angry? Do you get impatient? Do you go above your midot and you express extra calmness, extra patience, extra care because you know everybody's under stress so you calm down yourself so you can become an aid. How do you react? That's the test. Shem is not testing if I believe that I'll get another flight because five hours later we got another flight. And how do you see clearly that it's the hand of Hashem? What are the odds that nine seats that you'll find nine free seats on the next flight? Two seats. Okay. Nine. That's Hashem saying I made the reservations. Why are you arguing? Sit back. Relax. That's it. Do something good with your time. Shem made you stop. Do something good with that time. Most people don't do something good. They get angry. They get upset. And then they have to find who's to to blame. You can't be the one to be blamed. I woke up first. It's your fault. I didn't do anything. I was just standing. So, you want to get to a point that you are in 100% certainty that you can trust Hashem in any situation, which means that you don't have zero worry. You never worry. So in this level of amuna is that I give my trust to Hashem and I trust him 100%. And I know a lot of you maybe relate with what I'm saying now but the fact is that you it would work for you till a certain point tonight hopefully you'll get the the the tools how to see where you're holding because ultimately that's where we test it every day. How much amuna do I have in Hashem? How much trust do I have in Hashem? Hashem stretches the the the wire till the last second and he mainly wants to see how you're behaving. It's not about the result. That's really the concept of the that it's not about the result. How the result will turn over doesn't depend on you anyways. So once you get to that point then you have four levels that one can achieve. Like I said, the first one is is knowing is that I know there's a creator. I know he runs the show and that's it. Then I go to the next level where I have the amuna and the amuna is that I give him 100% trust that I will fall on him. He will catch me. When I reach to that level, I can climb to the level of already in it means that I'm calm that I have what's called nothing bothers me. You have to ask yourself if you in that level that you are not uptight about anything the reality no offense most of you are not. Most of you are not even in the first but you all want to reach to that level. Now, ironically that everybody thinks that all the distractions around your life that's what's going to give you that happiness, that state of calmness and all those feelings that you're searching for. So, some people seek it in all sorts of substance. Some people seek it in whatever other excitement. But the fact is that the soul is what's searching for that place of being calm and relaxed. like you go to a a a holiday a vacation you want just you just want to turn your phone off I don't want to hear anything I don't want to see anything you want to reach to that level when you are functioning every day and why cuz if you go through the three first le levels then you reach to the fourth level and the fourth level is sim means happiness that you're just happy all day long doesn't matter what's the situation you deal with doesn't matter how hard your life can be. Whatever is going on in your life, you're still happy. You have a smile on your face and it kind of looks annoying to many people. Why are you smiling all day long? >> Because I'm smiling. No, it bothers a lot of people. When you smile a lot, it bothers a lot of people. Why is he smiling all day long? What's so good in his life? He must have many good things in his life that he's smiling all the time. is just not showing everybody. But the reality is yes, when you're happy, you radiate sima. You radiate happiness. >> True. >> And the weak ones are jealous of that. Why is that energy coming from there? And I want some of that. But that's really where you want to reach. That's the ultimate level you want to reach. We are a few weeks away from Shah and we all wish for ourselves many many things. I know a lot of people wish for themselves for the business to become much more successful. Many wish for themselves to find their other half and build a home. Many wish to get pregnant. I mean, everybody has their wishes. And then of course the legit ones, people are sick unfortunately and many other situations. And many of our requests are are kind of normal. But then there's all the people who have all the requests that has nothing to do with the reality. My recommendation is you don't need to ask for anything. Hashem knows what you need. Trust me, you're not going to surprise him now with something new that he didn't think of. He knows. He knows how much money you don't have. Let's start with that. And he knows your marital status. He has connections in social security. He knows if you're single or not. You don't have to say to him 17 times a day. So, what I'm saying is I don't like to go and ask Hashem that. And I learned that from our sages because if our sages thought it would be a good idea, then our sages would tell us when you go to pray, pray whatever you want. >> Our sages says no. Since I don't think it's a good idea for you to just mumble, here's the text what you need to pray. And why is the text organized in a certain way? Because the texts are codes to open safe box. That's it. >> Our words are powerful. When we move our mouth, we create worlds. In the spiritual part of it, if you look into the cabalistic aspect of it, when you talk, you create letters. The letters are in existence. Our mit you can create reality with your words. >> If you want to take it to the physical level, the vibration that comes out of our speech can also create and destroy worlds. Just the vibration, the frequencies that we use. Our mouth is so powerful that if you would know how powerful your mouth is, you wouldn't open it. >> Not because of the food, because of you would be scared to talk. That's how powerful our mouth is. Yeah, that's a whole different class. That's something that you really need to educate yourself. I'm talking on the fact that when you pray, so a lot of people think that when they pray from their heart, then uh that's the pray. It's good. Not say not. Pray from your heart whenever you want. Just don't bother Hashem. He doesn't like to be bothered. trust me with nonsense. But when our sages wrote in their the text in the sidu in the prayer books, it wasn't written because they were bored sitting there. Okay, how are we going to annoy these people? No. Every word there is written in levels of prophecy. Why? Because every word and every letter creates a code. And when I want to take something extremely valuable, first of all, where would I find that valuable thing? In a safe. You don't put all your jewelry and cash and gold and whatever on the table. You put it in a safe. How do you open the safe? You need a combination. And if the combination is missing one little digit, it's not going to open. I was a gabay in a shul for like 10 years and it was like a very old jewel. old, very small, no budget, everything was falling apart there. So the safe where we had the Torah scrolls in was a very old safe. So only the rabbi knew how to open it. He would come into the safe maybe 20 minutes before the Torah is about to come out. He would go underneath the the curtain, the I don't know what voodoo he used to do there. He would bang this side, bang on the top. I didn't even know what he would do. Nobody was able to open that safe. And of course, you know, like this, like that, and then two bangs on the hair, a kick from the bottom. I was like, there for 10 years. Never I I was able to open that safe. Something weird with that safe. Only the rabbi was able to open that safe. One time he went to Israel to uh like to journey. I told him, "You're leaving the safe open. You're not making me deal with this now." What's to take from that? that sometimes you miss a micro millimeter of a digit it's not going to open the verses that our sages wrote in the sidur to pray and I'm talking about only the are codes to open the spiritual safe so when you're asking then you're asking for your sustenance my health everything that you ask there is organized for you how it needs to be done you don't need to do that that's why I keep saying everybody needs to pray. Women also have to pray. I don't know why people tell women you don't have to pray. You are obligated and pray just as much as I'm obligated in praying. The only difference is that men are bound to time. I have to pray in certain certain hours and it has to be and much more restrictions. But a woman has to pray women pray once a day. Ashkenazi women twice is a day. That's the anyone tells you anything different open women have to pray too not to talk about that their prayer is 10 times more powerful so why wouldn't you want to pray you waste so much time so much time on many other things why can't you pray 20 minutes a day there's no excuses because you're 3 hours on your phone so you can't say I I I don't have time you find time to Instagram Netflix and the rest of the junk that you watch so you can find 20 minutes to pray no excuses if you want to do something you want to achieve something there's no excuses is I'm telling you now facts whatever you do with it that's yours but when you pray not from your heart from what the prayer book says that's the code that opens the safe for everything that you need so you don't need to think too much you just need to say say those simple words and know that if you say it wrong the code won't work it won't open the way it works not that I want to stomp on that right now but the way it works on in a few weeks Hashem decides ides everything for everybody. Everyone, Jew, non-Jew, Gentiles, observant, not observant, everything in creation is going to be judged on Shana. And what's the judgment day means? What's going to be the the fate of that individual? Who's going to live? Who's going to die? Who's going to be rich? Who's going to be poor? Everything is decided to you. One thing that is most detrimental that you need to understand that is is decided for you on Shana is what are going to be your challenges for the next coming year and how intense they're going to be and if you're going to a be able to overpower the challenge win or fail. So you can decide what's going to be the next year's uh uh opponents in your life. All your ch everybody has to have challenges. That's the name of the game. You have to have a lot of challenges in your life. But on Rosh Shah, you can determine how many how hard they're going to be and if you're going to be successful or not. Since everything is decided on Shana with that is also decided for example if you're going to be healthy or not, if you're going to marry or not, if you're going to have money or not, how much money you're going to have. Now all that blessing stays in the spiritual world. Now is required three times a day for you to bring one portion down from the spiritual bank. Something similar to the lottery. I told you in one of my classes last week I came to some gas station. I look at the lottery. It was like $815 million. So I was like, "Wow, $815 million. That's it can be a very nice amount to start the morning." So I came friendly with a guy there. I said, "Okay, give me a ticket. If Hashem wants me to win the the lottery, one ticket is enough." And as a joke, I mean, we got friendly. Me and the guy there told him, "If I win, I'm coming and buying you a car." He was like, "I love the Jews. The Jews are the best. Just offered you a car. So the Jews are the best." So yesterday I drove and I saw that now the lottery is 1.2 billion. >> No way. >> Yeah. Exciting. Yeah. It means I didn't won. So, but 1.2 we'll play again. So when when I play the tickets, my daughter told me, we were talking, you know, it's a nice amount to get a transfer into your bank account. So I told her, well, I don't know. I'm not 100% sure, but I think in America, if you want to take the entire amount, then you have to pay 50% taxes. If you don't want to pay taxes, then they pay it in like 30 years in installments. >> So my daughter says, "Huh, how much is that?" It's like $2.5 million a month. Okay, I'll take the installments. When Hashem blesses you on Rosh Shah, he doesn't give it to you in one shot because then you're going to have to pay 50% taxes. He gives you the blessing in installments every day, one portion. If not, you're not going to be able to sustain that blessing. How you behave that day, how you conduct that day, if you pray, open up the channels, then you'll get what you're supposed to get. The Zor gives a parable that once there was a king and he had a few boys, a few sons and he told him, "Listen, I'm going to financially support you. No question here. You have nothing to worry about. You just sit and learn Torah all day long." And all I have is a request that you come three times a day. Every time you come, I'll write a check. Okay? So, first day, second day, third day, they come three times a day. And every time, sit, have a cup of coffee, sit down, you can writes a check and gives the son a check. One of the son told him after a few weeks, "Don't you think it's easier if you just give me one check for the entire year? It's not that you're, you know, your account is that I mean you're the king. Give me one check and instead of me all the time writing checks and depositing." So the king told him, if I will give you one check, I'll see you one time. So I give you a lot of checks. So I'll see you a lot of times. So Hashem gives you a lot of checks. That's how he does it. You have a whole year where slowly slowly one piece of the blessing that you received on Shana comes down to you. If you are worthy, if you uh worked towards it, if you prayed for that. So when you're lacking something in your life, you can blame the entire world. Definitely not your husband. Leave him alone. Okay? Anything that bad goes bad in your life, don't start looking to who's a fault. That's the worst attitude one can have. Something goes wrong in your life, you turn around the pointing finger at you and you start looking where did you do something wrong that Hashem is putting in front of you this billboard where you did wrong. >> Yeah, I said billboard, you said mirror. Same thing. Yesterday we spoke about Anava, a whole beautiful lecture. If you weren't there or didn't see it, go and watch it. It's important. I would say that this lecture is part two of yesterday and tomorrow's lecture will be part three of these two. It's all together because yesterday we spoke about anava. How do you reach to the level of anava real anava not alonava real real anava and that's a that's a big achievement when somebody can do that and when somebody can do that then they're already much more mature to start dealing with real tests of and you have to understand like I told you before that's our challenges maybe for you it's the health department and for you is to find your other half and for you is money but we all share the same ground that we have challenges that too many times seems like there's no chance no options how it can be fixed or or something any solution you get to a point I'm now talking with some man he told me some crisis in his life that I'm sure that if I would tell you you will say yeah I share a similar crisis in my life he literally told me I exhausted all my options I don't know what to I don't know what to do and I believe this is an observant man he's like but I'm literally the dead end. What do you do at this point? How much can Hashem pull the band like a rabble band. So the first thing one needs to remember is that you're constantly tested with how much you believe in Hashem's abilities and Hashem will take you to the last last last last moment to see again how much you trust in him till the last moment. Now before we understand how to get to that level we have to also it has to be very clear that when I'm able to reach to that level then on the fourth level that I'm able to grow to then it's already only and I'm happy with every situation that Hashem gave me I lose a lot of money you know now I'll give you I'm only going to give you live examples I'm now two months in the store two months months you know you know how much a tour like this costs forget about my family right now just to move everything around so in every lecture you know we sell my products whatever it is that's how we support the tour support everything but to make a long story short I had a bag where I kept all the cash that it was collected in the last few months a lot of people still believe it or not paying cash most people come with a credit card but some people pay in cash so I had a few envelopes. The other day I'm opening the envelope that has all the envelope. One envelope disappeared with a lot of money. Well, not $100,000 but few thousand. And in my first of all, I'm like, okay, maybe I misplace this. Maybe I put it here. Maybe. And then like, wait a minute. I'm not I'm not there's something I'm not. I'm like uh I'm but I'm so I have German blood in my uh in running in me. So I'm like Mr. organized. I mean everything with me is documented. Every not like some uh you know space cadet that maybe I place it over there. We turn the whole house upside down. Where how does it disappear? Where does it go? This is 100% the perfect example where Hashem tests you and tests me. He tests you with the same thing with something that can be so small but it can drive you completely crazy. Where does it go? How did it go? And it's money. It's not that it's now $3. It's a few thousand dollars. So Hashem tests everybody in the same department to see how much you believe in him. And you know what? Many situations in your life end up bad. for this example if I don't find the money you know that's a bad ending to the story but as this is all happening remember the keys here don't get angry don't get upset don't lose your patient don't not start e accusing the whole world say okay everything is from Hashem you know what you know how I think okay okay if this few thousand had to disappear somehow you know how it was supposed to probably be it's a now is cleaning you. If you do chuva the right way inul he's cleaning you now many people have all sorts of new challenges coming up in alul why because in they decided okay I'm going to kick in and they really do chuba and they really want to change and they really want to refine themselves and they want to come to this time so now start all the debts start paying the debts in my mind okay I lost x amount of money we might still find it That's where your comes in. If Hashem wants me, if it's if it's has to show, it will show up. >> If it's not, what's going to help if I turn the whole house upside down and try my mind where did I put it? Maybe it was there. Maybe it was this. That's normal people. And all day long, the the thought can drive you hours crazy. Maybe I misplace it. Maybe you start asking everybody. The point I'm trying to say that in my mind I don't see it as a negative thing. I see that probably I was obligated to ex to pay a certain amount for whatever could be from something I did 20 years ago. Their process doesn't end. You can pay your debt for something that you did 40 years ago. Hashem doesn't forget. He's just waiting for the right moment. And maybe that is the right moment to cover a debt that was supposed to been. Maybe Hashem says, "You know what? I needed a thousand cub feet of Torah from you to reach to a point that I'm willing to forgive you for that sin that you did 30 years ago. Now you reach that amount." So the kapar is it has to be with money and say thank you. It could have been a car accident with $10,000 expenses, $50,000 expenses. 3,000 quietly, no wounded, no police, no hospitals, no doctors, money can come out in many horrible ways. And you know that the second that that was my way, how I was thinking that night, three accidents, I saw car accidents. And every time, not like real bad car accidents, but the car was pretty totaled. And every time I pass and I'm like, I'm going to get upset cuz I misplaced an envelope with $3,000. Yeah, it's annoying. It's aggravating. It's upsetting. And but maybe I was maybe I was supposed to pay that anyways and maybe it was supposed to be $9,000 with a lot of other pain and Hashem just forgave me for whatever reason and removed. So it all how you how you look at every situation that Hashem does for you. Okay, many of the situations Hashem is actually giving you a big discount and he's saving you from a much bigger headache. So when it comes to beton you have to understand first of all that is the result of amuna first comes the am then comes and again amuna is faith and is trust and I don't like these words so I don't repeat faith and trust I say amuna >> and you know why because when you dissect the words in Hebrew then it has different meanings and like I told you if you translate beton yeah you can say faith but beton comes from the from the root beta security. I'm I'm so secured in the in the in the hands of Hashem. It's almost like, you know, you put your trust in certain things. You fly every day. Well, not necessarily every day, but when you fly, do you knock on the cockpit? I want to see the the pilot. Did you drink anything? Are you qualified? You just walk in, you sit down, and you have 100% trust in a man that you never saw. You don't know who he is. for all you know he can got drunk now in the duty free there he's flying the plane now why are you trusting that pilot without even knocking on the door you go into an Uber you read the whole how do you call it reser how do you call it the description of the driver Mahal Gandhi from from Pakistan and you know and you read the whole the whole thing of him the pilot you don't care so no just I'm just trying to tell you how where you put your trust in, you know, to really put uh uh uh uh uh well, I was about to say something. I'll say I won't say but to put another woo to you, you trust everything that you put in your mouth. If it has a little letter on it, you trust it, right? You do. If it has a little letter on the package, you trust it. Did you check really? Do you know? You know that when I'm talking about a little letter, I'm talking about has a U K whatever certification. You know that a few months ago they caught well before the war, so it's more than a few months. They caught 40 trucks coming in from Aza with kosher meat >> from Aza. How can it be kosher there? >> And everything was forged. all the holograms. So here's a perfect example. You you just see a you that's it. It's culture. So we are we are programmed to trust and believe the the lies but the real truth you somehow don't trust. You don't believe. That's why I told you that it's a high level is a result of amuna. When you have a ine by default you grow the next level will be and the definition or the essence of is called that your soul your nephesh is calm calm just calm I I give always the same example I think I use the same example over the last 10 years I fall asleep it takes me maybe two seconds to fall asleep 3 seconds. So lucky. That's what my wife says. So lucky. And she always goes crazy how you can put your head down. You know, the eyelids didn't even close down. I'm already in dream number three. So yeah, you're right. My wife gets upset. How you get How do you sleep so fast? She needs to see three seasons of some show to fall asleep. My answer is always the same. Nothing bothers me. Nothing bothers me. My my soul is calm. It's relaxed. And trust me, I have a lot on my mind, a lot on my hands, a lot on my shoulders. I carry a lot of weight on me. You maybe know me behind a screen and don't know me. But I carry a heavy load. First of all, I have seven kids. That's in itself enough to keep you busy, occupied, and with a lot of challenges. not like uh making a peanut butter sandwich and taking them to school. So just juggling seven kids, that's already a lot a handful. And I'm not talking about a handful cuz it's kids because kids there's a lot of challenges whether it's financial, health, schools, education, a million and one things you need to give them some time. You know that my kids they're they're champs. They're heroes. They come with me to tours because if not they'll never see me. So they have to come with me. But growing up as busy as I am and I'm very busy. I do many many things throughout the day. I'm busy. But I would have like clockwork private time with each child and that's their time and nobody can interfere. So if you ever see me with one child in the street, don't come clear. Don't come close. My kids hate it that they have their time with me and somebody I've been seeing you for 15 years and then you see my child in the m like mumbling what the the same thing what everybody says. Okay. So my kids don't like that which of course they're right. >> But what I'm saying is that if you want to do something there's time for everything and there's priorities. You have to set your priorities. Why am I saying all this? Because I have a lot on my mind, a lot on my hands, a lot on my shoulders, a lot of responsibilities. And I'm not complaining shalom. The contrary, I know that that's what Hashem wants me to deal with. That's I don't I don't care about all these challenges. These are not what bothers me. The only thing that bothers me on a daily basis is my spiritual growth. And if I was able to perform today everything that was I was supposed to. You know it says about if you follow the prayers onesh we say right after a Okay. And you repeat it three times. And the question is when it says okay like what in in old so it says no and it says thatim that every day of his life he lived to the fullest. He didn't have one day that was 98%. Every day was 100%. I don't think I had maybe once or twice in my entire life that I can say my day was 100% 100% that from morning to night every second was filled perfectly everything that need was needed to be achieved achieved so I had a few days like that in my life but a handful of them that I can say today wow and the only times that I was able to have such days is 20 years ago when I used to go in the middle of nowhere in yeshiva because the yeshiva where I learned After I got married, I me and a few other students, we asked to stay there. It wasn't a kil, but we stayed there to learn there. And they used to go every summer to the cat skills to the mountains. So I would go with them. We would go there for 2 months. No service, no phones, no internet, no nothing. All day long, you're just sitting and learning Torah and you there's no distractions, there's nothing. In a place like that, you can reach to a a day that you're saying, "Oh, today was a man perfect day." But most people, their day is not even 10% of what it's supposed to be. Most of the people come tomorrow and listen tomorrow we're going to talk about how you manage your time. Most people 90% of their day is wasted on nonsense. Nonsense. If you look at your day you'll see that you are maybe 10% productive 15%. Most of the day is wasted on nonsense st conversations that can be 2 minutes instead of 40 minutes. I'm not talking about this right now. This if you do this more than 5 minutes a day, you have a sickness and you need to seek guidance. >> It's actually this >> seem I go this it's this don't have that sickness and I also have phones but I just don't go like this. I don't care how people look when they crash from a bike coming down from a mountain on 300 km an hour. You've seen the ones, you've seen them all. But with all jokes aside, yeah, if you find yourself like this all the time, yeah, you have a problem. Yeah, you face it. You have a problem. Yeah, it has to change. It's not And don't tell me I learned Torah. The other day I sat in a lecture and the lady told me, "Yeah, but I learned Torah." Torah on Instagram. I can learn Torah on Instagram. You'll see a 3 millisecond video and that's it. And then you go like this and then you continue to your makeup, to your dresses, or to whatever nonsense you're watching. So we sidet track to that, but that's not less important. Let's go back to the beton is that you are 100% calm. Nothing bothers you. You're not distracted. You are not overtaken by anything in your life or how does my wife says nothing phases you. You're right. Nothing surprises you. You're right. Because Hashem is full of surprises. Just when I think that Hashem has ran out of creativity, Hashem voila comes with the whole new series. So of course I'm never surprised. I've seen things happen in front of my eyes that I will never be surprised. You won't surprise me. But saying what I'm saying, I am never under pressure. I don't let myself lose my patience and calmness and anger. If I do, I know I failed miserably. It's not about the challenge that I'm in right now. It's how I handle it. And how good do you handle it? How much you trust in Hashem? If you trust in Hashem, then you have 100% nephesh. Your nephesh, your soul is calm. So you're not uptight. You're not, you know, under stress. You think clearly, you don't mumble. I'm not talking about you. You eat well, you sleep well, you digest well. Most people when they sleep, my indications is on planes. People when they sleep, I don't know what they're going through when they sleep, you know, like and I also stay by a lot of people. I sometimes see how people fall asleep. It's like all these like weird positions and like mouth is open, you know, that also says a lot where you are. The reports say that I sleep like I have some pictures. My wife kids all tell me you sleep like you're in some uh candy store. Big smile on your face. Like of course I'm happy. Why wouldn't we be happy? Finally, I have some peace and quiet, so I'm happy. But but the reality is that if you if you order your day the right way and you your entire aspiration is that you want your day to be perfect in the eyes of Hashem and to do what you're supposed to do, why blessed with everything. Why? His days were perfect. You're not going to reach to that level. Okay? We are not Abrau. But if you strive for that and that's at least your goal, then he then Hashem gives you all your blessing cuz he knows that you're working hard for him. So you want to reach to a point that nothing bothers you, that nothing worries you. You're not afraid of anything. I see how people behave, how people conduct themselves. Most people are afraid of the result of whatever situation they're in. So you want to reach to a place that you are so trusting in Hashem that you know that Hashem is going to fulfill all my needs exactly how he wants to do it. No surprises. You're right that sometimes my actions can change situations. But the actions that I do whether it's praying or giving charity or doing some uh charitable act or whatever it is it's not that I changed something. and I was just able to open the blockage because when Hashem wants to bless you, if the pipes are clogged, you're not going to get nothing. The pipes are going to get clogged with your behavior. You do sins, you treat other people not nice, you do bad things, you clog your spiritual pipes where the blessing from Hashem comes through. So then you start lacking things in your life. I don't have money. I don't have happiness. I don't have health. This is not working out. That's not working out. Then suddenly you start doing some actions. You repent, you do chuva, you learn Torah, you give charity, etc., etc. Suddenly you see some changes. Then you cleared a little bit the pathway from the pipes. But in many of the situations, Hashem has designed it that whatever you want, he's kind of telling you, in other words, I'm not asking you what you want. That's why when I pray, I don't pray what I want because re the reality I don't even know what's good for me. If I would pray what I want, I don't know how far I will get because I will pray to be rich and happy and successful and good kids and but what if that's not what the path what Hashem wants? Of course, I want to do my but I'm accepting that however Hashem wants to design my life, that's what's going to happen. So I trust 100% in Hashem that he will give me all my needs. No doubts here. Everything will be fulfilled. I have never seen a sadic being left on the side and his offsprings asking for bread. You do the will of Hashem will never leave you. Now I don't want to give you an insight. Even if you don't do Hashem's will, he will never leave you. He might not treat you the same, but Hashem doesn't leave anyone. Doesn't matter how far you go. Hashem knows how far you can come back. So you want to get to a point that your beton in Hashem is that you know that Hashem is going to fulfill your needs. That's why when I travel like I told you in the beginning, I know Hashem is going to fulfill all the needs that I that I that I whatever I need. I plan the basics but not more than that because I've seen numerous times flights got cancelled, Airbnbs reservation never happened, disappeared. How many times I came to a location thinking I have where to sleep? Nope. You have nowhere to sleep. Even two years ago, I went to Oman. After 17 years, I tried to go to Oman. Somehow the heavens stopped me from going there. I accepted. two years ago, last minute I go to Oman. Being me, anything that can go wrong goes wrong. And I arrive in Oman Friday morning, it's I have seven hours to get ready. And the apartment where we booked to stay gave it to somebody else cuz he probably paid him like a $150 more than us. Now I don't have to stay. That's how my vacation in Oman started. You have nowhere to stay. Now drag your five suitcases and go look for a place to stay 3 hours before when you want to talk about how Hashem plays with my that's what happened to me last two years ago in Oshana we traveled because of the war in Ukraine we had to land in Muldova 16 hours to drive in a van to cross the border you have to it's like a pilgrimage >> yeah it was terrible >> finally we come to Oman and like I told you our apartment that was that I paid already a deposit Now go look for the person. >> Forget about look for the person. That'll deal with another time. Where am I sleeping? Now again, it's not just me that I can sleep on a bench in the shoe. That specific trip, I took all my boys with me and other boys. Now I'm responsible to like 12 young men. So, Hashem has the best sense of humor. He knows to right now. Now, Hashem, 3 hours before, you can't cut some slack. Do it in 3 hours before because Hashem wants you to know that he will take care of everything. Now, it's very very hard to be in this situation and not to worry or not to be a little bit bothered or not to be a little bit concerned to reach to a level of 100%. I'm not worried. The house is prepared already from the six days of creation already decided where I'm going to stay with my how I conduct myself in many of the situations. I don't even book things. I I just everything is from now till to to now. because I know half of it anyways is not going to work out. No, that's that's the that's the reality in my life. But it's important to you to take from that because look how many times you plan. Look how many times you wish and pray for something. Did it come out how you wanted? No. Usually it doesn't come out how you want. In most of the cases it doesn't come out how you want. But that should not bother you. You need to let constantly Hashem is he's going to decide reaching to a high level of there's a story in the in the zor that says that when he lived in the cave because the Romans had a death wish on him. He went against the government there was a decree to kill him. When he went out of the cave, he didn't know if he should uh stay or or go back to the cave. The Romans maybe going to kill me. Maybe they're looking for me. He still saw the, you know, the wanted that are alive. So being everything that he saw, he saw it in a much different way. And the story says that he saw a hunter placed all these uh traps and he would trap this type of bird that you can eat probably some I don't know like a duck or something. It doesn't really matter and some of the these birds would go straight to the trap and some of the birds somehow got out of the out of the danger and flew away. So he was very curious what causes these birds to be killed and get trapped and these birds to be free. Being Rabishimonai, he meditated and he heard a heavenly voice. And every time that he saw a bird being saved, he would hear the wordim mercy and the bird would fly away. And every time he would hear the word onesh punishment the bird will die will get into the trap. So he understood that there's a divine supervision here even on the birds. And now if there's a divine supervision on the birds who's going to die who's going to live I'm a human being. And of course he was able to say I'm not a regular human being. So if Hashem supervises this bird would live, this bird bird bird will die. I need to worry about the Romans. They have say if I'm going to live or die, Hashem will decide if I live or die, not the Romans. So of course, he left the cave and went back to his house. That's how he measured his hashem is going to do anyways whatever he wants. I can't do nothing. When you realize that you have zero say or control in any of your situation, then you have no other option but to give over the trust to Hashem. That's it. It's as simple as I just said. How to reach through that? Because you know what? Does anybody promise you that when you trust Hashem in that level, does anybody promise you that everything will be fine? >> No. There's no guarantee how the outcome will be either good or bad. But let's say just for the sake sake of the example, it will turn out bad. Is it really bad? No. >> No. >> You're not promised the outcome of the situation that you're facing. But you are promised that there's a hand controlling the situation. That's it. There's one hand that is holding. You don't know what's going to happen. Ends up good, right? Ends up bad. It's not bad. It's completely not bad. It's maybe it's looks bad, but it's not bad because Hashem doesn't do anything bad. Bumper sticker. Everything that Hashem does is does for the good. Nothing is bad. So if something bad happens in my life, is it really bad? No. That was the decision of Hashem. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. Sometimes you up, sometimes you're down. If you're smart, when you're down, you take momentum. You don't go completely down. You take momentum for that. You take some enlightenments toot. What what am I learning from this situation? I meet a failure in my life. I don't you know introspect and say what caused me to fail. I already know that I gave the best. I reverse engineer to see what I did wrong if I did wrong. But what I take from that is what do you take from the failure? What do you take from the situation that didn't work out how you wanted and you are completely disappointed in in the outcome. So now you tested how much you still love Hashem. The outcome was not good. How many times is a personal sick? Everybody's praying. The whole neighborhood is praying and then the person dies and everybody's like, "What? What's going on here?" You know, there's a famous story. You probably never heard of it. So maybe some of you it was but 20 30 years ago there was a soldier in Israel that got hijacked by terrorists and uh they were planning some heroic mission how to get him out and uh it caused such unity in Israel that everybody was praying for this guy Nakshan Vakman if you ever heard the name the whole country was praying for him you know the father or the mother of of The soldier came out before Shabbat. It was Shabbat. Asking everybody to light candles. Half of Israel women lit candles on Shabbat. It was the whole world. The whole Israel was waiting and the mission was failure. The special forces went in and the hijackers killed him. Missed a few seconds. And it caused great disappointment in the entire nation. We all prayed. We all got together. We all got excited. We all got inspired. Well, Hashem couldn't do a miracle. So many times you see a situation, everybody kicks in and it doesn't work how you would wish. That's another part of your test, not to have disappointment in the in Hashem. That's what Hashem wanted. That was the outcome. Why were you required to required to pray? The prayers were not going to vain. The prayers were rolled over to somebody else who really needed it or that person. We don't know what Hashem decides to do. That's the the key here that I don't know what Hashem wants to do. But even when something is bad, my my perception that it's bad. No, it's not bad. It's not bad at all because there's no such thing that Hashem does something bad to you. No such thing that Hashem says no. Oh, her. No, I don't like her. You really think? If you really think something like that, something's a little bit off. Then Hashem looks down at any of you and says, "What did she say? No food for her. I don't want to say the, you know, the who's the original no soup for you." But so, Hashem doesn't say no soup for you. I mean, that's childish. You are the one who's stopping the abundance from coming to you. You are the problem. Hashem is not the problem. If you need to understand the way how Hashem works of the Lord, not to compare Hashem to anything, but if I need to somehow somehow paint it, then Hashem is like Wi-Fi. He's everywhere and he's just projecting the Wi-Fi. Right now, there's Wi-Fi in the room. Do you see the Wi-Fi? No. But that's the first question you ask when you come into the room. What's the Wi-Fi? You going to start uploading videos now? What do you need the Wi-Fi for? to answer a question on FaceTime. But back to the example, the Wi-Fi is here. You don't see it. The router projects the Wi-Fi without stopping whether you want it or not. So, it's there. That's Hashem. His presence is there. You just tap in. >> Connect. >> Yeah. Now, first you need to find the network. >> That's hashem.com. Okay. But then you need the password. And if you don't have the password, you don't have any data. >> So the yeah the the the Wi-Fi is there. You need to make an action. Actually two steps. You need the network and you need the password. And you move away from the router. You lose connection. So Hashem is the router. Hashem is the the Wi-Fi in the in the world. You connect yourself to Hashem. You have good internet. Nothing comes with disturbance. The other day we were in a restaurant, they had the the music from somebody's phone on Bluetooth. So every 14 seconds you couldn't hear the music. It was like same thing here. You not good connection with Hashem, your life is going to be right like that good connection then you it's streaming. Yeah. Good flow. Upload, download, whatever you want. Stream videos. >> Very simple. that that's how Hashem works. So we all want to reach to this level. Okay? If you are not with me in what I said in the last hour, then uh I don't know I left you behind in the second exit. Hopefully you're with me up until now. Now let's conclude. At the bottom line, everybody wants to have a peaceful life. They want to be successful. They want their hard labor to bear fruit. They they I spoke to somebody the other day and that person told me you know all my life I wanted to do AB and C and then my life took a turn and went to a completely different way and how did he conclude by saying I never picked I never imagined my life turning out like that. I don't know anyone who pictured how their life will turn out. You're not rare. I also have you know thoughts, dreams, goals but do you know how your life will turn out? Can you say in any part of your life that you say oh I knew it going to happen like that? No it didn't. So anyways you don't know nothing. So but what we do know that we all want to achieve certain level of of success. Most people it's in their financial uh department in their career but normal people they want success in their relationships with their spouse with their kids with their people they work with normal people seek success in their spiritual growth most people that are normal I'm saying it on purpose like that because that's what you need to have be focused on instead of being focused on the basic things that Hashem anyways is going to take care You have no control over anything in your life. So why to put too much effort, time, thought and and and and planning on it. You have to do the basics, the the minimum of the minimum. The rest to Hashem. You have responsibility to wake up in the morning to say thank you to Hashem, to praise him, to thank him, to learn his Torah, to mimic him in acts of kindness. I mean, you have a lot of responsibilities throughout the day. If you look at your job application, Hashem doesn't say you need to worry about money or you need to worry about your health and this and that. You need to do the the minimum. I'll worry about the rest. You do 5%, I'll do 95%. You do 95% thinking that your 95% of effort can do anything. Really, you're required to do 1 to 5% effort. Hashem does the rest. Hashem says that very clearly. Open me a hole in the size of like a thread that goes into a needle that the needle with has a hole. I'll show you opening in the size of a stadium. You just need to do one little step. Just show me that you're willing, that you want, that you going to do some effort, that you're serious. I'll do the rest. That's what I explained last week in the the idea, the concept of the king is in the field in Alul. Why? Why is it in the field? Many years I was wondering, couldn't they choose something better? Why not in an orchard? You know, if it was up to me, I would choose to host the king in in a vineyard. Much more productive in a field. I used to work in fields. There's rats in fields and all sorts of snakes and animals. And it's not a nice place. A lot of sun. So why would Hashem take a walk in the field? Wouldn't he want to walk like on some boardwalk here in Fort Lauderdale? Why? He chose to be in the field because the field is the place of work. A field is a place where you plant things. And after you work hard, I don't know any farmer that just sits like this >> and and nothing. It's hard work to be to farm the land. And then you need to have Hashem's blessing. Hashem doesn't give you the blessing. The land stays dry. So you need your hard work, your effort, which Hashem in this respect says, "Show up. Just show up. Show me that you're serious. Do a little bit of effort. I'm not asking you to be now the number one citizen of the world." I'm asking you to show me effort. I want you to show me that you're serious. We are no, we are all under observation right now. When it says the king is in the field, don't think that you're there to take selfies with the king. The thing wants the king wants to see how you are producing your what's your work. He tells you I didn't really look at you the last 11 months. I let you do your thing. But you know that in a month that is said on in a month I'm going to look at now at the cameras. What am I going to see there? Am I going to see something that I don't like? Well, if you want to erase the data from the cameras, you have a month now to be a good boy. And if you behave now nice the whole month, I will delete a lot of the footage from the cameras from the last 11 months. That's the king is in the field. Come and work right now. What you didn't achieve the entire last 11 months, do it now. And a place of the field is a place of hard work. It means that you have to work hard. You have to go beyond your normal behavior. And I'm talking about work hard in the service to Hashem and your chuva. But what's the advantage of a field? That if you plant the right seeds and Hashem gives you the blessing, it will grow. It will bear fruit and vegetables and you have what to eat your sustenance. You have to understand the metaphoric explanation of the kings in the field. Hashem is giving you now an opportunity work to reach to a certain place each one in their level at the common denominator that we all want to be at some way happy calm left alone nobody's looking for trouble nobody's looking for challenges in case I hope that you say the morning prayers every day one of the most important parts most people zoom through it and they don't even focus on what they're saying the First means there should be a will. Hashem's will is a I'm asking that the will of Hashem should be B. When you're saying should be a new will like a little kid coming to the angry father who said that you're grounded now and the little kid comes with a nice smile after he made the dishes and cleaned the floor and washed the car and did his homework and says, "Can I maybe go out for like one hour? Same idea. >> Same idea. So, Hashem tells you, you have a whole month to show me that you're serious. You have a whole month to show me what you can do. That's the idea of the kings in the field. But like I told you before, everybody wants to reach to a place that they're happy, that they're calm, that they're successful, that there's no challenges. Nobody wants challenges. I told you the most important prayer in the morning. You say, Don't bring me to a place of a challenge. If you have challenges in your life, why don't you start saying the morning prayers the way it should be said and you'll see that you will reduce a lot of your problems. Because if you're looking at the text there, you're saying, "Don't bring me to a place of a test or a challenge." and you asking look what you're asking. Most people don't focus on their morning prayers. I know you're all nodding and some of you are embarrassed to nod. Focus on that. You want to take something positive out tonight. Start saying the morning prayers from the sidul, not from your mind. And read it quietly. Will take you four and a half minutes. But look what you're asking. That's how you're starting your day. Don't start your day with this junk. I told you already. First hour of the day, no phone. If you start your day with your phone, you have a problem. Go to Target, buy an alarm clock for $12, and put this on silent on airplane mode. Don't have it even on at night. You want to have a little bit of peace of mind, turn it off at night. The radiation from it is driving you nuts. But a normal individual shouldn't wake up with a phone. The phone is not an alarm clock. It was designed to bother you first thing in the morning. If you wake up in the morning and you're looking at the screen, the first few things that you see is bad news coming from WhatsApp, Instagram, Tik Tok, because you see all the notifications. Then you already got worried. You didn't even brush your teeth yet. You're already worried cuz there's some message. Now, you didn't want to open it cuz then you see the two blue V's. So, you read it like that and you didn't figure out what's the message. Now, you really don't know what's going on. The whole morning is messed up cuz you looked at one message. 30 years ago, we didn't even have phones. Mornings started with breakfast. I used to look at my parents for breakfast, not at a screen. So, you start your day with a screen, your day is not going to be that great. You end the day with a screen, same thing. My advice is first hour of the day, no phone. Last hour of the day, no phone. Start your day with Hashem, thanking him, praising him. Do that habit for you. First thing you wake up in the morning with all your your focus and excitement, go wash your hands, brush your teeth, say in the morning prayers first. Start your morning with Hashem. Do that 40 days. I guarantee to you, you'll see your day is completely different. Guarantee. No questions here. So, how do you start your day? Everybody wants their day to be successful. I don't know anyone who wakes up in the morning and says, "Hashem, I want a car accident today. I want to lose money and I want to fight with my kids." You strive to have the best day ever. So, to make a long story short, when I want to reach to a place of this that I'm calm, I'm relaxed, I'm not worried, most people are worried about everything. When you are worried about something, that's your indication that you don't have you. You know, you want the basically the for dummies. That's what you need to do right now. You believe that Hashem exists. How much you trust him that you're going to lean on him, that's what you're going to need to start analyzing in the near future and working on. But when you want to reach to a place of what's the definition of that you are calm that's the definition if you're looking for a definition of yeah you can say trust and all that is great but what is the definition what's the essence of calmness and no offense most people I look at their face I can see already the storm that's of emotions in their body because your face tells everything about you doesn't matter how good of poker face you are or you can be a good actor. Your inside is reflected through your face. That's why it's called panim. Panim in Hebrew means inside. So I it's enough for me to look at a person to see the storm. How strong the storm is. Sometimes the storm is not that bad. In many of the cases the storm is as I mentioned a few times as a great rabbi that was murdered in the Holocaust. He's known as the Rebi from Pacetsa. And he writes in one of his holy books that he's talking about a certain meditation form that is called hashka. But he's talking about that if you had some device that you would be able to read people's minds, you would be convinced that every person that you read their mind is a lunatic. But that's the reality. If somebody would read your mind right now, they would think you are a lunatic. What's going on in your mind all day long? what you want to say, what you wish to say, what you want to do right now. Listen, I told you yesterday that you know the the in gives a few keys how to bring yourself to a place of of humility. And the second recommendation that he has that he says she's that you all have bad things that nobody should ever you want should know. Everybody has something that they did that oh that would be the biggest embarrassment for them. Some people have 10 of them a day. These are things that you wouldn't even say to any living soul. And everybody has something like that. And there's certain things that I take will take with me to the grave. Nobody will ever know. And everybody has the same thing. The Raak says you want to be humble. Always remind yourself these things that you are embarrassed to tell to people because if that would ever leak out, how embarrassed you would be, then that should bring to you a lot of a lot of humility in front of Hashem cuz you know that one or two or bad thing that you did or what you think or whatever junk that's in your mind. Everybody has something. So just know that one day all your thoughts, all your desires, all your intentions, all your emotions, everything will be public records. >> So just be very careful with your thoughts and your emotions. And this is said because I saw it happening live. So back to what we're talking about, we all seek this point of happiness. We somehow interpret that if I get this, I will find this happiness. and if I'll get that, I'll find my happiness. Now, I'm not talking necessarily about money. A lot of people think that if they have more money and a nicer car, then they'll be more happy. Not always. Not always. And you know why? Because most people, the Talmud says, if you are constantly that's what you love, you won't be satisfied. If you want just a nice car, you worked hard, you buy a nice car, and that's not the highlight of their day, and you don't really care what people think. You bought the car, you didn't buy the car, you buy because it's a nice car, and you want to drive nice and all that, then good. You'll be satisfied. You enjoy the car, you'll get good use out of it. But when you're buying it because you wanted to show the neighbor that you can afford another 10 grand and buy the higher model, the newer model, and this is you'll never be satisfied. So I'm not talking now only about money. A lot of people they they they think oh peace and happiness is money. Money in many of the cases is a headache. The more money you have, the more problems you have, the more issues you have, the not always money is good, but we all share the same place and we all want to have a place of happiness. that I'm real happy, that I'm content, that I'm not bothered by the toxic people in my life. Then I get a lot of happiness from people I give out. People give me recognition that I kind Everybody wants a normal life, right? What bothers you that when people trash you, slander you, think bad about you, you do good to them, they don't pay respect, so they're not grateful or thankful. Sometimes in many cases, it's your kids. You give so much of yourself and the kid is just like treating you a certain way. We all share the same thing that I just want things to be smooth, right? If I make a questionnaire now, everybody will say, "Of course, I want my life to be smooth." So, I'm sorry to break the bad news. Your life will never be smooth because it's not designed to be smooth. It's designed to be full of ups and downs. If you're looking at the rhythm of life, then go to a hospital and look at a person that is sick and attached to a monitor. The rhythm of life is going up and down. Up and down, right? And if the rhythm of life stops, then the line is flat. No going up or not going down. That's dead. So if you want a peaceful life, that's not a good life. If you want good life, then it's going to one time be up and then one time be down and then one time be up and one time be down all the time. Which means that you have to be grateful, happy, and very satisfied also when you're down because you know that the next beep, the next, how do you say the pa, how do you say >> beat >> beat the next beat is going to be good. If now I'm down and it's bad, then tomorrow is good. Has to. That's the rhythm. Never fails. Unless you have a heart disease and you skip a beat or maybe you see the love of your life and you Skip a few beats get a heart attack and then you miss your love of your life. So I'm right now in the market of finding looking for peace and quiet in my life and I know how to get it. When I give 100% of my belief and trust to Hashem, then the present that I get back is peace of mind. I'm not worried about nothing. I look at my 5-year-old, he has no worries. >> No worries at all. He doesn't think, "What's the next meal? Where are we getting the next meal from? Where are we sleeping?" He thinks I'm a millionaire because in the last two months we were like in 20 houses >> and every time he says it's our house. He's like, "Aba, you bought another house." So, I have like 20 houses and 30 cars. And every time he's like, "Are we driving the new blue car or the new black car?" And it's not ours. >> But he has zero worries, no concerns. I don't see him ever pacing backwards and forth, [Laughter] falls asleep faster than me. Literally, you just turn the light off. So, I want to be like a 5-year-old. >> The reality is I live like a 5-year-old. >> I don't ask Hashem, "How is my next meal coming? Where is my next money coming from?" That's how you have to live. I trust Hashem like my 5-year-old trusts me. My 5-year-old doesn't even question me. I have all the money in the world because I have this little card. You buy whatever you want with it. Never seen anything like that. So, my 5-year-old trusts me that I'm capable of doing anything. Whatever he wants, I know how to get it. And I have a lot of money. So, start trusting Hashem like a 5-year-old. Be a 5-year-old or six. But the fact is, when I look at my little child, that's how I want to live my life. Wake up in the morning. Okay. What are we What What's on the menu? What are we doing? Happy all the time. Ever see a 5-year-old that is not happy? He's happy. That doesn't matter. What are you going to give him? Food is good, not good. Happy all the time. Happy. So, I want to strive to reach the point that I'm living in that level. So, in order for me to live in that level, then I have to believe in Hashem like a 5-year-old believes in their parents and trust them completely, fully, never fail. How do you get to that? Well, yesterday I gave a very long class where you first have to lower a gear and reach to a level of anava of humility in order to start getting in the game. And I can't repeat what I said yesterday. Go to the internet to YouTube, you'll find the lecture. Go and listen to it. Follow the steps. That's the first step you need is to be humble. And the humility is in front of Hashem. And better to do it yourself or Hashem is going to do it for you. If you bend down for him, then it's fine. You don't bend down for him, he will bend you down with a lot of challenges. So better to initiate the analification so he doesn't do it himself cuz when he does it, it hurts. When you do it, it should also hurt. But you set the tone. So you need to first of all bring yourself to a place of anava. And anava is not that you like uh think that you are not worth anything is that you just give all the credit to Hashem. That's the short version of the definition of anava. I didn't do anything. All my success, all my talents, all my greatness, all my understanding, everything. Forget about all. All all everything is a present from Hashem. I didn't do nothing in my life. I don't hold any tova, any gratit. I didn't do anything. I was successful here because Hashem allowed it. I was able to do that because Hashem took me in that path. I did 5% effort and normally 1% Hashem did the 95 or the 99% of the extra. That's that you don't take credit for everything. I mean, it's much more than that. But if you want to simplify, so first you have to reach a level of anava that you don't take credit for nothing. Don't say I did and did you know that not too long ago I was invited to some Shabbaton somewhere and it was a big community after the after the prayer on Shabbat we go down big room maybe 400 people beautiful catering hall and they sat all the rabbis in one table so they sat some rabbi next to me and I'm trying to eat and he's bothering me and he tells me you see that guy over there no okay no I see the guy what do you want me to see? He's like, "Because of me." He puts fill in on every day. >> But wow, thank you for bothering me while I'm eating with that news. And then tell me, you see that B guy over there? Because of me, he observes Shabbat. Wow. Two out of two. And he says, "And you see that couple over there? Because of me, they practice family purity." And he gave himself credit for half the people in that room. And I really wanted to tell him, you really, you serious? You taking credit? You're taking credit that because of you, that person puts fine on take credit that you are the messenger to enlighten him, to educate him, to show him. >> Every day that he puts Fin on is it because of himself, not because of you. How are you taking credit for other people's actions? Where do you come up with that? So first you have to bring all the credit to Hashem. All your success, all your good virtues, everything good in your everything in your life, good or bad, the credit has to go to Hashem and you have to do it genuinely and you have to believe in that. That's the first level of start becoming a humble person. A person can be the most successful individual in the world and still be humble like Moshe Rabenu. Mosha hold the had all the credentials. He was rich. He was he was a prophet. Talk to Hashem face to face. Can you argue with that? >> He was the most humble person in the world ever. Nobody will reach to such per level of humility. So it's not if you are bad or good, successful or not. It's how you it's how you hold your success. It's all credit to Hashem. Once you pass that then you have to start working on the muscle of amuna that did you believe because to believe 100% in hashem it takes a long time yesterday I explained that a lot of the midot a lot of the attributes that we have you born with that that's really the structure the nephesh the lowest level of the soul is born with a set of attributes some of them are good some of them are less good and some of of them are bad. Of course, you can be charitable, you can be kind, you can be patient, you can be understanding, you can be whatever. These are good qualities, but you can be also quick to anger and quick to judge and very impatient and jealous and whatever. Good mid dot, bad mid dot. That's how it works. I spoke about it many times. I teach about it. I highly recommend that you understand the concept because that's the main thing one needs to do. Refine your characteristics. But some of the attributes you're not born with the attributes >> of anava you have to acquire that >> you have to work for that. It's not that you born humble. Hashem is going to take you through a path and now work. Now we see how humble you can get. So you want to work and acquire that mida. The short version of of how you do that is credit giving credit to Hashem. There are physical things that one needs to do which I will mention that and I mentioned that many many times but if a person has doubts they have problems with amuna the first recommendation that our sages say is to eat every day bread and wash and say anyways you eat every day it's not that I'm telling you now to add a meal you eat every day right you meet morning you meet afternoon you eat in the evening so at some point you are for sure going to be full right you don't eat like a bite and you wait 10 hours so if you're already eating and you already get full so why don't you say the birkaton so make it the right way wash your hands eat a little bit of piece of bread if you don't want to eat the a little piece like that that's it and say birkaton say that every day never miss that your level of amuna will be in a completely completely different level. Why it happens? It's not it's important right now. I have a class on my website. You go and look for that. Aino used to use this trick. Aamino used to open a tent in the middle of the desert. You come in the middle of the desert, you get there a whole spa, massages, whatever you want, steaks, wine, everything, the whole nine yard. And then he comes to the person and says just say thank you for the creator. The person says, "I don't know any creator." Okay. You don't know the creator? Here's your bill. Hand him a $20,000 bill. You want to pay? Go ahead. Pay. You don't want to pay. Elazer, that's it. Everybody would pay once they saw Elzo. But most but he was a big guy. He was from the south side of the town. So you know how did you get people closer to Hashem? He told them eat because the e the food has godly sparks in it >> and the godly spark if it's used the right way then it will elevate the person. When I said that in the previous class last week about blessings people are looking all day long for in their life for a blessing but to say a blessing that's a mountain for them to climb. >> A blessing a neighbor is braha. A lot of people say rabbi give me a braha. Well, how many do you give to Hashem? How many times do you bless Hashem? You know that most people, and I'm talking now to the observant people, most observant people, they know how to say the first blessing. But when's the last time you said one of the the closing blessings? The says something very powerful. He says that every piece of food in the world has a godly spark in it. If you say a blessing, then you release the godly spark from that piece of fruit and you elevate that godly spark to its source. You already fulfilled a big part of your purpose. The after braha that you say is to release the toxins from your body. And you don't want to understand why all the time people are sick and weak and how do they call it in America? No. Uh, >> how do they call it? The the seasons change and you get >> allergies. >> Allergies. What a nice invention. >> Allergies. Allergies. Some of you, you're deem yourself dirty. But the point is that if I want to reach to a place that I'm true at peace, then I have to climb the levels of amuna. And the only way to do it is that I have to practice on the muscle of amuna. And I have to do many different things to build my amuna. If you want to go the whole nine yard right from the beginning, then you you have to figure out how you bringing yourself to a place that you are 100% sure, convinced and trusting Hashem in every situation. How to do that? That's not a video. That's a course. But the beginning, what I recommend is like I told you, you do basic things. And the first thing that that's my recommendation is you say every day the same way that you go to the bathroom. Excuse my expression. You go to the bathroom every day. So you can also say every day. Few years ago I was somewhere in a lecture. A lady came up to me and she told me, "Rabbi, my business is going very bad. I need a blessing for Panasa." So I said, "Okay, I'll give you a blessing, but I'll also give you advice for free. You want your business to take off? Say every day." You know what her answer was? Ah, it's too long. Have something shorter. Nope. Nothing shorter. You want money, right? You want your business to work. You're not willing to sit 10 minutes and eat and say a blessing. I said, you eat every day anyways. The way you look, you eat all day long. Stop for one second. Satan, you know, willing to say thank you to Hashem. He's going to give you upon. That's what it says. Han who gives sustenance to fess feeds everyone. But that's he just wants you to say a little thank you. You're not willing to do that. No, she wasn't willing. And I told her, listen, you live in Los Angeles to to go to in Los Angeles. You just get into the car. You didn't even start the car. It's 2-hour traffic. Doesn't matter where you go. I told her it takes you 10 minutes to say the birkaton the grace after meal. I guarantee to you that if you say 10 minutes every day, you'll be 10 minutes less in traffic. No, didn't work. I don't know if it's being stubborn or stupid, but the fact is that's the blessing. That's the people want a blessing in their life. They're not willing to say blessings. So why how why are you going to have a blessing in your life when you're not even you don't even have aligned your blessings. You know that you are required to say 100 blessings every day. Now if you do everything according to the book you'll say 100 blessings a day. If you don't you won't reach 200 blessings a day. So you are occupied all day long in receiving a blessings from Hashem but you're not willing to say one little blessing that takes exactly 13 seconds. You have to put in priorities where you holding. Uh so I'm already telling you what you need to leave from this room tonight. You want to start saying batamazon every day. I know people are thinking that I'm asking them to now uh I don't know invent the wheel. It's the only blessing and prayer we have from the Torah. >> All the rest is from other rabbis. That's the only original prayer. And that you don't want to say. you're willing to be on Instagram five hours, but to to open a prayer book for seven minutes, that you can't do. If you not willing to do that, I can't help you at this point. At this point, I'm going to have to tell you goodbye. If you're not willing, and again, by the way, I said that and I repeat, it doesn't matter your level of observance. A lot of people think, "Oh, I'm not that observant. I don't need to do that." What's the connection? I have a friend for years. I'm trying to convince him to put fill in on. Finally he he he agreed. So I used to call every day to follow up. Sounded fill in. You put fill in on today. So one time I call him and I told him did you put fill on today? He tells me no today I didn't. I told him what happened. It's almost he says no I don't want to be like you. I don't want to be fanatic. I'm not putting fill in every day. But that's the mitzvah. What is that to do with fan? No. If I put it every day I'm going to be like you. But you're not fulfilling the mitzvah right? You don't it has nothing to do with being fanatic if you put it every day. So it doesn't matter the level of observance where you're holding what I'm talking about now. Whether you're fully observant, not observant, it doesn't matter. I'm talking right now your relationship directly to Hashem. So to give you all the the the blueprint of how to build amuna, that's many many classes. That's not one class. Go to my website. There's a lot of classes how to work on your amuna, how to build your amuna. Not that I'm some super superhuman, but I can tell you if you go to my YouTube, half the videos on you of my YouTube is not Torah that I teach from a book. It's a situation that happened in my life and I just packaged it to show the viewer or the student how I analyzed and reverse engineer an entire situation. And the the the bottom line is that you see Hashem in everything. Half my classes is stories that you know you you had to be there to to believe that it's true. Literally half my stories you have to be there to believe. I record everything. Nobody would believe me. There's cameras everywhere cuz I come and say things people are like no it doesn't can't be. So I I know how Hashem is running my show. Everything with me is my life is running on miracles. Not even on gas, on anything. My life is only mira everything's a miracle. Everything is like a somebody once called me. She said, I don't even know what it means. Maybe you can explain to me, but she said, you are like Obi Kenobi. So, it sounded like a curse in Armanian. But uh but then I understood that it's some uh robots or some alien from Star Wars that wherever this Kenobi would go then doors would just open. >> A Jedi master. >> H Jedi master. >> A Jedi master. So this person told me that I'm like Obi Kenobi because everywhere I go there everything just opens. >> Well, I like that. >> I like it too. Just it sounds like a curse. But uh some witchcraft in I don't know from where but the concept. Yeah. I'm telling you everything in my life if you would follow me with a camera you would uh you would document 50 extreme miracles every day. It's not normal. But the reason it's like that because I allow it to happen. I wouldn't recommend you to try that at home. It's not for the faint hearts. You have to prepare a lot of a lot of deep breaths. So you want to reach to that level. Everybody wants to reach to that level. That's the level that you that's what you yearning for. Everybody is yearning for the same result just that everybody translated to different words. You think that you if you have money then that's what's going to give you your happiness and peace. And you think that if you have your husband that you're looking for 10 years that's what's going to give you the peace. Needless said, you know that a month after the wedding, no piece of nothing, just a headache. Few weeks ago, I was in a in a in a Shabbaton for singles. It was, you know, it's sad for me to see so many people that can't find their other half. And all of them are in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and and they're all so dying already to meet their other half. And they'll turn their whole world upside down. the mount of tim that is read by these individuals and then you know and I look at them and I'm like you know it's just a matter of a week after the wedding that you that's it you you you forget that you prayed for 10 years suddenly you don't know what you're praying for there was some mistake that's not what I asked well that's what you deserve so and that's happens with most singles that you know you pray for especially the ones Hashem is testing and they're waiting for many many years then finally when the prince comes all all day long his complaints once I had time I used to help couples with their problems >> negotiation >> it's not even negotiation it's like a you know the risk factor here is very high of husbands that would want to find me dead a long time ago I have a whole member group of husbands that really don't like me. I'm not joking. By the way, there's a group of very angry husbands in the world and they they gang up, you know. I'm not joking at all. There's one guy, some lady invited me to Shabbaton in her city and she's the one of the types that watches all day long videos and now the kitchen is kosher. the the the the she's modest and hair covering the whole thing. Husbands are not happy. So in that particular case, I land in the city. Instead of sending an Uber or a limousine, she sends me her husband, come into the car, I see a very angry husband. 20 minutes, no talking in the car. And I'm like, okay, I I need to think of how am I breaking the ice with this guy. And you know how he broke the ice? Finally, after 20 minutes of silence, he turn around me and he tells me, you know, every night I come home to I come in bed and I see you in wife in in bed with my wife. Great icebreaker. I didn't have to jump out of the car. [Music] He wasn't a happy husband the whole Shabbat. He looked at me like as if he's doing like curses and voodoo curses. So I have a whole fan club of very unhappy husbands that somehow they find me in bed with their wives every night. Why? What kind of Why would you tell a man something? I find you with her. Tell me my wife listens to you a lot. Find you in bed with my wife. [Music] One time this young man came even to me all angry, full of anger. He opened a a group on Facebook and he called it, how did he call it? I hate Rabbi Navra. Something like that. There's a lot there's hundreds of people in that group. And and he came to me in the street and he was very passionate and angry and he told me, "I can't stand you. All I hear is your voice. Everywhere I look in the house, you are on screens, my mother, everything." Rabbi said, "Rabbi said, "Shut up." So I have a big large fan club of very unhappy people. But I don't even know how I got to that. How did I got to the fan club? We were talking about about [Laughter] we have somebody who's listening. >> So it wasn't that I was bored. Many years ago I had time. Now there's no time. But I used to help couples with their slom bite. I said that I went to the Shabbaton with the singles and you see people they're like praying their kishkas to find their other half. Little do they know that 3 weeks after the wedding, you haven't received what you prayed for. And when I used to help couples in Schlumbai and then then they would eat each other alive, I would remind them, do you remember how much you prayed for each other? Do you remember how many books of tim you read in all the in Israel to find that man that is annoying you all day long? What did you pray for? Maybe you said the wrong name in the prayers. [Music] So the reality is that you pray for something, Hashem gives you what you deserve, what you need. You just see it as, "Whoa, whoa, I didn't order that color." So, Hashem doesn't do any mistakes and he gives you exactly what you need. You need to develop your your systems. And like I told you, as a shortcut, go to my website, search amuna.on. There's a lot of videos where I explain all sorts of little ways how you build your amuna. It's a muscle. It's a spiritual muscle that you have to work very hard to acquire it. You don't get it overnight. If you want to use some backdoor tricks, so I told you, you say every day. I know it sounds to many people like a very big thing that I'm telling them to do right now, but you eat anyways. It's not that you like fast for the whole week. So, you're already eating. So, make a habit and eat for one of those meals. Wash your hands. eat bread, you only have to eat 28 grams. It's a little piece if you don't want to eat a piece of bread. And if you have all sorts of excuses that you're allergic to gluten and all sorts of other inventions, don't eat sourdough. That's it. No, I'm just saying uh there's no excuses. You want a blessing in your life, you have to say a blessing. So that brings you very strong amuna. Al says that you want to strengthen your amuna smell bisamim scent of spices but not you know coco Chanel spices like real spices mint yeah lavender what whatever you whatever you like a lot deep breaths strengthens the amuna and there are many little things that you can do to strengthen your amuna I'm not going to go too long on that because you can really find it on my website now I more care to tell you what has to be the switch in your mind because tonight you are excited, you're happy, you're inspired, you laughed a lot, but very soon you're leaving the room and now you're going to go back to square one. You obviously made the effort to come here and listen. So you're already one step ahead of most people. The desire, the the that I'm willing to do something. If you're not willing to do something, you're not going to get nothing. You want to get something from Hashem, you have to give something against. That's the sacrifice that Hashem requires. Everything in your life has to come with a sacrifice. If you look at the Torah, 70% of the mitzvot and everything that has to do around it, it's around sacrifices. All the services in beta mikdash sacrifices, the mishkan sacrifices. It's not that we're some barbaric group of people. Sacrifice in Hebrew is kban. Kban comes from the word in Hebrew kov. You do a sacrifice. It make brings you closer to Hashem. That's how the system works. >> So everything that I said now applies every day of the year. But now we are in a very aspicious time that is called the month of Aul. And the month of Aul is that opportunity time where Hashem says, I am willing to look at a little bit of effort and to consider like as if you did it the entire year. Now we're already 10 days into alul. Hopefully you are in the program. Hopefully you are following. You're doing what you need to do. And if you're not then I then I urge you go to my website atmood.org/allul. Read all the instructions. Follow everything. We made it alul for damies. By the way, people are sending us emails. They can't figure out what to do. It's the easiest way how we did it. You just click day one, grade two, day three. And everything that you need to do, say, pray and and and and learn is organized there. But that's the minimum of the minimum. You want to take the entire month to prepare yourself because you're not going to make the change on Rosh Shah Rosh have to come in clean ready clothes are ironed spiritual clothes are clean if you haven't seen the live lecture on Khes then I'll repeat a very quick h story but you'll have to see the the lecture to see the whole story two years ago when I went to Oman when I told you that I found a lot of challenges the second that I landed one of them was that When I came right before Shah to dip in the mikvah and to clean myself, the mikvah was closed cuz everything was last minute. And the understanding that I got later on and go to the lecture and listen to the whole story. The understanding that I got later on was very clear that Hashem told me you feel physically dirty now on Shana. You know why? Because you came dirty to Roshana. I don't care who you are. You can be Rabbi five times. I don't care who you are. you came to Shah not clean and the fact was that in that alul I was so busy with so many different things I didn't focus on what I was supposed to do in alul I didn't do it the right way and in my mind I'm busy with good things not that I was busy with gambling and in casinos I was busy with what I do it's good positive things but that's where my yet knows how to twist it in a way to make me think oh you you're teaching people but he gets me away from what I am focused on. So that time in Alul I didn't prepare myself the right way. I didn't come to Shana the right way physically what happened was that I wasn't clean physically before I didn't even take a shower sweating emotionally and mentally and spiritually. Hashem told me you came dirty to Rosh Shahul is the time when you clean your garments sh you just walk in to the ceremony. So you have another three weeks to clean your garments. The only way to stand in front of Hashem is if you are in a level that Hashem is number one and and ovado all your blessings in your life if if you are aligned with Hashem. The ultimate blessing that you going to receive in your life is that for all your misfortune you see the the kindness of Hashem in. And these are the things you need to pray for. Don't pray for money. Don't pray for a husband or wife. You can pray for the kids to go in the right path. I pray for whatever you want. I'm telling you, I keep it to the minimum. I rather do actions than to whine. Very simple. I pray what Hashem told me to pray. I don't go too much overboard in praying. I'm not telling you not to pray. But at the time of is Hashem is looking at you. He wants to see what you're willing to do. How far are you willing to go? How much you willing to sacrifice? What you didn't do in the last nine 11 months. He said, "Okay, let me see you do it now." Why do you want to do that? Ignoring right now your level of of observance because you want to come clean to Shana. Clean means that you already did your chuva. You already did your repentance, your your repentance, your introspections. You you asked apologies for whoever you need to. You paid debts that you needed to pay. You close every every hole. That's what you do in. So you come to clean. You get the blessing of Hashem. The blessing of Hashem is everything that you need. Don't worry. When a person worries that shows 100% lack of of trust in Hashem because the word worry in Hebrew, >> war, >> the word war in Hebrew is the >> and it has in that the alphabet from the beginning. It has a al if it has a gimmel. It has a dalled. It has a hey, but it's missing one letter there. >> It's missing the bet. If you go by the orders, it has al if giml daled hey, >> but it's missing the bet. And the bet is the beton. So if you have beton, if you trust in hashem, then you never worry. If you don't trust in hashem, then you will always worry what's going to be happen. What's going to be the result? What should I do? Maybe I should have done that. I could have done this. I should have did this. Wasting your time on this nonsense. So the ultimate level is to reach to a point that you Hashem is the architect. He's the wedding planner. He's everything. I don't I I don't plan. I just show up. You know how many times I show up to a class? I show up. It's not always the case. Many of the classes takes me two days to prepare. Sometimes people don't understand that an hour class is 20 hours of preparing >> three-hour class sometimes it's a month of preparing if you if it's like a real special class but in many of the classes might just show up open my mouth whatever you want me to say I'll say I put headers what I want to focus on so what do you want to do right now right now You want to take advantage of an opportunity. The opportunity is right in front of you. The opportunity is to bring Hashem into your life and to change your life in a way that your life is not smooth. But you see the benefit of every heartbeat in your life. Right now you are very appreciative to the heartbeat that goes up cuz that was a success in your life, a nice part of your life, a marriage, a birth of a child, whatever. But for the beats that go down, you're not that happy. In many of the cases, you're very unhappy. So what you need to switch in your mind from today and on in order for this to apply is also the beat that goes down to be happy with because you gain something from that. what you gain that's a whole different level that I wish for you to get that you see when you go down what you can grab with you everything in my life I always put it in some type of analysis whether it's the end of the day the end of the event the end of the trip everything I will conclude comes the end of the day five minutes You read the text 10 minutes. Do some uh order in your mind. Do I owe anybody an apology? Do I owe anybody money? Was I a good husband? Whereas was I a good father? Where was I a good teacher? Did I treat everybody with respect? I make a little account so I can know what to fix and the next day work on that. Comes the end of the week there's a concluded for the week. Shabbat. I know most of you don't do that. You want to take five, 10, 15 minutes of Shabbat, take a cup of tea, cup of coffee, sit where you can make now an account for the entire week. How was the entire week? Same thing with the end of the month. You do that and then you do that on you want to constantly hold to see where you're holding. See where >> Yeah. And accounting. Yeah. You do that to your business. Do that to your spiritual business. When you reach to that level, you understand and you see the benefit of everything that Hashem does. Now, right now, you don't see the benefit in the disaster that you're dealing with. But down the line, if you patient, you see what Hashem was trying to tell you. There's no such thing that from the negative in your life, nothing good comes. No such thing. I told you the rhythm of life is up and down and up and down. One time you up, one time you're down. You have you're happy when you're up. So also be happy when you're down. If you're smart when you're down, that's when you take momentum. David calls it. I have called you Hashem from the bottom. When do you call Hashem the best? When you're in the bottom. You don't call Hashem in the nicest voice when everything is good. You call Hashem when you're low. So the trick that you need to take from everything that we spoke about besides all the small things that you want to do hopefully you're taking notes you're taking into consideration and you're doing if you find yourself from tonight for the rest of your life saying every day that you know that this night was effective if you don't then know that you failed tonight. I know a man good chance he's listening to us that he came once to one of my lectures that in well in that lecture that's what I recommended birkaton I don't have new products by the way I sell what the Torah sells it's not that I come up with some you know meditate on three triangles and everything will be fine to says do a do a so I recommended the same thing besides maybe a day or two in the last I don't know what six seven eight years that once he was sick never miss and every and by the way to that example also and every time that I see him didn't break the record and really when you're thinking of it is he doing something that extreme no did he change his life completely no is he doing other things throughout the day that are a huge waste of time maybe so if you do the small things I guarantee to you you'll be able to handle the big things but the mindset that you need to have and it's not only for it's important for two reasons a you want to impress Hashem B in alul it's easier >> Hashem says I'll give it to you easy right now if you're willing to put a lot of effort in this month and to do what you're supposed to do then I'm willing says Hashem to ignore the last 11 months that's condition number one bonus number one and bonus number two I'll make the workout in a little easy it's going to be easy for you to do chuva it will be easy for you to wake up in the morning and say it will be easy for you to stand in front of a person and apologize so you have two advantages a Hashem is going to make it easy B that's going to look very nice on your resume on Rosh and beyond Shah that mindset has to be every day when that mindset is every day then you by default you see that your life is going constantly in a level of growth now it's not that I'm promising you a peaceful life is going to be full of challenges life is going to be with a lot of difficulties that down the line you don't even know what Hashem is preparing for you I'm preparing myself to the worst I don't know what Hashem can do. Every day is a new surprise. But I have a 100% trust in Hashem that he will never fail me. He won't take me to a place of failure. He is not going to take me to a place where I will fail. Anywhere that Hashem is going to take me is good. Even if it's not in my mind where I wish to go, but that's what Hashem wants. He knows better than me. I don't have that vision. You know if you drive on a road and let's say the road is 100 miles when you're in the beginning of the road how is that can be defined the past when you're in the end of the road then I will define that as the future and when the you're in the middle of the road that's the present so when you're in the middle of the road you remember where you started you don't see what's in front of you now imagine now a GPS in the sky 50 miles in the air the jeep GPS can see the beginning of the road, the middle of the road, and the end of the road, the past, the present, and the future. You don't see what's 5 minutes down the line, but the GPS knows that 5 kilometers down the line, there's an accident or some delay. So, we don't see what's in front of us, but Hashem sees what's in front of us. He sees everything. What you need to take from that is the is taking you on the perfect path. You don't need to think too much. You don't need to plan too much. You don't need to put so much effort. Let Hashem take you on the path and know that he can only be taking you on a good path. When you keep this mindset, then slowly day after day when Hashem will prove to you, then you get another proof and another proof and eventually your level of amuna comes to that you are blindly trusting Hashem. Not that I'm trying to show off or anything. I'm telling you, every day of my life is is is a beyond a miracle. It's only a game of trust here. It's Hashem's like has some type of way that he gets his nat when he puts me to the test to the ultimate stretch. How much can you stretch? And in many of the cases, it's like I got the point. But if you're looking at all of our great sages, they were always tested with amuna. Whether it's Abra and Mosher or Ysephic was always test with >> you would think that these individual will have an easy life. It's all these great prophets you would think that they would have an easy life. All of them had challenges life. Any individual in the Torah, why do you think the whole book of is telling us the the characteristics of our forefathers? Not just to tell us where we should get inspired. is for us to understand that even these giants were tested with amuna all day long. So I'm not going to be tested with that. So if you want to do yourself a favor, not because you want to reach to a high level of because you want to reach to a level of that you're have calm that your soul is calm that your lifestyle is calm there's peace in your life. my day. I'm I'm telling you, sometimes you most people can't stand in the pace. But with all that, it's peaceful. Everything is everything is in the pace of Hashem. I don't lose track of what's going on. Everything is in the hands of Hashem. So, what you want to do today when you leave this room is you want to change your mindset. You want to change how you think about how Hashem is conducting your life. And that can only be done when you are understanding that really Hashem is the only one who runs the show. Nothing else has control. Definitely not you. But also the other people in your life that you think that they're doing something in your life, >> they also don't have any control. If you think that that neighbor that is suing you or that horrible divorce that you're going through or whatever situation in your life that you think that somebody has control over, if you think that person has control over your life, then you're sorry to tell you are a heretic. >> Nobody has control of your life. Somebody's bothering you one way or another in this world, it's Hashem sending that person. I told you yesterday, that's how I concluded the class. You have to forgive these people. Don't hold grudge against them. So it all boils down how you leave the room. It all depends on you. You can leave the room right now. You had a nice lecture. You got a few jokes, nice uh refreshments. Then you're going to go home back to your challenges probably back to Instagram. And then you start all over again. And everything that I said, nothing happened. didn't register. Back to phase one tomorrow, next challenge. [Music] Or listen, I'm giving you either the red pill or the blue pill. You choose or you go out of this room tonight and you're saying, you know, I want to reach to a place that I I give the keys to Hashem. That that's my goal. I would say that was my goal for many years. I I need to worry about anything. I don't want to worry about anything. I want to be a passenger. I just want to sit and be obedient and let Hashem do whatever he wants. So in theory, it sounds very nice, but it takes many, many years to get there. But if you follow the small steps, you'll get there. And the reason why you want to get there because you're never worried. You're not bothered. You're not under any stress or anxiety. You sleep well. You dream good dreams. You wake up well. You wake up happy. your whole day you happy things don't bother you you're not judgmental you're not angry you eat well you digest well and I can continue now on going and going for another five minutes what you gain from just living in a life that I trust Hashem somebody came to me yesterday and uh for the ones of you who know me or don't know me u to some things in this world my my opinions are very extreme Okay. And uh whatever. I don't care whatever titles people tell me uh or call me conspiracy rabbi, doomsday rabbi, or whatever other tags to my name because some things I see the truth. I don't bend the truth. That's the truth. Deal with it. So somebody came and told me the other day, you know, you from all rabbis, you know the truth. Okay. Wow. So he came with the approach of uh how much does one need to do an effort in preparing to what might happen in the course of the redemption. And my answer was very simple. Your preparation has to be only emotional and spiritual. You think that a a bunker will save you >> or a few barrels of rice or whatever you're thinking to prepare to Armageddon. That's not going to save you. Hashem is gonna save you. >> If Hashem wants to save you, then he will save you. >> Hashem wants something to happen. Chapter 91 in a thousand will fall from one side and another thousand 10,000 from the other side. Nothing will come to you. So I need to stress now over anything. I do the minimum of the effort that I need to do. So I eat healthy. I maintain a good health. I follow certain things. But I don't overdo anything. And I know whatever Hashem wants to do, he will do. Of course, I see what's going on in the world. Of course, I see the truth, how it's distorted and bent. But I know Hashem is the one who's going to control the end of the day what's going to happen. >> I read prophecies. I teach the prophecies. It doesn't look that good when you're looking at the prophecies. But nevertheless, there's also prophecies like I have 100% trust that Hashem is going to take care of me and my loved one and everybody else exactly how he wants and whoever deserves and whatever merit they have. That's it. I do the minimum of the minimum. So I live a very peaceful life, hectic like crazy. I don't recommend to try try come with me for one day. It's not that I'm saying it in a in a in a joke or in an arrogant way. It's a very busy day. Most people won't stand the the paste. But everything is in with always with a smile. You always find me with a smile on my face. And even if I'm not smiling, I mean, maybe my face looks that I'm not smiling, but inside I'm always happy because I always feel Hashem with me. And I know that at any given moment, whatever I need emergency, he will come through. I believe in Hashem and I trust him like my 5-year-old believes in me. He is not worried where he going to get his food from, when is the next meal, what he's going to wear tomorrow. He doesn't worry about anything. My 5-year-old, and to that example, my 10-year-old, my They're not worried. They know who to lean on. They know that Abba has that magic card that pays for everything. So, I also believe in my father in heavens, and I know he can do whatever he wants. >> And if he already pose an obstacle in my way, it's for me to climb. It's a ladder for me to climb. That's the pulse going down at that point. Hashem has thrown me a ladder because where do I call when I'm when when the pulse is down? When the beat is down, that's when you rise up. Because for every time you go down, you go up. How to apply it? That has to be only in your mind. You do your physical effort like I told you, you can start with there's other things. There's other things that one can do. Like I told you, find all the lectures on my website. Start with one. And the next thing is the attitude that you're happy, satisfied, content when things work your way. That's the heartbeat going up. Be grateful and thankful. But remember the right after that comes the going down. You dealing with the going down, be very happy because after that comes >> going up. And if you're smart, you grab whatever you can to learn from when you're down. That's when you learn. That's when you want what I taught yesterday. When you humble, you don't get offended. Why did you do this, Hashem, to me? I prayed so long. I wanted so much. Sometimes you want something so much and Hashem disappoints you and you don't get it. and he wants to see if you're going to be disappointed or if you're going to say I respect your wish and I know that you gave me what I deserve and what I need and let me see what I can learn from the from the limited that you gave me. So my recommendation I can say request by my recommendation is when you leave this door tonight is don't leave the same way you came in. Leave in a completely different way. You're only going to do yourself a favor if you waste too much time. And right away when we say goodbye, you turn around to your friend and you go to your phone and if you don't meditate 2 minutes, 3 minutes on everything that we said and you taking with something with you, it won't work. I will give you blessings from here till tomorrow. It won't work. You need to do something. >> You need to sacrifice something. If you want something change in your life big, you need to decide what am I sacrificing for Hashem and when I sacrifice something in the same level that's what Hashem is going to give me in that level. You want the blessing, you need to give the blessing. You want Hashem to operate in your life, then you need to make room for him. You need to make room not by just saying here I made a beautiful place for you to dwell. is to know 100% that Hashem is the only one who can change any situation. And if he wants to, thank you. If he doesn't want to, thank you too. That's what I was supposed to go through. That's how the meal had to come out. The meal had to come out cold. Today, no good food. When you're happy with everything that Hashem gives you, and you appreciate everything that Hashem gives you, and you understand that everything comes from the hand of Hashem, not people. You don't trust people. You don't thank people. I mean, of course, you thank them, but >> you understand that everything comes from Hashem. That even that the bad things that people do to you, you take it in a different measure. So, I bless you that you're going to be able to take all these words that we spoke now and internalize them. And I bless you that you reach to a point that you wake up in the morning happy and throughout throughout the day, you are happy and you go to sleep happy. And you're happy because you know that Hashem is taking care of your of all your situation. He's your booking agent. He's your travel agent. He's your cook. He's everything. If you give him the opportunity, he will make your life exactly how it should be. You're trying to mess with that. You are messing with your own frequency. You are ruining your own life. Put the gear in neutral. Let Hashem push for you. Humble yourself in front of Hashem. He will elevate you. Very very simple actions. Everything that I'm saying is simple to say, very easy to nod, very hard to do. The way to to make it easy to do is when you in intervene physical actions. And that's my recommendation. You won't lose anything from that. You're only going to gain. So I thank you for your patience. I thank you for your time. >> Thank you. And I want to wish you already may bless you all with everything that you need >> in order to serve him in the best way possible. >> And that the blessing that Hashem gives you, good or bad, that it should be in a revealed way that you understand what Hashem is talking to you. I wish for you that Hashem should bless with all the tools and all the faculties that you need in order to serve him in the best way possible. >> Amen. that you should reach your your goals, you should reach your targets and you should reach your true purpose and with that then Hashem should bless you already with good livelihood. Every anyone who needs to find their other half, Hashem should match you the perfect person >> and you should have amazing kids with them and everyone who has kids should have easy easy way to educate them and to raise them and really that all your heart desires Hashem should bless you in the best way possible. And again, and a few quick reminders before we leave. First of all, tomorrow is my last lecture in Florida. If you want to come, it's going to be in Fort Lauderdale, right? >> Uh in where? >> Shua is >> Shua Israel. Fort Lauderdale. >> Fortale. >> And it's if I believe at 8:00 p.m. And if you can't make it, then it's going to be online, but better to see the live one. After that, I'm going back to Israel before Shah. So, take advantage of that. Classes will remain as usual. Uh, two other things like I told you before, a lot of people are asking a lot of questions about the the text and whatever needs to be done on. It's very simple. You go to my website atmood.org/ill. All the instructions are there. Everything that you need to read is on that website and you don't need to do much. You just click the theim that you need to read. Everything is there. And I'm just saying that because we're getting a lot of messages. Where do I click? Where do I go? We made it as simple as possible. I highly recommend that you do follow it. Short videos, short classes. And if you follow it, I guarantee to you your Rosha Shana your next coming year will be completely completely different. And needless to say, all the videos when you share them. The other day somebody came to me in a lecture. He showed me a picture of a young man, Orthodox man, who he told me, he's a rabbi now. He has five kids. And this man told me a few years ago, I sent him one of your videos. And he told me, "Because of you, look how, you know, he became and he's now a rabbi and he teaches and he has kids, five kids." And >> so I told him, you know, it's not because of me. It's because of you showed him that class. You send him the class, the merit is more on you. I just gave the class. You share the link. And it just goes to show you how sometimes you just share a link of a class and you say, you know, it's a good class. I enjoyed it. Watch it. And you share it with people that would never see it >> and you never know how far one little act that you do, how how it affects another person. I'm telling you, this person came to me literally a few weeks ago in one of the lectures. And for me it's great to see a man totally observant. Not that I'm taking any credit. I was just there standing. But the other person I told him you sent the link. So sometimes little things that you do can make huge huge huge difference. >> So again thank you all for your patience. I think we have maybe a few minutes to do some questions if you have >> and then I have >> ladies. So first of all thank you so much for your time and for your knowledge and everything. Thank you. Um, so couple of announcements again. Ashira Jewish women's center. It's for you ladies also for the men. They have benefits from that a lot. When happy and h happy and healthy women is the best for the whole family and uh and husband. So tomorrow we have amazing class. It's art and para chavua with masier and s. We rotate. Uh we have a beautiful boutique that is here located in Biscan 163rd. It's a beautiful boutique with a very affordable prices. Uh coming up is our fashion show. So whoever want to volunteer, be more involved with the community, with the ladies to volunteer, more than welcome to follow us. And as the rabbi said, follow us, tag us. It's very important to be connected and and and be good. So, thank you so much everybody for coming and thank thank you Rabbi. >> Thank you so much for having me. >> Before we continue, you had a question. You raised your hand a few times. So, >> I wanted >> I wanted to just share how like behind the scenes how we had very little time to create the whole Miami tour >> and there were numerous numerous moments where I was like, "Oh my gosh, I don't know how I'm going to do this." But God like sends intuition or he it it's literally what you say it it just all panned out. You had faith so I had faith and then everything just panned. >> I think you first have to say to the people that you helped with organizing the lectures. >> So you practice what you pre basically like this is it was just beautiful to even watch how Hashem designs every little step of the way like even just to go to Tampa like that. I made a I made a phone call and I was expecting it to be here in Miami and somehow by the end of the call it ended up somewhere in Tampa and I was like, "Oh my gosh, this is in Tampa." And he said, "The rabbi said to me, you can if you find another place in Tampa, then I'm going to go." And I found another place in Tampa, how is this possible? Like all God lined it up beautiful like a game of chess or I don't know. It was just the most beautiful thing to watch and to be a part of and I'm grateful that you let me help and I'm grateful to everybody else who's here and been a part of this journey and uh yeah it's just amazing. Thank you. God bless you. >> I want to add I want to add first of all thank you when I see things like this I get some things shock me. So people sometimes still shock me because then many of the time I whine and saying that most time people disappoint me. >> So hashem there's hope some people they also surprise me inspire but I want to add on that cuz she was saying how everything was Tampa was everything was last minute and my whole life is last minute. I'll probably die last minute. I know how that's going to happen. >> I'll die all last minute. You relate to your own death. >> 121 Mashia will come. Nobody will die. >> So to elaborate on what you're saying with Tampa, it's not only how Hashem moves everything in such a >> flow. >> It's not even a flow. I want to say something else. He does it in such a beautiful way. But what's more beautiful, it's not how everything ends fits perfectly. >> That's something that very few people can see. But I saw the souls that needed me to come to Tampa and how things went like that. >> That's the beauty that when you see how Hashem moves the entire world >> that I can meet a certain individual, it's that's the unbelievable part. That's what I like >> cuz I travel everywhere. Some of the lectures 3,000 people, some of the lectures 12 people. So you know a big uh contrast but he you know that one of my lectures I would say the best lectures I ever gave in my life. I came to the person's house. He organized the lecture. When I arrived, he stood outside and he was like very un unhappy and he right away told me I apologize. You know, there's some game today. Nobody showed up. >> And I was expecting dozens of people. And I told him, "Okay, how many do we have?" He's like, "Four people. Me, my wife, and two guests." So I said, "Okay, that's that's four pe that's a lot of people." That night the lecture was seven hours. lecture was we sat in the living room >> seven hours I left there I started at 8:00 p.m. left at 3:00 a.m. >> Wow. >> And >> yeah and and from that lecture uh first of all the the the mother of the the his wife started baking hal started covering her hair. The sister who wasn't even close to the Torah started lighting candles and eventually eating kosher. A lot of a lot of things developed from that night. But one of the guys that was there, he was so impressed. He invited me to his home. Made a huge lecture in his home. And from that lecture was born a class that I gave to that community for maybe 3 four years every Wednesday. And the first first first classes you'll see on my YouTube is from those that's that's the classes. >> So you just see like how for one event >> how much good came out. >> Exactly. Yeah. >> So I see sometimes how you know sometimes they go literally to the other side of the world one person three people >> but I don't get a >> one of the world >> 100%. Sometimes it's it's all about one person. Sometimes I can sit in a crowd hundreds of people, >> one person gets it >> and but by that person getting it >> like I just told you literally five minutes ago one person sees a video I says one word that makes the switch the person takes off. So what you're saying how to see how Hashem puts it all together. That's amazing. That's actually amazing. It's actually when I look at it it's only Hashem can do that. It really was >> how I and I'm telling you sometimes everything works in such chaos but in such harmony. >> It's chaotic but Hashem is like it's like down down in this world everybody's like pulling hair and Hashem is like la uptight down there. >> Yeah. So, uh, besides a great thank you and, uh, but it's beautiful to see how sometimes I arrive to a certain place and I don't even know how I got there, why I was invited to that city. And after I come there, I see, wow, I see how I was needed here so much. I have a story. I actually told it online a few times. I couldn't find the the the recording. I'll tell you five minutes of the story that many many years ago I flew to Canada. I was once a wedding photographer >> and I was invited to do a wedding in Canada and I went through three days of stuck in the middle of nowhere in Montana. You can't even imagine what I went through. You wouldn't even believe. And and of course I missed the wedding. And >> you can't even imagine. >> Yeah. Everything worked. Everything worked so perfectly. But I was really stuck in the middle of Montana for three days. And at the end, I figured it all. It was for one person. >> One person >> that in his 60s that his life turned out very bad. and a secular man that out of nowhere screamed to Hashem, "Send me a me a message or a messenger or a sign and out of nowhere in the middle of a little town in Montana called Kalisfeld that I know like a few thousand people." >> Yeah, snow here and I came three days for this guy and I saw how Hashem moved everything in such an amazing You have to hear the whole story. What was more interesting is to see how the Satan was trying to stop me all the way on the way. That was like more interesting to see the creativity of the Satan, how he's trying to get me off. The whole thing was like hazi as they say in England. I was like, what's going on here? That's I think like 15 years ago. That's when I told my wife the first time, you know, I think I should be the wedding. I think I should become a rapper. I think that's a little bit more productive. And I saw how Hashem took me like this. >> For one person, >> so >> it's everything that I said tonight. If you just let Hashem >> Yeah. >> unfold the cast the the script. You're just sitting like this all day long. >> You need a hook to see it. And the events were so beautiful. Like one after the next after the next everybody kept saying thank you. It was just so divinely beautiful. >> Thank God. Like there's no way I could not have done that myself. That was him. >> It's 100%. >> It was just beautiful. >> I'm telling you, it's everything with me. I see it the most cuz it's where I sleep. It's where I eat. It's everything. Sometimes things are extremely unorganized. And I'm I'm I'm I'm very organized person. I'm not like, "Ah, okay, let's go. We'll find something on the way." I'm a Libra. Everything is like you see papers everything. But I already stopped arguing with Hashem when I see the this go like that. I'm like okay. Like I told you the last flight that we missed. And that wasn't the only one on the trip. We missed the boat. We missed so many different things. Every time we miss and my wife is like you were cancer. >> What? >> I thought you said we were cancer. >> Shalom. >> Excuse me. >> No. [Laughter] No, for the ones who care, I'm a Libra. I was born on Sima, but >> what? >> Go ahead. >> Um, it's easy if a person is by themselves to work on, but what if they're married to a spouse that is not working on their buck and it's affecting uh their physical and mental state? as much as they're trying >> the fact that the husband is not working on the that's the factor that the wife has to work on because the husband doesn't have you understand what Hashem is doing >> h no I'm not even talking about the praying she's presenting a situation of a woman who is working on her spiritual growth specifically in the area of beton trusting Hashem but the spouse is not on board. So the wife thinks that the spouse is causing the problem. The challenge is the spouse. When the woman is dealing with the husband who is not on board, that's her challenge. Not to be judgmental, not to be angry, not to lose hope, to find creative ways to pull him, to work on the one day he will come closer. So nothing is here is by mistake. Wherever you need to work on, Hashem is going to give you all the tools that you need to work on. If I need to work on my anger and I have a serious issue with anger, then what's going to be my tests? A wife that annoys me all day long. >> Or very calm wife that is annoying even better. >> Yeah. It doesn't matter if she's calm or not. She's annoying me all day long. >> But is there actually an even >> Exactly. Now if he's a normal human being then he's looking at his wife who's a reflection of him and he starts bettering himself then she becomes an es and if he doesn't if he looks down and he complains all day along and she and she and she said and she did then she's ano it's very simple that's why Hashi says >> he has amen no Hashi says he has the marriage then his wife will be an a helpmate He doesn't have the merit then his wife will be. So you can't point the finger of the wife or the husband to that respect. my life, my wife as a stumbling block. It's only a step to go higher. So when my wife is not parallel to my desires or my will or my plan or my goal or whatever it is, I'm not the problem. Sorry. Sorry that I'm saying that. She's not the problem. >> I am the problem. I'm not matched to her. That's the attitude. And not that I'm saying one is better than the other. when I have an issue that I feel that my wife and me are not going in a par parallel way that I will have all sorts of claims to against her that's my indication that the claims has to be pointed at me and I'll give you an example what I'm talking about when I was engaged I was much more observant in the Torah than my wife she was barely observant when when I met her so at some point in my engagement I came to my rabbin I told him I want to break this engagement because I'm much more religious than my wife. >> And if he could, he would hit me. He gave me such a rebuke, telling me in other words, who do you think you are? I'm more religious than her. Oh, I didn't know you walked into the room. You're much more religious than her. Wow. >> Amen. So, why am I telling you that? Because I'm I'm answering you. Because at that point in my life, I thought, "Oh, I'm much better than her. I'm much more closer to Hashem. I'm much more observant. >> I'm better." >> I think that's the problem. Do you think >> Exactly. That is the problem. Now, if I carry that problem in my marriage, then the marriage won't be that great. >> So, luckily, my my rabbi taught me even then, that's not the problem. You think you are more observant than her, you are the problem. And you really think that you're that observant? You will you are you dare to look at another human being. Say I'm more observant than her. Who are you? >> Look at yourself. You see a deficiency in the one in front of you that she's not I'm not I know. >> It's the camera. >> It's the camera. But you you see something in your spouse that you hold her accountable or him, you are the problem. So when I looked at my wife pretend my future wife saying I'm more observant than her. My rabbi told me just look at yourself. You what you seeing is that you are not observant to the level you need to be and you have complaints on her. >> So to you I'm answering if the my husband is not on board, he's not the issue. when you will reach to that level you need to reach he'll jump on board. Hashem wants to see how much you if you saying you know I'm really working on my bet. Um that's a an order for a challenge. >> Best to say I wish my husband will see more eye to eye. How can I encourage him? How can I bring him to my level? Okay, my level is not that great. But to come not only with in any situation that you blame your spouse to something wrong in your life, that's already an indication that you you you're not on top of your game. You didn't figure it out. I never blame my spouse for anything. I actually don't blame anybody in my life for anything. Nobody can cause nothing to me. You cannot cause me to be sad. You cannot cause me to lose money. You cannot cause me to be rich. You can't cause me to do nothing. >> If it's not ordained is what you're saying. >> Even if it's ordained, it was ordained by Hashem. Correct. I'm saying if it's not ordained by Hashem, nobody can hurt you or or or do good to you. And >> we're saying the same thing. Nothing can happen in my life if if Hashem didn't allow it to happen. So I cannot blame anyone. I can't blame anyone for taking my money or suing me or betraying me. >> Only yourself. >> Not even myself. I put all the blame on Hashem, >> right? But you are you are the one that >> No, I'm talking right now if I brought it on me or not. I'm just saying when something bad happens in my life or there's some challenge or there's some type of situation that I'm not eye to eye with a close individual I don't put responsibility on any individual that happens like that it's all because then the master of the universe with that attitude I have a issue with a family member that I feel that there's an issue there I don't point the finger there now I'm saying in not a family member in any person in my life when there's situation, I don't point the finger out. I always point the finger forward. Even when I'm 100% right, even if I'm the victim, I always point the finger at me. And to give you an example, two years ago, exactly two years ago, if you remember, if you follow me, then my neighbors physically attacked me and my son, but in a very bad way. Whatever, doesn't matter. So it's very easy in this situation especially that I'm the victim is to blame everybody to blame them and I have all the rights to come and say that person is mentally ill that person physically attacked us it's very easy to point fingers and I could point fingers till tomorrow it's they started their fault he did but the reality is that I don't look that way. I right away look at myself. What like you said, what did I do? I have must have done something to brought that on me. And if it's if I look into my actions and I haven't done anything then must be that Hashem finds some type of way that I deserve to go through this and now let me see what I can take from that. >> Yes. >> Besides being angry at the person who's coming at me, that's a waste of time. I don't look at the messenger as a problem. I look at the message. So in this situation, like I said, I have all the rights and all the whatever you want that I'm right in this situation. But I'm not looking to who's right. I'm looking what she wants from me and I'm looking to the message between the line. So I'm not upset at the person who's coming and attacking me or so to say hurting me or using me or taking my money or nobody can do anything to me. When you understand that nobody can do nothing to you then a you have no enemies so you don't have to practice hate and anger and jealousy or you will not slander anyone or talk or gossip. It's literally one circle of it's the same thing. So before I take your question, I'm answering you and everybody. I don't look at anyone in my life as a problem. Rather, if that person is a problem, I'm failing with my task. And I also take no responsibility for the will of Hashem. You have a child. One child you want, they go to yeshiva. The other child doesn't go to yeshiva. You think you failed as a parent. No. >> You think I look at the success or failure of my kids in school, yeshiva, spiritual growth, and I take responsibility. No, >> I provided them a kosher home. >> I gave them kosher food. I gave an example. I sent them to Yeshiva. I did my part. If that kid is destined to go to that direction, I can interfere. Not only that, I can't interfere, I should actually help and support. It's my ego that I want my kid to be like me. My kid is not going to be like me. My focus is how can I bring him to be as most focused on Hashem. That's it. But if that kid is destined to go on a different path, I I I can be held accountable. No, I did everything I could to send that kid to be exposed to Hashem. I'm not taking responsibility to the failure. It's not failure. And if you didn't do all that, you can do >> if I would do 20% of what I could do, then I can come myself to complaints. >> You mean guilt? >> Yeah, of course. >> No. Listen, if you were lazy, >> not lazy, not >> and you didn't do nothing, then have with the guilt. But if you did 30% effort, you didn't that you can't take guilt >> with the tools you had. If you did enough effort with the ability and the tool and whatever circumstances and situation and the result came different from what you wished, you did your part. >> You did your part. Of course, I want my kids to be happy, successful, healthy, go in the path of Torah. I don't hold my kids like this. They're individuals. I'm here just to, you know, educate. So, I'm talking about my kids now. But I don't look at anybody in my life that they're affecting me in a negative way. If something negative is happening is because I'm allowing that. But I also don't look at the we call it now the spiritual deficiency of anyone in my life as a situation that causes me to be affected by that. I'm a baluva. You think my family is observant? Nobody's my family's observant. Some are a little bit less, some a little bit more. Nobody's 100% bouva in my family. The how do you say the shoemaker goes barefoot >> because many years ago my rabbi and many other told me you can go and outreach Torah for anybody in the world if you can do it to your to your family you are nobody can do it to their family don't try even so I don't man how I conduct my behavior with my family >> is just being a good example that's it >> and it works after 20 years. You can't argue with the truth. You cannot argue with facts. >> But I don't look at any family member in my life and saying, "Oh, that family member is like this and like that >> because of him or her. It's affecting me." No, no, no, no, no. Rewind the class. Go look at the class yesterday. Nobody's you're responsible for your own problems and your own mistakes and your own spiritual deficiency and lack of growth. Anytime you find yourself rolling over responsibility to any human being in this world, there's a problem. >> That should be your indication. The second that you rolled over responsibility, but you promised, you said you're going to take it. Yo
