Shalom everyone. I hope you doing amazing wherever you are. Very exciting cuz tonight is Pesach Sheni. So that means that spiritually right now we need to search for our chametz and get rid of it. Chametz represents our ego. So that means that right now we need to do an action of looking at ourselves, lowering our ego, and focusing on what I want to change. Now a lot of people tell me now on such an auspicious day, "Oh Rabbi, please pray for me so that I should have good parnassah, that my livelihood should be good. Or pray for me to be healthy, or pray for me that I should have peace in my home, or so many different requests." And they're all very important, by the way. But very few people actually tell me, "Rabbi, please pray for me that I should be successful in overcoming my yetzer hara, my evil inclination. And Rabbi, please pray for me that I should have the power and the the koach to be able to do mitzvot." So what I want you to do right now is something very very powerful, and it doesn't take long. It should take to you a few minutes. The reality is that we all sin. Because if you wouldn't sin, you would be a tzaddik or a tzadekes, and we're not. Let's let's cut to the chase. Let's put the ego right now on the table, and I as they say, cut to the chase, we sin. We sin with all sorts of things that fall under the category of mitzvot lo ta'aseh, the precepts, and we sin with things with mitzvot ta'aseh, things that we don't do. What I want you to do, and that's what I do myself, cuz believe it or not, I also sin. I also have a yetzer hara. I also have desires and lusts, and I also also Rabbi Nachman, I admit I'm not 100% I'm not a tzaddik. I'm not even close to being a tzaddik. So I sin. But I also know how to look at myself and say, "This is where I sin. This is what I need to change." So what I want you to do right now, take a few minutes before Pesach Sheni, before the the power of the second chance kicks in, look in yourself and point two things, a sin that you do that is a mitzvah ta'aseh, meaning that you don't do something that you need to do, whether it's saying birkat hamazon, whether it's praying, wearing tzitzit, whatever it is. And a sin that you do in a mitzvah lo ta'aseh. And that can be also many different things, and I'm not going to give you even examples. You figure out where you're sinning. And I want you to focus your energy on how do you change these two? How can I refine myself? How can I elevate myself that there's at least one mitzvah ta'aseh, a positive mitzvah, and one negative mitzvah, a mitzvah lo ta'aseh, a precept, that I transgress, and pray for that to change, and focus on that and say, "You know what? I don't do this mitzvah, I'm going to start doing this mitzvah starting today." And by that, you're basically first of all putting your ego down by saying, "I admit." That's why we say three times a day what's called tachanun, that we admit ashmanu bagadnu gazalnu, we we confess our sins. When you confess your sins, you already did 80% of the teshuvah. And then you direct your prayers for, "I want to stop doing that sin. Please Hashem, give me the power, give me the common sense, give me the tools that I should have the power to stop doing this sin, or to do it of course much less, or something that I'm not doing, and to start doing it." And I always recommend to start with little things. So it is a very a very very powerful day, Pesach Sheni. Once in a year that we get a second chance, starting from tonight going all the way into tomorrow. And what I like about this year is that it's Erev Shabbat. So much more powerful. So take a few minutes out of your busy day right now before Pesach Sheni. Put your ego on the table, right, and confess. Look up to Hashem and say, "I confess my sins. I don't do this, I do that, I I fail here, I fail there." And then direct your prayers for that. Ask Hashem, "That's what I want you to help me change. I want you to help me grow." That's the whole point of Sefirat HaOmer is spiritually growing every day, and now we have a powerful opportunity. So take a few minutes out of your busy day. Do what I told you, it shouldn't take more than a few minutes. Direct your prayers to refining yourself, for bettering yourself. Then go to atzmoda.org/pesach-sheni, where you'll find all the instructions what you need to do tonight and tomorrow, and follow it. Follow it, it's not a lot. All the prayers that need to be recited on Pesach Sheni, try to do it as close as possible to to to Shabbat, to Friday afternoon, because that's Friday afternoon is a very powerful time to repent, and a very auspicious time to to pray. So go to the website, follow all the instructions, do teshuvah, do tfilah, prayer, and give tzedakah. Now since it's the hilula, the yahrtzeit of Rabbi Meir Baal HaNess, I'm going to go there tonight and pray. I'm going to be there tomorrow and pray. So first of all, you can submit names if you want me to pray on your behalf. I do that more than happy. But also it's very important in this process, you have to do prayer, you have to do teshuvah, repent, and you have to give charity. And some people have the custom to give charity today in the amount of 90. Why? Because on Pesach Sheni it's when the manna came down. The manna signifies blessings, shefa, parnassah, and the gematria, the numerical value of manna is 90. Some people they want to make sure that the abundance and the blessing comes in doubles, so they give double the amount, 180. Therefore we have a very special offer like we do all the time for every $180 donation, we will ship you one of my special bottles of wine from Israel. This only applies in Israel and in the United States. And the wine is very very unique, and of course it has the blessing from my Rabbi, Rav Dov Kook from Tiberias. So make sure that you do the prayer, you do the the teshuvah, and you give charity. If you want to submit names, use the website, but don't miss out on this powerful opportunity. I will share another video from tonight from the tziyun of Rabbi Meir Baal HaNess, but do what I told you, it's only going to take you a few minutes. Go to the page, share the page with all your friends, all your loved ones. Make sure everybody knows about it. And may Hashem hear your prayers and refine you, elevate you, and bless you with everything that you need this year. And bezrat Hashem, I'll see you in the next video, but don't miss this powerful opportunity, second chance on Pesach Sheni. I love you all. Share this video, and I'll see you in the next one.
