Rabbeinu Tam Tefillin and a Miracle

see this little one over here he's about nine months when he was three months we went to the doctor regular checkup and they always check for weight length and they check this the size of his head and they said it's a little to this smaller size to the smaller side and the doctor told me to come back in about six months they'll check again if it's still on the smaller side i need to go fam right to check if everything inside is okay so we went three weeks ago and it dropped even smaller according to the average so today i need to go to do an ultrasound on his head to check if everything is fine i didn't want to go for ultrasound so i obviously i don't but i also went to talikan that hashem has given us um if i like delicious lively there's a lot of different ideas that he's writing how you can bring miracles upon yourself and i also went two weeks ago friday which is two weeks ago to le baba travis oil and after dabbing i asked i want to open one of his lettuce and i want to get an idea of what i could be macabre by myself to see asia i opened it up it opened up to whether i was writing to someone he should start putting on her by the time now i used to put it on every day then i stopped if a few years already i stopped it and that to me was like ishmael and a way of saying that i need to start putting it on again and then it came to my to my mind that the doctor's measuring conduct is measuring the head over here and the bony times also that see us this way on the same spot so um i wasn't covered by myself to stop putting it on every day and i did today i went back to the doctor not to do an ultrasound i went back and i said re-measure i'm for certain that the issue went away the doctor measured and it grew with um one millimeter i don't know how to say it but what it was but the doctor set it's back to normal to where it should be and i'd like to say you don't have to do any ultrasound or anything um so i wanna i would like to thank hashem publicly for giving us such a beacon in this generation and previous generations and the colors they have and so simply that's that's all i want to say thank you
