R Shmuel Fuerst on parking in handicapped parking spots

RBI first from Chicago know everyone's happy what's going be but interesting someone came to he came to show but he was late and he couldnot find a parking space cannot find a parking space so he looks around here and there there's no place to park late it's very late already and he sees a handicap parking it says over there no parking there special for handicap he's in a rush there's no car there he parked there cuz the summer soon I'm late already so soon handicap probably come on time so but he went then he parked there uh he went to park there cuz it look like there no one's going to park there so should Miss after he finish ding one of his went over him and says some parking in a handicap parking so he says I'm not sure I'm not sure you why cuz you're G people who are some want to come and park he's a handicapped and he and he couldn't find a place and he couldn't find a handicap on cuz you parked over there so maybe they went home so it could be and since you parked in a in in a place that you're not supposed to park so he came he came to does he have to over again he have over again so he said he went over says that part by was a special talking for uh for uh for handicap is again right what his Mar let me finish let me finish what his Mar like so he said came what should I do ask again and a second time says that I do something like this I take I take my again is he has a question and I not why but let's say for instance if someone makes you make they makes because the go bank is not see also this case over here the parking SP the case with he took the same thing also so so here I just carried the mat but there's nothing done like so also they second time say not at all he doesn't so he says that you have to the from says so here also also okay when he took away the parking place of of the handicap parking since he was he second time it could be wasn't huh yeah but it's enough it's enough the again right on Lakewood there was a whole fight in Lakewood about this if you allowed to park in a parking space or not so so they called me up so I told him I don't know they called me up so when I saw this I fact I I called up the person who called me up I said listen certain shoes that people po the at the handicap parking and S sh today don't have handicap parking they go against the law they handicap parking so uh so I said this to I never heard the end of it story anyway but again if you know for sure maybe you'll be okay then you know for sure what I don't think so it's not made for them not made huh what the cut off you say hand say you parking someone's driveway say you double Park what gr maybe next two weeks from now I'm going to talk about dou parking let's say someone Parks you and blocks you can you spash his tires can you go and bang into let's say sure you have enough roof to get out you never get out so you get get out by D that's on the list over again probably not drive that's all Shadow can I the shadow can I call let's say someone's block my driveway can I call the police to give a ticket it's by a driveway that I once spoken she you're allowed to do it right the about the has no right to say it's a legal it's a legal thing you build a sh you have to have a place for handicap parking all right that's means you want have to be to be right yeah
