[Music] Aggressive doing [Music] business experience with the other nasty Great to be here as we usually start about your experience in business and in other areas. >> Call thank you very much Ari and surely for inviting me to this push podcast. I think this >> I think this podcast is um really for in 1976 invib one of 13 and I'm number two and Correct. Amazing. [Music] Going back, I think 31 years ago now. Okay. And um and then Iond [Music] local family business journey. Yeah. Stanford Hill like family. Okay. Okay. Point. We can take it. And um for London. So going on invited in the business in the business at the time manufactured confectionary and this started because the fatigation of Galen Intercourse and confectionary in Stanford Hill appendix of Pyama approached boil and sweet and that's when it all started. So from 1958 1984 manufactured sweets chocolates happens to be at the time in Roslandale Street that's history 1984 so manufactur factories in the factories in the business in 1984 manufacturing private label quality products for the company. joined the British established for a couple of years. >> Yeah, business establish as I said 40 years and from 1984 till I joined in 1999. So is gain takoda import and import more. It was imported a big part was imported kosher things in itself in America kosher brands and own brand which different factories around the world for the viewers a food leading brand from the leading kosher brands in the belt was produced um multiple um items across the aisle >> grocery confectionary across the across the way. [Music] Strawberry sticks and confection sugar. usually our business. So to rephrase it in what I do today which is business coaching what was the values of the business which the values of the business is the thing which takes the business which carries the business and it's the you would call it the the oil in the business and the energy in the business. The core values of Mashe was integrity which is honesty in and integrity is Tucker living with this honesty truth and just be authentic and be who you are and and and carry this wherever you go. And this will bring you obviously to always a place of growth. And by the way, Austrian in in Switzerland commented, "We love you as guest wherever you go. You just leave such a good impression and such family minded." And the same thing in the business world as you know and this is really what was his value wholesale $11.99 24 packets of the sweet in a packet. >> Yeah. 24 of these packets and 24 time 113 g $11.99 and change value from side by value of their value hunt and this value which is taking us from century to century. Why did he feel you need you in the business? Bring energy vision, the younger generation out there. By the way, >> by the way, sometimes it works, sometime it doesn't work. Okay. People are coming to me business coach head. >> Correct. Correct. That's why I'm now. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, and and that's why he approached me. Yinga and the funny bit is when he did take me in the bank manager was very happy about because the bank manager then at the annual meeting said that we we are bank managers and so has bank managers long gone those days is the bank manager B's bank manager the same same bank is still from day one garden branch the bank manager said we bank managers like to see new generation coming into businesses we need to see the flow >> new ideas motivation. I love saying this. So this is the reason why I took me in and it was a it was a 26 years journey and an incredible journey. Learned very lot in business with import export dealing with customers, dealing with different suppliers across the world. warehouse over the over these years. Respectful >> 26 >> 26 26 directors. Oh man. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. The business and travel to the far east. Ecuador, Ecuador is Ecuador, South America. Vietnam, >> premium quality tuna factory, the King of the Ocean brand was over the years developed as part of the range. King of Ocean premium fish brand rather than fact are really premium it's owned by American um and uh their specialty in Z quality orientated and we went to visit them it was an incredible trip in Vietnam visited house mentions incredible person. Homeschooling program project. Oh, okay. Yeah. It stopped first freedom flight. >> Yeah. So I travel with and um and yeah we built it and built it. run a business especially in the kosher food industry challenges mentioned to be a nasty to be and I think I think we need to we need to discuss we need to open it up a bit specifying the question industry. Okay. The best products on the shelf. Food supplies the shelf. Um, it's it's in init but it's not as nasty as you brought it in and it's not as calming as Sly put it down. Meaning it's it's something which like in a lot of things it's it's putting things in perspective. It's a business. Every business has challenges, competition, challenges in different areas. Somebody will have it in stock levels. Somebody will have it in in um overheads, somebody will have it with with um with supply issues, supply chain issues. So, every business will have challenges and it's a it's a matter of taking these challenges with the right balance and the right perspective. So it's a business like every business. Obviously the reason why this discussion between Ari and Shi happened is because we are when I say we I'm talking as rumplers are in a kind of showroom because everyone goes to the grocery every day. I mean today you go into the grocery even to buy sushi. Yeah. So meaning it's it's it's a situation which everyone visits groceries a fill for not basic stuff. So it's just it's just in front of everyone. It's so everyone is in everyone's showroom offering service for offering service for mortgage brokerage who comes to offer different services. It's not in front of your eyes all day. So it's it's a business like every businesses. It has its challenges. It has its satisfaction part of it. It has it's it's a business like and and you know what the last four months bam are being have been seen many business owners and I can see that everyone is knocking into the same kind of challenges. So some of it would be more the competition aspect some be more the the the the stock issue some more the margin markup issue. So I want us to know where they are and have to focus and zoom into the right things their business >> does mention the margin markup issue overpriced nish overpriced the competition. What insight can you give us give the viewers onet food production? Why the price this way? What is the strategy of pricing via the passment item and the challenges involved? >> Um, interesting question and I'm going to um tell you just a piece of information in America they call it data data >> data >> data data. >> Okay. The data is about this fact you said no data is fact really that it's only an illusion. It's not even true cuz the cheapest food out there, I wouldn't say the cheapest, but kosher food out there is priced as cheap as non-coosher food. So, it's a mish it's a illusion which is not even true. >> Now, obviously, there's going to be very unique products or or or special cases. It's it's different. But come with me to a grocery store and I if you're looking to make things interesting for people, do this study about pricing. Morrison, Sainsbursbury, Tesco versus the kosher stores. >> I'm gonna do it. >> You'll find out. You'll find out that oil is not even overpaying. >> But people are very money conscious. So they're all putting it in there again for the same reason because this is the forefront. And this is the weekly shopping. >> I wouldn't say I wouldn't say it's money conscious groceries. I mention oil is 89p and this is 82. I got for 82. But the second 169,00 I'm seeing a customer on on quite regular basis which is in a different trade in building trade and supplying something for the building and he's He's he's hitting the same rocks as this. Customers are sitting and penny pinching him. Amazon online do just everywhere the same. I'm going to share something very interesting with you which is going to cover this and take me into my new chapter. You ask somebody in a split second, what does money mean for you? Now, I'm not going to do it to you too because I'm your friends, but I mean to say I'm not going to catch you on the spot. I had a 12 people sitting recently and I tried this and one day made I want to do this with 100 people and I'll explain you this exercise. The exercise is there was 12 people at the table. I gave everyone 12 pieces of paper with a pen and I didn't tell them what's coming. The exercise we're going to do, I've done this in smaller groups as well. And I want everyone to write down when I say going to say a word, what it means to them, means an interpretation of that word. And to teach a very profound lesson when it comes to money, mainly money and mainly the attachment and the emotions around it. So it was 12 people at the table. I had a mind even to bring it with, but uh good. They didn't because you don't let me hold any papers. But I got 12 answers. So I asked everyone, everyone had a paper, quiet paper and a pen of paper and they have to write a few words around money. >> 12 people, 12 answers. You want to hear some examples? >> Mhm. >> Generosity safety >> because they come from a background. >> See how powerful it is. >> Wow. >> Somebody wrote security. I don't remember now. I don't want to spend too much time but I wrote I brought you five but if you want I can share all 12. I have the 12 in my office. Why am I saying this? Because just to show that everything we we everything we living money is obviously a big one there's something attached to it. So when you ask question money with food I've got news for you elephant of examples is the core security >> fine we can climb in we can climb in I don't I don't think you want to do the session around emotions >> the focus from the brands from the focus from the marketing for the durable says quality says The reason is because it's a weekly shop. This is the reason only because it's a weekly shop. But at the end of the day, SMS all these people are making sales. Why? If it's not about money, why they making sales? Because it's not about money. But what if it's not about money? >> So the focus about money. >> Fine. in the food in the food. You saw recently RLES is making a big campaign about quality. >> Yeah. >> And and I'm hearing from people out there that it's done a tremendous um impact. It's mindblowing. main brand for that concept is Italian oil, Italian tuna. >> Quality quality quality quality quality. So it's it proves it proves my point >> and mine. So um >> I think it's a weekly shop and and and and this is the cover of sense it's it's a common denominator every time I'm thinking now if you're going to climb in in the to specific food I'm not even sure they'll be happy to share it's general overall cuz it's it's done it's it's it's not hiding anything. It's not going to be personal. I'm I'm always going. It's going to be It's going to be a nice a nice study. A nice study. It's going to be a big justice to the Kosher. We'll do it. I'm going to do it. I'm going to let you know. >> Oh, it's going to be basically UK market. Americana to spend. So we market >> because for Americana the word money means as well another set of things >> I mean concept of >> nine bright this was I shared before money is everyone it means something different. So therefore doing a study England to England is is is more fair and more accurate. >> Now just to just to the business. >> 18 years I was working for >> and other nine years I was in a partnership level >> directing the business like advance. It was it was it was slow and steady. It was slow and steady. It was slow and steady year after year. Yeah. And it was it was the foundation was growing growing and and growing the foundation and it was very very bad very slowed in UK. >> Correct. Yeah. >> Um but that wasn't the focus always. It was more to build it over here and and and and to eat into the English growth English growth as well and so on move on basically. So 26 years and then hunt business coaching. What made you decide? So so I think for to to to answer that we will have to go a bit into the my years of changing. turn three or four. >> Oh yeah, started speaking before and shifting a bit and then we'll see how the actual bridge was and then we'll see how how much time will be left to cover what I'm actually doing now. It was still in times of mash. We joined a a big coaching group called action coach. Now action coach whoever knows whoever doesn't is one of the biggest coaching groups now in the world. It was founded by um a gentleman called Brad Sugar. He now has action coach in 59 countries. He's Australian guy. He has 59 countries and thousands of officers around the world. We actually joined one of those groups I would say 10 11 years ago. >> You know he has different partners in every country. >> Correct. Because it's now it became a franchise. It wasn't like that. >> I've I've actually met his partner because I want to study on coaching. So I did the action coach course to become a coach. So yeah, I did like a week seminar in their place >> was like three hours from here. >> UK >> UK I made the whole course the whole thing had to give money to Vietnam to become a business coach and I decided it's not for me. >> Okay. >> So I moved on. >> Good. >> But I the whole actually I was by action coach my coach my business coach was a action coach. Not John David Pson's name. >> David. >> I contacted him recently. So basically we joined the action group. action coach group 10 11 years ago and uh I learned very lot there about understanding a very fundamental point was for you to show up in your business fully you need to kind of bring yourself in and be best version of yourself when it comes to business. So it's not only looking within the business it's as well looking about the people in the business. This is really the the foundation of of this career. So we had we were there number of years in the action group. Then we switched to another group Americanbased group more on a private private coach. And in the meantime I traveled to the first the first of mine personal growth seminar which you aware of. Um Ari and Shirley both of you we we had the privilege to to to to >> join one >> to join join one the possible seminar and um >> abont of glazer >> abont of glazer seminar and this was going nearly eight years ago of glazes I think touched now over 14,000 Eden around the world with this seminar with his personal growth seminar and um since then I started getting involved in that world in one of the ways hosting the seminar in the UK which I think if I if I can just based on memory we probably had 20 25 seminars since then between men and women it's obviously different seminars and different people leading it so therefore I was involved and I hosted it and therefore I started coaching for them and this is how I got involved in this part of the career. >> If I may stop you a second, emotional growth fancy a few minutes. What's the possible you? >> So the possible you is really trying to bring people to a place of taking responsibility for their life. Basically, everyone has a story. story and blame and blame the possible you the survival mode and it's time to say enough. We have to take ownership and responsibility about our life and start looking inwards and not sitting and blaming. As you know always says blaming one finger to the enam is three fingers back to yourself. And this is really in one in a nutshell what this is all about. And once you start taking responsibility and taking ownership about your life, it's it's a whole different life of living. Living meaning yes, now I'm living I'm speaking to two and speaking in front of a mic in front of the studio and it's today and what happened yesterday? What difference? Tomorrow nobody knows. and just living living this moment and living and living life. So instead of surviving it's becoming a point of thriving and this is in one word if you want to say this in one word this would be the one word. Now in the same time there's a very big fear people have about this which is is is is in the heritage based of more like the boat of in the past but we can't be living >> can't be stuck in the past. >> We can't be stuck in the past. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Good. >> But my question is what um Yeah. Yeah. And we encourage everyone to go. >> We encourage everyone to go. I don't think the possibility is for everyone. Yeah. But I'm very honest, but just experience four days. >> Four days. Uh >> by the way when I went to soul the first time it was over 6 days it was 5 days a week and it was Sunday later as well >> and the reason is was I think different hours I'm just saying it's over different yeah from because I've passed this many times so what what for you for personal life and others The way you you between people, the way you talk that made I made I made you change completely. Is the possible you was it more included? >> Um the the the the answer to that will be it's it's not a it's not a one word answer and I could say number one thing for the complimentary. I take it >> always Always good to give, always good to take. >> Correct. But you know some people are very hard to take compliments. I recently went up to somebody compliment. Yeah. So invote it's stepping into that which I know out there scary is really putting on your foot to the first the first step of the ladder and how big is this ladder? This ladder is endless. The ladder is endless the is endless. It's endless meaning every step is another step another step. Another step. So therefore nearly 8 years in this in this environment. So obviously step after step after step after step. So just to give you an example I joined possible afterwards in London was one which I participated after tul and then it was a lakewood one which I traveled every single one is another step. So so therefore and and then all different programs and different things I experienced over the last few years is another step another step another step. So this is really where things started shifting that my interest and satisfaction started shifting with it. And so after making such a shift, the shift was a very slow shift and a shift of actually being involved in something which was very meaningful and something very special because end of the day I got back from people. I mean I saw with my own eyes but people would shared what I done for them in terms of of of living life and relationships and connection with in it's it's a whole different level. So obviously meaning to my life and satisfaction and this is where things started shifting away from the kind of where I was all the years and started shifting it to this way. So what like the position mentored a coach as part of the possible you program >> a possible you coach. >> A possible you coach. So you are fully invested in this program. mountain program. Sure. >> What what is kind of like the main places where where you feel that this has given you the most the most value? >> Okay. Yeah. Yeah. >> The one thing which recently I got and this thing I'm going to because it's so important and this is one thing but this one thing has to be to 100%. 99.9 won't be enough. The one thing is taking responsibility on your life and again to 100%. Once you take that to 100% and again this takes time. So even if somebody was 10% committed and then go 20 25 fine but the real growth the the real shifting will happen once you take the 100%. Because from that minute the blaming goes everything goes and from that minute you take full responsibility as we learned the kicks in and the right people will come into your life the right things will happen into your life just things will start but this alone is aime it's not a a possible seminar it's taken now when I say this let's go into detail it's in every aspect so when something will happen to you. somebody will tell you something you didn't like or you have a whole plan and it's just not going according to plan or that you whatever whatever will happen maybe we'll get to example soon and if once upon a time you would be either procrastinating look I won't look at it now or saying ah to yourself it's about taking responsibility means being 100% honest and truthful to yourself and a level of 100% and that's when things will fost yeah one of the one of the journeys and he's very much in uh in it's called David Brown in uh it's called the presence process one of these kind of programs he calls it Every time you get upset, it's a setup. Upset and setup is the same wording. >> It's a setup. It's a setup for you to grow and a is responsibility 100% in in it's achiever Allah blame game Allah Allah Allah It's not true. Everyone is exactly where they have to be married where they have to be when they have to be. Everything is exactly to perfection which is orchestrated and it's up to the person to take that responsibility to 100%. >> So experience emotions. So like you want to change career fed up from the food indry and fight health. What how how did how did it play out? >> Okay. And it was I guess I I would say it was a two-year decision. That's how that's how tough decision it was. And you need a lot of a lot of courage and a lot of support and and a lot of background. I saw it as somebody jumping down, jumping down from a big roof. But so you had to prepare the trampoline where you're going to jump onto cuz if not will crash into the into the hardcore ground. So this is this is how difficult it was. And um by the way it's still difficult meaning it's it's not going to take a day just to switch. It's every stage holidays coming back from holidays every stage is going to be changes and difficult. Now change is difficult and this is why people so afraid cuz change you know people coming into the after day two it's just she's so afraid of change. So the end was something is needs brushing up in terms of relationship and things have to be better and and she's still saying huh uh uh that's how afraid people are of this but um I could tell all you listeners as I understand you for being afraid but at the same time the reward is very very big and therefore take that courage of being afraid afraid and step into this whatever it is. Now I'm switching a bit to understand that where I've been these few years I joined about a year ago another program which is similar coin called you heard of this so coin is very similar work just a whole different approach but a similar work >> where is he based >> he's very much encouraged him to go into this as >> yeah wasn't he wasn't Go a high rank in the army. You can read up about them all. What are the >> um but he was a high ranking army has all the missions >> men wasn't a spying it out loads of good stories he was he was a real man >> correct and he took all this into this and the roof pushed him very much into this wellent um I joined his program be um a year ago few months ago he even offered a coaching program for his program because part of his program he gives you six sessions with a coach So he gives you six free sessions. A participant gets six free sessions. So he now making groups of being a coach for him and uh I passed that bum. I have a certificate from him. You can see on my website and he is already sending he's sending me participants. He sent me now a few participants from me to coach them. So again the first six he pays and from then the participant has to take it further if he wants to or not. So he's a great a great foundation to start this work and [Music] and recently I joined another program which is called you can check that up online which is Toronto-based which again the same family the same work very powerful and obviously because this is what I'm doing for a I need to step in there. So obviously I joined I would say if I have to if you would coach me I would say 50% to gain tools because helping people it's new tools and new and 50% is self-rowth because really if you want to help people you have to grow as well. >> Okay sorry what made you move on? >> Okay fine fine. Yeah, I I did uh sorry I I brought this in in preparation of the answer and um because obviously I found satisfaction here very profound and I found I have something in me I can offer the world which is very meaningful and therefore I started shifting my satisfaction. So when you work as much as we need money we need satisfaction too. So my satisfaction started shifting away from there and this started getting a bit in the way and saying you know what you can't be here and there you have to do actually a move. So this is really the answer the answer. So I want to just bring out something. Bingot used to come to me a year ago and uh I remember sawing a man 25th of December at time called me up and discuss something randomly somebody told him you should come and discuss something with me. So he was kind in a situation of he had somebody who set up a business and he was in a very comfortable job and the other person offered him to come in to join him and he helped Yanam on a kind of voluntary basis and invested even in those and he was deciding if he should actually do the full move and go into Yan with partnership or not. I coached him at the time I didn't take money for this because before I actually left Dras I never ever charged for whatever I done. I coached many hours and I spoke to people many hours. I never ever charge. I think this is my pan. I didn't need to charge there. And um I coached him. I think it was a couple of sessions and uh he came to me a few weeks later in in Mount Trade feedback. It's it's kind of it's your journey about your feedback because a if you don't get to you get disappointed and b it's yours but obviously if they feed back to me it's always going to be good it's going to be good for for a lot of reasons for me to help more people and satisfaction so on. So he came to me and then so spoke to people you have something in your hand and um explore that business at the same time experience website and that is that's what I'm doing. >> Okay, now we're going to step in. Now we're going to step into the next chapter. experience created in a business coaching and we're going to answer correctly and the answer is going to be the following. What I'm doing now this is we launched this new firm which is called OWBC and by the way coming to me now that you too were the to launch me when I sponsored >> that week that was a launch. >> Hallelujah. And and I have very interesting lesson that an outcome is two different things. That was myadless and I was very busy after that but not connected to your to the sponsorship. a bookkeeper, a relative energy. I I'm I'm I'm standing for truth and this is the truth. I'm afraid off. It's fine. sponsor's activities positivity in a compliment level broadcasting skills the host which as we discussed you're born with It is really really effective because of that. >> Appreciate it. >> Yeah. >> So therefore to sponsor this is a must but the outcome will come love direct. >> Okay. Continue. >> So so Orange West Business Coaching is what I'm doing now. It's the website is owbc.co.uk. If we'll have time we'll cover where the name comes from. But it's not so important. It's more what I do. The business slogan whoever will see is called business in motion. Now business in motion means pushup shot. You know push-up shot podcast push-up shot motion. Motion moving. So business is a motion. A business has to move. It's like an everything has to move. If it does if it stands it it gets stale. Has to move. If it stands it goes backwards. So business emotion is push but what's behind this is the combination of what we are talking about business in motion is business in motion is the emotions in the business and this is really what I'm trying to bring to the haisha community that when you're in the business journey which I'm clearly focused on business and and you'll come into me will be about the margins about your systems terms. It'll be about where are you and it'll be about looking in your numbers. Not necessarily I will do it for you but I will make you do it because obviously how much can we cover in a session but I'll make you do a lot of exercises between the sessions of digging in to things even if it's not comfortable which going there one of the very profound messages in the emotional world is which people are scared is actually meeting discomfort and meeting discomfort is understandable it's it's very scary fine Is this really fine? Is this really good? Oh, this is no kicking in. I just want to ignore and I want to continue. And what we want to teach people in business and in personal face the fact. So if you're jealous of somebody who's this he just I forget. So being honest means breathe in. Okay. Next private session coach therapist. I'll deal with it. But be aware. Own it up. But no, this is no point. And this is going on the whole time. Yeah. comes, money goes. It's all the >> Yeah. 100%. >> So, it's about it's about facing what you need to. So, same thing in business and and I'm telling people the whole time, you might not want to hear what I'm going to tell you or what we're talking and and but I am going to be total honest and truthful to you and it might help you. I mean, as I said before, I had bam these four months. A lot of different people in my in my room. Um, you haven't visited yet? >> Nope. No, the next time you stand for visit and show you as well. Yeah. Down in Homeley Road. >> Okay. >> Um and it's a very nice setup. My wife designed a beautiful coaching environment um with the plants with the candles orange blue all like the logo. It's it's >> getting excited. >> Yeah. Alice is very very well done and it's a very good environment of uh of uh >> the business of my coach. >> We're going to get to it. Let me just finish saying about the kind of the of the of business in motion. So, so where does it get to has to get used and everything? So you're facing so many challenges in business because the end of the day business is going to be relationships. It's suppliers, it's workers, it's customers mainly and yes workers. Team playing. One of the things I would say I specialize in team playing. Team playing meaning you have to take care of your team. Your person working for you. He's not just working for you. He's actually helping you in a way that you should be able to focus on different things and you should be able to go away more often. So you have to treat him with with such respect and and and you have to this relationship needs nurturing like a plant here needs watering. So it's very hard to nurture relationships if you're not really in touch with yourself. If you don't understand yourself, how can you understand? So you think it is it is personal growth more than anything that you focus on but the you give them the the work is also focused on business. >> No, I would I would change it around. It's business coaching in conjunction with the personal the personality meaning the personal pe the people in the business should be showing up the best possible way. Mhm. >> So the people in business meaning your managers, your staff and mainly yourself, show up the best version of yourself and that's including sometime being vulnerable. You be vulnerable. Say your staff listen had have a bad day. I'm going through a a rough patch. Let's be open. Be vulnerable. You know what? You'll find someone so many surprises as they'll the worker will say Gahham loses for me loses for me. And the same thing he needs to be comfortable to share with you some vulnerable stuff because the end of the day he's a person. Kinder and and best you don't want just him to come in the morning clock in and go out. You want his best and trust me the talented is above average. It's this is hoy and you want the best out of it. We have a lot of talent and and get the best you're paying him. He's anyway coming in. Use the best and this is only by actually nurturing relationship. So again it's strictly business coaching and it's it's unblocking the blocks in the way which comes from not aligned emotions. So this clear >> so what question do we have to get back to do you think that every business needs a business coach? The answer is I'm going to say something which is against my what I'm doing now. But again I I stand for honesty and transparency. Not every business needs one. Meaning if a business owner is fully aligned, fully owned up and fully own he own he's owning up for himself and he wants to learn new things and is open for new things and he's very clear. he could manage. But we have to every business should implement a measuring stick to say okay I'm fine I'm fine I'm fine but a measuring stick means if something shows if this show the measuring stick shows is it called a measuring stick >> uh we call it that way you can yeah then he should know no to seek help seek help so if if if your kind of business which okay you do business for But if you're finding that I thought about it and what would be a measuring stick covering the word means if somebody's borrowing money the whole time now for day-to-day stuff this is a big a big red you know a red a red red flag that's why I brought it up so so Create. Create the the red lights. Create the traffic lights. The green, the orange, and the red. Create it. Green. I'm good to go. Good to go means I'm living. I'm building. I'm clear. Staff are happy. Orange m every day. You're not going to approach some help. You're going to go downhill. >> I think I think there was a simpler test. If a person is not happy himself with where he is or his way where his business is, then it is more than advisable I think to go to speak to someone. >> But surely this is where the challenge is. If you're not in touch with yourself, it's very easy to I this mentioned his art and they take them to a safe space. If somebody if somebody knows what they're doing and they and they vibrating acceptance and love and all that within how many minutes are do you know the truth? >> 20 seconds. So meaning it's it's this is exactly the point surely >> being honest with yourself fully and helpach. At least one person was mentor feedback or friend. >> It's more mental friend. Yeah. >> Paid for or not? Because different paid. >> Okay. Fine. Just a business coach. So So you really have a coach every Sunday. >> Yeah. >> Fine. As as as Okay. is completely different than me like you know what the difference is your passport and my passport. So this is a different mindset meaning secure the value is tremendous and a business coach can inuil areas in in auil areas personally business and and in in in business areas which which was untouched and and I mean there isn't enough time to cover actual stories and so but but what which which I alone experienced the last 4 months so many things which just untouched because people are scared to go there. Once you touch it, it might be painful for a bit, but then somebody want to expand. Yes, it's a business and and and we're sitting there said you started it. You're doing well. Why can't you expand? What's stopping you? Till it came to such a simple thing that the the first part of his business he had one van on the road. He didn't have you want to expand two, three, four. He's doing a service. He didn't have a system of a basic system in the calls. Went on the road, collected money. So, Alberta 24 hours. So obviously you can't go about it. So it was it it seems it seems so complicated but so simple. Obviously you want to find the right system. It should be the most efficient. Build the systems vans system vans. So that part you could come to a coach to help you as well identify what you want the system to present what you want. But very important as as I discussed before when I joined these other workshops important point before we coming to finish that 50% I went to pick up tools and other 50% is to actual self-growth but maybe I would revise that it's a bigger percent to self-growth and that includes me actually having a coach I finished because of this session I I have a weekly session with a coach and as I explained you mention this coach has exactly the same strategy as me and coaching in business coaching and in business I never found somebody which actually has the same strategy. His name is Ellie Xstein and he's actually a a breath work practitioner taking a high high advanced course and he gets business owners on the floor doing breath work new levels. New levels and I'm actually every week I have a a thing a session with him because it helps me so so much. >> This is a breath work session. >> No no no no no again it's that's what I'm saying it's business now he tells people go to breath work don't don't come to me go elsewhere. So I would people will come to me and say they're so blocked. It's not love could come to me. I could return them different things. So this again I'm doing business coaching because this is really it's it's a it's a thing which is needed and again I think I'm unique in the part I have the background of business many many years background of the emotional work many years and as well the the multilingual which is important because some people come and do and they can't connect to a go to to a goish they need the yish English >> community Yeah. Like the action coach pricing action pricing. Yeah. And something in between and you're the perfect fit. So people do appreciate coach and you know what many coaching cultural important >> passport. Yeah. 30 seconds >> message to the call. We call it the elevation message. >> You can call it the elevation message. >> Elevation pitch. >> Pitch. Yeah. Elevation. Yeah. >> Um and uh but I recently came up with a client. You should create three messages, three elevation messages. Why? One for people who know you, one people who don't know you, and one you should have three options. And the homework was every day he has to give the message to somebody. >> Okay, good. real estate. >> So generally I would say that being honest with yourself which means sometimes stepping into areas which is not so comfortable is very very rewarding in this meaning in life connection in life in so for the hosting in cultive >> and I'm just going to add on that don't be afraid to reach out to a friend to a mentor to someone for help for personal help for business help whatever it is shame to reach out to anyone
