Yeah, I'm also not I was just told what
to do.
>> Okay, beautiful. Good morning everybody.
>> [clears throat]
>> Okay, everybody understood the sh last
yesterday.
Okay, so let's continue. Yesterday was
our which our third shar.
So today we have the fourth shear.
Huh? You want you want to? Okay. So
today we'll continue
and we are up to in middle of
in the copies it's page 412 on the
bottom of page 412
1 2 3 4 5 lines from the bottom
the series is dedicated by an anonymous
donor graciously in honor of the
fulfillment of the words of Mashiach to
the BMPsu
my
main.
So
the summation of yesterday's she was
the heart, the inner heart, the core of
the heart, the core of the soul that is
always awake, that's never asleep. Even
when a person is asleep on so many
levels, that part has the clarity and
it's open and the consciousness
is
tuned in to the ultimate truth of
reality. It experiences the dy, the
pounding on the door, the the outcry.
And it's two words, peace.
That's the beginning of everything. Open
up. open up for me because I want you. I
want to be with you. We don't belong to
be separate by doors and by walls and by
structures and by iron curtains. That's
not that's not the real reality. That's
not the destiny. That's not the purpose.
Piskili.
And what does pisky mean? Open pisky
doesn't mean an expansive thing. You're
going to start building a whole door and
a whole entrance and a tower and an
archis.
You would think it should be a
respectable opening. Yeah, melik says
melik
has to go somewhere. He can breach
through a gad. If you walk to the Kaisel
by Shar Yafo, you know those arches were
created. Beautiful, beautiful arches.
Yeah. Created for kings who wanted to
arrive and you have to have a
respectable entrance.
[laughter]
Malik, a king comes.
The Gmorra says
the king says, and the mountain is
uprooted.
for the for the king of all kings.
A nice arch, a beautiful gate, a fine
entrance, an exquisite.
So he says, "No,
not only is it not extravagant and
exquisite and large and expansive,
the point of a of a needle and the dare
is as we said therm
the hole in the needle, the eye of the
needle. This is is smaller. The eye of
the needle has it has some space. It's
small but it has a gate that's an
opening. There is something is there.
You can identify this is a an open space
is you don't even have an opening there.
He says it gets smaller and smaller.
The next step after that is is already
nothingness. And that's the pisk.
So
what are you opening? He says on one
hand you're not opening a big thing but
in that you have everything. You have
the whole and your holistas
and that's the transformation from the
state of sleep from the state of sleep
of lack of consciousness of lack of of
awareness of alertness of connection to
reality that's the pisili
he says that's the of of of
it's not it's not extravagant it's not
it's not dramatic but it's like a it's a
shift in the core yeah where where
everything gets disintegrated every
everything gets surrendered than in its
>> core
change
in
here. A big big big big shhat would
would would ruin the nakuda. This is
like a it's like a it's like a secret
shift in a very very deep place.
>> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
>> Yeah.
It's
>> like the the the complete
disintegration, the breakdown of
everything.
>> Yeah.
>> We're very scared of vulnerability.
Yeah. And the reason we go to sleep is
because it's a protect it's it's a it's
fun to go to sleep. I don't know. Fun,
but it's it's a protective place. It
seems safe. Yeah.
Yeah,
being asleep is, you know, there there's
something nice about it.
Like, don't wake me up, you know, I'm
asleep. Like, wake me up when the, you
know, when the dream ends, [laughter]
>> it's 1937 in Mos,
>> right?
[snorts] So, in Moscow, Yeah. My
grandfather masc
Muffa 1938 a knock on the door Friday
night. So in the Soviet Union in the
1930s you knew that you couldn't sleep
in America 2026. You sometimes think you
could sleep. I know a lot of Russian
Jews that day when they moved to immigr
and it's that response that I want to be
with you. I want the truth only the
truth. I want that MS. I want the the
the real real truth of my reality of the
core of reality. And in that pisi he
says you have everything because it's
not really
a new reality where you're developing
something as you're saying you're making
a big hole but it's the it's the neck of
it creates the hole in the it's already
not a anymore. The wall is already not
there. There's already a hole in it. Now
is going to start now starts growth. Now
starts integration. That's already the
next step. Integration. But before
integration, you first need
disintegration.
That's very important. Yeah. Before
integration of truth, you need
disintegration of all the lies. As long
as I'm still holding on to uh, you know,
to some some latch, some I'm holding on
to something. I'm holding on even to a
hinge, to a hook, something, I can't
integrate anything really new because
because I'm still there. the
disintegration of everything else.
That's the that's the that's the what he
says in your whole
what was will not be anymore. So what is
going to be we'll work on it
in that of many ways you have it's
deeper than everything else even though
it's what is it not even a neck of here
but that that is what burst the bubble
that is what what what
ultimately undermines the sheer
the lie yeah I can't sleep anymore
>> shows you
yeah
Yeah, that which for years and years and
years and maybe decades, centuries
sometimes in families, this dynasties of
centuries that was impenetrable. You
don't mess with this. This makita is
here. It's right. What do
[clears throat] they say? There's two
things you don't mess with. Death and
IRS. Yeah, two things.
>> Huh?
>> Yeah. You're saying death already.
They're makingis but the IRS is
it's certain things the fabric of
reality this is part of the fabric of
reality you know whoever messed with it
ended up in let's put it that way this
is this is it
so it's very it's it's we have to
understand how much resistance there is
to this is it's like the iron curtain
the iron curtain was impenetrable like
nobody even thought that it's penetrable
like [laughter]
My mother my mother when she was a kid
they grew up in the Soviet Union. So my
grandmother shalom they would go to
sleep at night. So you know you sing
with the kids say so my grandmother
would say every night with the kids
this is should help that we should see
the my mother said as a kid it was like
it was a much was much more practical
and feasible to say that tomorrow we
should find a house on the moon you know
a comfortable house in the moon and
Stalin will send us a spaceship to be
able to go to the moon that was actually
much more practical than physically
leaving the Soviet Union and getting
somewhere else. It was uh was a we don't
understand what that means. Well, you
get on a plane and you go, right? You
grew up in the Soviet Union. You know
what this means? She said, "But her
grandmother, her mother would say it
every night." And they they made it out.
They they so did they came in 1948. They
went in
they made a shakyu and he said, "When I
see such a family coming out of Russia,
that was his response. I'll call upon
him." So, huh.
No.
Okay. That's what I heard from her many
times.
So, uh he was wearing a but it was like
it was like their mother used to say it
every night or almost every night and uh
and it happened. It literally happened
after the second world war. So sometimes
in you know in life there's certain
things like you don't mess like this.
This is reality. This is the barel. It's
an iron curtain and it's not even
conscious. It's unconscious. You know,
in this society, everybody walks around
sleeping. That's how it is. And you
decide, you decide that you found an
alarm clock. It's going to wake you up.
No problem. We'll give you a certificate
that you're officially insane.
>> Yeah. So, this is really it's a nef. And
if it looks like a which is nothing but
it has everything in it. The is already
not the same. This and the is not the
same. Once the core is
a core. Yeah. You were you were
pricricked. You you pricricked the core
and it's the lie disintegrated.
Now you could already start integrating
because before this point whatever I
integrate is going to be an additional
layer. You understand it? It's going to
stick to the wall. Right? That's that's
what often happens when people take on
beautiful things on themselves but the
the core dysfunction has not been dealt
with. So this is a this is a deep
experience. This piski is is
>> right. Exactly. Right. You paint the
house but there's mold and you never
dealt with the mold. Yeah.
>> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. The paint will the
paint will just be a cover up for a very
short time because the mold grows. Yeah.
Very good. Very good. Marshall from your
field of work. Yeah.
There's nothing like people bringing
metaphors from their own fields of life
and work because then it's like very
visceral. You know, you want to bring a
mushel from a kitchen maybe [laughter]
that's why he gives mash from black
holes and big bangs and then
[cough]
>> ah the UN. Yeah. Yeah.
Huh?
>> Yeah.
And
you know that expression, huh? The same
camouflaged with another wedding gown.
So that's Huh. Huh? You never heard
that? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It's very
deep. Yeah. Yeah.
You know his joke? Yeah.
He said a guy was married, he got
divorced and he remarried the same
woman. They said, "What happened?" So he
said forgot.
Yeah. That was your vert. No. Yeah.
So all the auditions that I do,
everything I add and add and add without
without the disintegration of the old,
it does not it's not real. I go back
into sleep. It's just a more
sophisticated sleep. In different words,
in the words of psychology, our
protectors when they are attacked, they
learn how to take on a different shape.
They they they they're very smart. They
put on a new poor mask and they just
show up differently in a more
sophisticated way that will avoid the
new detection. You know, there's the
radars that the police pick up and then
you find a new one that avoids the
detection. So, you just become a little
smarter in how to avoid being detected
by truth. And we it's very this is very
very deep forces in a person's life
because the vigilance to be able to stay
asleep is very powerful if I feel that
this sleep is essential to my survival
and that's what I do that's why I'm
sleeping
and it's much more unconscious even than
conscious so it's the
that doesn't even have a hole doesn't
have a but that's
means the surrender of everything I'm
ready for all to be disintegrated to be
able to say that I'm not going to stay
in a lie anymore. I want the truth. I
want my truth. I want the truth of our I
want truth. I want the real thing. I
want to wake up. I want to wake up. I
want to be in reality. I want to be
reality because that is reality.
And that's the pisk. Now, Hashem says if
there's now there could be you could
start sensing what it means to be.
So, it's not just four adjectives, four
descriptions of who I need to open the
door. Okay, you're my sister. Oh, you're
not my sister, you're my wife. Okay,
you're not my wife, you're my dove.
You're not my dove, you're my twin.
Okay, thank you. You don't know who I
am. So, figure out who I am and come
back. Yeah, come back.
Talking about the Soviet Union, they say
a story that the KGB came, you know, and
they they pounded on the door and the
guy opened up and they say, "Does
Goldstein live here?" Goldstein lives
here. He says, "No.
So he says, "What's your name?"
Goldstein.
So he says, "Well, how do you lie?" He
says, "This is called living."
[laughter]
He asked if Goldstein lives there. This
is not called living. Nobody's alive
here tight yet. [laughter]
[snorts] So I don't know what the KGB
did for that. But
that moment, this is called living. It's
not called living. What is called
living? I don't know yet. But I know
this is not called living. There's an
expression
says
of lash
there's getting there but here I'm not
staying anymore
was once a in the early years they spoke
about ding so it says always based on
that based on the there's four steps in
dvening the four worlds
and bri and then so basically it starts
so from the beginning of davening all
the way till Omar is
and then you go from
after
and then
and then you go downward that's the end
of all the way till
so those are all stages in the latter of
four steps in the latter it says and
each one is a different world a
different state of consciousness that's
the purpose before all of that he said
means I'm not yet on the journey, but
it's an internal nothing happened. It's
an internal shift.
>> Preparation.
>> Yeah. But a preparation and he Yeah.
He said it's something expressed in
what is it? I'm here. I I want I want to
show up.
>> Yeah. Before Before the Before you're
starting the hike and the journey and
this it's an inner it's an inner shift.
And how what does that look like? It
looks like it's not not an hour or two
hours or four hours. Yeah. It's an it's
not a second and it's not an hour. It's
an it's
like
from here you come he says to
and he started off with that the concept
of is my sister because the relationship
of siblings is one that's innate. It's
embedded. It's it's genetic like says in
a mimer that the love of a man of
husband and a wife is different than a
brother and a sister. A husband and a
wife is often a very intense
relationship and it could go both ways.
There's a lot of drama and there's a lot
of intensity and there's a lot of
electricity and it's supposed to be that
way and it can also go both ways between
a brother and a sister. It's more placid
says in the
versus there's love like fire love like
water a mar a marriage is fire hopefully
it's a good fire is the gar says in a
yud and ish
right so if you have the yud and the hey
so the fires enhance each other ish and
isha right if you take out the yud and
the hey it's fire and fire
is but the definition is there's a lot
of intensity and the reason it's intense
is because it's a new thing that's
dramatic. He was born without it. She
was born without it. Now later point in
life they discovered each other
is you're born with it and therefore you
could take it for granted. It's family
family. You know you don't know what
what's the definition of going home. You
don't know of where to go. You go home
like family is family.
[snorts] But in that and but but but
it's something that's reliable.
Hopefully it's a reliable thing. In
other words, you can go back on it. My
brother is always my brother. My
sister's always my sister.
>> Yeah. Even in times of crisis, in times
of adversity, she's my sister. He's my
brother.
So that's the definition of representing
that there's a relationship with Hashem.
It's there. It's embedded. It's always
there. Maybe it was concealed. Maybe
it's not revealed. But it's an
you have the same father. You have the
same mother. That's
there's an is there's a deep inherent
relationship. This brings us to another
from the word. It says
it says when it says my sister
he nodded he fused
he fused the whole world with and here
the explains what's the
not and here came the two explanations.
Yeah. One explanation was that revealed
that it's not that this god of the world
but God the world that the real truth of
reality of the world is alus
and for this the explained the whole
explanation because the world is hashem
and therefore the chemistry of
everything is being recreated by the
hashem so the true mitis of the world
needs to be created every single moment
because its real reality is a divine
energy that is creating it something
from
On a deeper level he said yet you
remember the second part this is a very
very deep idea that it's rats and in
desire in real desire all the other kas
are outside of the soul they create
something outside of the soul
ratson is the soul wants and therefore
what it wants doesn't have a real
significant existence outside of the
desire as long as the desire is there
it's reality when the desire is there
it's not this idea of that the world is
rotten
means that it's it's it's the desire
that's what it is and that's a deeper
deeper layer of consciousness. Those are
the two he explained in that was the
main
and this is the beginning of avoid when
we look around when we walk around in
the world you know it's it's intuitively
we don't relate to this intuitively
even if you feel that there is a creator
or you're convinced there's a creator
you believe it or you have proof there
is a creator that's what there is and
there's creation which is which is a big
step that wasn't the of
that's a very intelligent person who's
not blinded by bias and not blinded by
um the need to be to be uh to be
independent of any creator of any laws.
So any real intelligent person knows
the was the fusion
that it's not a separate
everything is elus everything is elus
and that changes everything because
imagine you embody that imagine you can
actually feel that in your nervous
system what does that feel like what
does that feel like it's it's a it it's
it's the end of ego it's the end of all
ego in a beautiful way the end of ego
ego. It's not that you don't have an
identity. It's your identity is a divine
manifestation.
What does that feel like? You know, all
of our fights and our angers and our
frustrations and our competitiveness and
our anxiety and our nervousness and our
control and our getting upset at this
one. It's all because I'm I'm I'm in
this bubble, you know, trying to
survive. And when you you can experience
yourself literally as as the flow of a
loose, your manifestation. It's not two
things. And that means me, it means you.
It means everything every single reality
from the food that we touch from the
earth that we walk on from the
experiences in our own in our own psyche
and in our heart and our nervous system
it's all
Everything is essentially one. When it
says when comes
says explain the glory of God will be
revealed and all the flesh will see that
Hashem's mouth what he spoke is
fulfilled
no
everybody's going to see that everything
is there's nothing else. That's what
they're going [clears throat] to see.
It's a whole different t usually learn
they're going to see that God what he
said is going to be fulfilled. His
promises will finally materialize.
That's
says
they're going to see everything. You're
Oh, so we're all we're all one
[laughter]
and therefore it's going to be. Yeah.
Very good. You're going to look at the
world and see it's pam.
Today you look you could just see the
gashmas. If you look deeper with with
you know you use microscopes you can
already see that there's a whole deeper
universe. If you have more sophisticated
and refined technology, you can go
deeper and deeper till you reach a space
where you see that matter and energy are
interchangeable. And then you go a
little deeper and you come to your
strength theory and you see it's all var
and this says and when you go even
deeper you see it's not only it's the
it's desire it's love
and that's the ultimate string theory
the strings the chords of love.
I am a harp for your melodies.
It's all a harp for your desire for your
melodies. So this is the
huh?
Go sing your song. Go sing your song.
So we don't share the cup of loneliness.
We share the cup of of oneness.
what this also means I just it popped
into me yesterday middle of the day so
share it with you is
wait really what this means
used to say gut is also
two expressions is because
like we learned in the other
gut is also
that's
had the two expressions. But when you
say that, it really means
it means that in our deepest place, when
we talk about Hashem, it we're really
talking about ourselves, right? When
you're talking about Hashem, you're
talking about Hashem who is beyond
nature, but you're also talking about
yourself because we we we're all part of
it. So, in other words, when you say
God, Hashem wants this. Another way of
saying it is if all my layers were
removed and I can have an X-ray into the
core of my energy, I want this. That's
really what it's saying. So, it's just
important to understand like the
revolution here in terms of the
experience of the relationship. It's not
like God wants you to do this and I want
something else. That may be how it's
playing out in in the external reality.
I may been up but in the real reality
what we're saying is if if that's why
the word god is not a good word because
god means mitus
is is reality so it's like almost
reality wants us right actually a better
word than god is reality wants us who is
re well are you reality well if you're
part of reality you want this maybe
maybe you don't think you're part of
reality okay so then then we then you
need help [laughter]
but that's what it Reality wants this
and you are we're all part of reality.
There's no such thing. There's God and
there's me. No. No. What is God? God is
reality. Are you part of reality? Is
Jacobson part of reality? Well, I should
hope at least somewhere something I'm
part of reality. I mean, we're all part
of reality. That's what it means.
Everyone is part of Hashem. Hashem
includes reality. It's also beyond that
reality. That's going to be the next
step. We're going to see that. Not to
confuse with Spinosa, but uh but uh in
other words, God is not reduced to
reality. It's not there's it's not that
there's no God outside of my reality,
but there's no reality. Hashem, but
there's no reality outside of Hashem.
That's a big difference.
So, uh because yesterday we're talking
about the spinosa
reality and then reality,
>> right? Right. And reality itself is a
right beyond reality.
>> And then there's beyond reality.
Exactly.
>> Which is an absolute reality. Right.
>> If you want to put into words,
>> if you want words, you're using absolute
reality. You don't want to use words, so
you're saying beyond reality.
>> I'm still using words. Just a little
more sophisticated. [laughter]
>> Communicating to each other.
>> He calls it absolute reality. Call it
beyond reality. Whatever. I I say I
don't know.
>> Beyond [laughter] reality.
>> Oh, so words.
>> Beyond reality is a dangerous word in my
world because [snorts]
I don't want
>> I hear absolute reality.
Huh?
>> So the ramifications of this are very
important. You know the Torah says
Hashem wants you to live this way. God.
So that's his problem. It's not my
problem. That question, it's his
problem, not my problem, is based on a
complete misunderstanding both of God
and of me. Both. There's a competition
here. He's the big guy, I'm the small
guy. Either we like each other, either
we hate each other. But that whole
competitiveness which is deep inside
there I think there was a philosopher
who once said I don't know if it was
Nichi somebody else he said if God does
exist I would like to be him I don't
think he exists but if he does exist why
is he God and I'm a I'm a simple human
being that's not fair I want to be
Napoleon I want to be the dictator I
want to be the boss right that whole
that whole paradigm of reality is based
on an ego version of existence which is
all based on concealment
so This inner knowing, this this inner
clarity, it is an we are all an we are
all part of an. And when you see
yourself, imagine you see yourself that
way. You're like a frequency of it. Each
one of us is still individuated, but
it's an individuated manifestation of
all inclusive infinite reality.
Everything is transformed internally.
And that was the that's what Abrau
started to teach the world. He didn't
teach that there was a god. He taught
Kale kale and is one. So now the
continues
page 412 345.
I love this.
Everything that was explained is really
describing the nature of the world.
We're not talking here metaphysics.
We're not talking here about things that
are beyond. We're talking about reality.
But you can explain it to your animal
consciousness also. This all can be
discussed with the animal.
This can all be explained to the in
other words you're not here talking
about things that are not in the world
of the animal. So you're describing what
an animal is. You're describing what the
world is. You're describing nature.
This means even though it's an animal
soul in the person.
It says inelis that the spirit of Adam
soarses upward. The spirit of the
behemoth descends downward which
represents the fact that a behemoth is a
behemoth. It's an animal. It's
interested in one thing. Survival earthy
survival. That's it.
Right? Look look at a hen, look at a
cat, look at a dog. I have one agenda.
The agenda is give me food, give me
comfort, give me shelter, let me
propagate, let me survive.
There's an expression
an animal has never seen heaven the way
God created an animal. never see in
heaven and it's not interest like don't
bother me you know go to your chickens
or go to your cat or go to your deer and
start talking about heaven leave me
alone you're with your mash
you know where's lunch we're waiting for
lunch and that's the behema inside of us
that's the inside of us so he says
that's all true but
when you explain to the
you hear the what
the is looking from mata. It's looking
for earth. He's looking for survival. So
you explain to him that's the mata. The
mata is vaya.
Of course he's interested in mata. He's
not interested in mata. He's interested
in survival. He's interested in earth.
But that is what survival is. What what
does it mean to live? This is something
you can explain to the animal soul also.
And if the hashem, if the divine energy
would depart from the universe, from the
planet and from any specific item, it
would remain
just like we understand even practically
that every single all matter is has
building blocks. They call it atoms.
Atoms are the building blocks of matter.
What happens if those building blocks
were gone or those building blocks would
not function in the way they usually
function? Because every atom has a
precise way in which it functions which
holds it together and then it's held by
molecules and that is basically matter.
Everybody understands it's not like what
would happen to it? There would be
nothing there if there's no atoms. It's
not like oh so what happen that is the
oner level you know every atom is 99.9%
empty space. So really it's hashem so
the moment that is not there that is
matter that is what matters. So the neph
says I LOVE MYSELF. I ALSO love you and
I'm telling you who you are. [panting]
[snorts] If somebody says I love myself,
I hate my genes. REALLY? AND WHO ARE
YOU? You're you're outside of your
genes. I love myself and I hate my
cells. I hate my DNA. I hate my jin.
That is you. So the behemoth loves
itself. It wants to protect itself. I'm
I understand I'm talking about self.
That's the v. You want mata. This is the
mata. It's not mila. This is the mata.
So this is all a v for the neahus.
It's a vit in survival. In order for the
neahus to be happy really it's really
seeking for its truth. It want it wants
connection with itself. A fine that's
what an animal is. A healthy animal
wants connection to itself to its life
force. Even a mosquito. Look at a
mosquito. Look at a bug. Look at a bee.
They will do anything for survival. I
want connection to myself to my life
force. What is your life force? Your
life force is oneness.
So this is a conversation you can have
with your animal soul.
>> Yeah. No, but this is already this is in
other words that's the this is not this
is a this the animal soul also wants. It
may not know this. You need a to you
need you need in other words it puts on
a protective gear and it says no I'm aim
and this is it. That's the of the this
is why you need to have a relationship.
You need to get married, so to speak,
and have an ongoing dialogue with your
nephas,
right? That's the basis of Tanya.
There's a constant conversation between
the divine soul and the animal soul.
They're in conversation with each other.
And the animal soul will go back into
protective mode. It'll go into coping
mechanisms, into survival techniques
because it needs the reassurance of the
adult in the room, you know, Tati and
mommy to say, "You're good. You're
safe." And what you're really looking
for is oneness, attachment, connection.
That's the truth of what you're looking
for.
And the moment the nephahamus has the
ability to crack open its protective
mechanism like ah oh okay I could
breathe.
I could breathe.
One needs another one.
>> Maybe perhaps the nephew operates a lot
with needs. Okay, I need I need and what
do I really need? But even the need like
what's deep deep deep down under the
need
>> deep deep deep down
it may it may it may like any animal it
may have become monstrous you know the
little cute cub turned into a monstrous
lioness that I will not start up with
and that's true with our own nephamas
you know our little cute nephahamas
grows up it learns how to survive in the
world and it could become monstrous it
could become immoral it could become a
real fat ugly sahara but what is
essentially looking for. It's
essentially looking for I want to be I
want to survive. My survival mechanism
became I lie and I cheat and I deceive
and I manipulate and I exploit and I'm a
full-fledged addict and I'm completely
dysfunctional and I live in lies and I
manipulate the whole world and that's my
nephew. But it that's stuck in a fake
orbit of complete dysfunction. That's
not what it really what it really is
looking for
even though that's what it becomes and
we have to acknowledge that this
conversation is one that ultimately can
be
I have to of course address its fears
because its fears are that you're taking
me away from mata you want to turn me
into a zombie and that's why he's saying
this is about actually describing the
nature of reality
your your most bl you tell the animal
the most blissful experience you will
ever have is when you Let go of your
insecurities and your ego and you don't
have to be a behemoth anymore. You can
let God into your life. That will be
your most blissful experience. The
moment Bahamas gets it. Ah, wow. Wow.
That feels good.
Wow. I never realized that Bahamas is
like this is in Tanya. It says that a
ben every morning awakes hashem and then
goes goes to sleeps
peacefully it's he says later it's going
to wake up don't worry [laughter]
it's going to wake up it may not sleep
all day and you don't get disappointed
because that's the nature of the you
have to work again but the point is when
[clears throat] the nephahamus
feels this and I'm not threatening you
I'm your friend I'm not threatening you
it can finally [snorts] surrender the
ego
and the need for the facade and the need
for the stubbornness
[snorts] and literally melt away into
ecstasy and because there's no
substitute for this in any fake pleasure
in the world then Bahamas is like wow if
this is if this is what you have for me
then I'm in it's a very deep energetic
experience but it can't be forced I
can't be forced that's why he says you
have to explain it to the nephas what
does it mean to explain it explain it's
not through a shir the neah doesn't come
to shim it's DHD [laughter]
the Bahamas you have to explain it
through energetic experience you
understand what I'm saying when he says
it doesn't mean you sit down you
remember in class
I'm going to talk to you for three hours
is already is already gone you remember
in class they would do sit down for
three hours you get a lecture already
the first second you're out it's
completely ineffective
checked out
I taught once in a I taught in Yeshiva
for many years. So I I gave the or
gamaro. So and there there was a boy he
would sit in the front and you know I
can give a long sh unfortunately or
fortunately whatever it is he would sit
and he would look at me a whole time and
I saw he's not listening a word like he
was not following. So once I
complimented him I said I have to tell
you that I'm impressed with something.
You have such adul kite. You sit I see
that you're not listening at all. Yeah.
Which I understand it may be boring
whatever and you send it's a long sheet.
It's like an hour and a half, whatever
it is. And you and you push it. You look
at me like there's so much respect
there. Like I'm just I wanted to
compliment him.
And he said, "Yeah, I don't listen a
word." So I said, "How do you do it? How
do you do it? Like I would go crazy." He
said, "I have years of practice with my
father.
Years of practice." [laughter]
You understand? It was very sad. He
learned what it means. Somebody lectures
you have to look because you don't have
a choice but you're not listening to be
masidah it doesn't come through a
lecture never happened never will happen
your masid it's an energetic explanation
is nervous system the nervous system is
the bridge between the mind and the body
is the body it's the life of the body
explaining it to the body is a different
language it's somatic language today
they call it somatic it's really somatic
language is not an looking for intellect
ual another another discovery.
It [snorts] wants ma it's just it's
looking for life.
So communicating to it is a very very
subtle energetic communication of who it
really is
and then it can crack open then it can
listen. If it's feeling threatened by
you and you're going to lecture me and
you're going to prove me wrong and
you're going to tell me that I'm an
animal. You're such a sick disgusting
animal. Okay. Next.
>> Huh? Yeah. Yeah, that's very good. When
the amygdala, when the amygdala can
allow the preffrontal cortex to
communicate, the prefrontal cortex can
open itself up to the neikis
explaining things. Very good.
That's very good. When I'm in the
amygdala state, amygdala is the part of
us that alerts us to danger and I'm very
hyped up and I'm very, very anxious. I
can't listen to anything now. I'm just
trying to survive. And we have to
acknowledge those moments.
>> Uh yeah, you you scream at the kid. You
could see it, right? It's like a fire
alarm goes off. You know, there there's
this shooting. There's you're scared.
It's it's a response. It's a what's
called fight orflight response because
you're just trying to survive. And then
your prefrontal goes it goes offline.
But when when the person is in a more uh
regulated regulated space, the
prefrontal can open up. Yeah. The vagus
nerve can then communicate uh a sense of
relaxation and regulation.
Yeah. Then the nepheus
can communicate with the nephas that
it's fertile. It's open. It's very very
open and then it will get it. It'll get
it. Ah okay. I'm in. I'm in. And that's
how we do inner work. That is how inner
work is done.
>> So how do you
>> and then huh?
>> How do you communicate?
not through a frask.
What's the internal dialogue?
>> The internal dialogue is as follows.
It's very very deep and you have to
catch it while it's happening. The
nephas doesn't speak in mathematics. The
nebama speaks in survival code. But it
doesn't use the word survival. It uses
the word reality. Okay? So maybe my wife
will tell me something. Okay? I may
experience it as a deep deep mus speech.
All my defensives, all my defensives may
now go on. And naturally, the never
tells me doesn't use those get angry. It
doesn't tell me get angry. I just get
angry. [laughter]
It doesn't say. And that's reality. And
the never just heard something. It may
have heard that you're nothing. It may
have heard my wife or my kid or my
husband or anybody saying something. And
just says, "Oh, here's somebody else who
thinks you're a loser. You're an idiot.
You're a moron." Right? Right? So, what
do you do when somebody thinks you're a
you're an idiot, you don't
deserve to exist, you're a shaita,
[snorts] you're the worst thing that
ever happened to humanity, you're the
biggest loser in the world. What are you
supposed to do? [laughter]
Huh? Okay. So, part of you says, "Get
divorced." Part of you says, "At least
get angry, at least disassociate."
Right? These are all this is neph
classic responses.
Now you come to by the way anoid mulvad.
You take your anoid mv and shove it into
the Hudson River because right now
somebody wants to kill you,
right? Somebody standing with a gun.
Anoid mad, thank you. Either shoot back
or run or call 911. Don't start with me,
anoid mouad. And then you're going to
start telling it this whole like are you
crazy? What you been? And that's really
what happens with so many people. They
learn good things. They're inspired. But
then at home or in the office or in
reality, it's all forgotten because the
problem is not philosophy. The problem
is not even psychology. The problem is
biology.
That's not my line. That's my wife's
line. It's not biology. It's not
philosophy. It's not psychology. It's
biology. They think it's philosophy.
They'll go to another shar. They'll
listen to another podcast. They'll
listen to another thing. They'll get
inspired again. But then when the
trigger happens, you're back in the
abyss. You're back in gehenn because
nobody ever spoke to the neph is a
little scared child. It has one
language. It's called protection. One
way of getting protected is angry. If
I'm angry at you, I'm already in a
position of safety in my own mind. I
disassociate, I'm safe. I run away, I'm
safe. I'm aggressive, I'm safe.
That's all it's trying to do. You're
going to start telling it now.
So the whole mitz is of your wife is so
she's REALLY SAYING GOD. OH, SO NOW SHE
THINKS SHE'S GOD. WHOA. BOOM. You
understand? He took the whole mima as a
topsy turvy gandic. Now even more crazy.
Now he's even more crazy. So now he's
fighting God saying all these and and we
have to understand this is how the
Nephamus works doesn't work with
intellectual explanations. It's a
nervous system that developed over years
and years already in the womb of my
mother. It's in the womb of my mother. I
started to develop what's safe and
what's not safe
for what some people they become
defensive. Some people we become very
aggressive. Some people we just become
people's please. Everybody their own is
but it goes into it. It it wraps it
pretzel. it like becomes like a pretzel
and it be goes into its own little orbit
and that's where it lives from and it
also needs to tell itself that it's
righteous because that's part of being
alive. I'm a good person too. So I
figure out why you're the worst person
in the world. I'm the best person in the
world and now I'm I'm anxious and angry.
So the process must require a
conversation with these parts of the
nefas.
We have to identify what is going on.
Just to ignore it and slap it in the
face, it usually does not work.
How do you talk to it?
>> Huh?
>> How do you talk to it?
>> Don't send this to your Reba. This is
everybody's work. This doesn't have to
do with
also have to talk to their Shabbans.
>> I usually do I write a letter
and one I address and say this is my
natural reaction.
>> Okay. this guy is an idiot and he's this
and this is this and he's about to kill
him blah blah then I say that's probably
the ultimately this is my response
should be but the truth of the matter
I'm clinging to the first response
>> yeah we all we cling to the first
response because it's natural it's it's
its focus is survival and and that's
really what it's trying to do it's all
it's always trying to keep you safe it's
trying to keep me safe it's not doing
anything else it may wreak havoc but
deep down. It's keeping me safe. Even
those that starts hollering and
screaming and raging, right? It's its
own PTSD that it's dealing with. It's
trying to keep itself safe in a crazy
world.
>> Not only that, it tries to live in
because it it tries to pierce the sheer
because she is it's so anti-hatic to it,
right? That it's react badly to all the
sheers all the
but
something out of you and you know
>> there's deep down there's a lot of
innocence there. But we have to
acknowledge that and it sometimes
listen
I don't know how do we say this simply
you [snorts] know we all look at each
other you have here men sitting adults
many of you are powerful people whether
physically emotionally spiritually
psychologically but deep deep down each
of us the worst fear is the fear of
abandonment the fear of betrayal the
fear of being alone alone, the fear of
feeling that we don't matter, that we're
unloved. These are very, very deep
things. And the Nepha Bahamas is in
charge to be able to either help us
avoid these emotions
or help provide us with these emotions
in some form or fashion. And it works
very hard throughout life to do this.
And nobody can escape this, you know.
And those who escape this and say, "No,
it's not me. I'm just a macho confident
guy. I still haven't met that that guy."
Not because you're not macho and
masculine and confident, but because
real the the the greatest people know
about these yearnings and these needs
and and and just acknowledging that in a
very gentle, compassionate way like what
just happened to be curious. I think it
starts with curiosity. It's almost like
watching a raging river flowing in front
of you and looking at that river inside
and like just watching it with with with
with with awe, with respect, with
curiosity without becoming part of that
river. What happens is that river
sweeps us in, you know, like a tsunami
or like you go into the ocean and
there's an undercurrent and could sweep
you away. That's what happens. And I am
now jealous. I am now overwhelmed. What
happens if I can like
take the eye and watch that river and
see it without judging it but also
without becoming part of it? I don't
have to sanctify it and I don't have to
make a verdict on it but I could really
watch it. I can really really watch it.
And then you start seeing what what that
river is screaming about. It's
screaming. It's screaming right
now. really it's screaming hashem but
that's a process to get there right now
the river is raging and screaming but
I'll tell you this is a very humble
process but this is what avoid hashem is
this is what a hashem is this is what is
this is what it is like these places are
where real growth happens not in other
places these are the places they're very
silent nobody knows about them they're
very intimate they happen in your
bedroom and in your kitchen and your
dining room and in your office and in
your living room and on your phone
whatever it is it's text messages and
WhatsApps and exchanges and birthday
parties and failed vacations and pes
plans and purim plans and shakman's
plans
and so does purim stress and and those
where this all plays itself out
and it's all a very and the more we
learn how to do it we start
energetically communicating with our
animal soul. It's it has to realize that
there's an adult in the room who sees
it, who watches it, who's not hating it,
who's actually it's a I'm a friend. The
never wants to I'm a friend. I'm your
friend. I'm not here. I'm not a hunter.
I'm not here. You know, the elephants
get used to people who who who want to
kill them and they're they're very
traumatized and Bahamas is traumatized
by connection.
If every connection I experienced as a
child was defined by deep betrayal or by
people who did not know how to attune to
me and therefore I felt deep deep down
abandonment. Yeah, relationships are
very very dangerous. I'm not going to be
vulnerable. I will not it's much easier
for me to be angry, judgmental and every
relationship that God puts into our life
becomes a contrast to show us who we
are. It's a it's an opportunity. If I
see myself judging people, ah, these
guys are low lives. They're liars. They
whatever. What just happened? Wh why? If
I see myself putting somebody on a
pedestal, right, I have to put them on
what what something is going on.
If I find myself to be extremely
extremely critical, if I find myself to
have a crush, like I become desperate,
all these things are tremendous gifts of
the nephew Bahamas being triggered.
That's why the bash said everybody and
everything is a mirror. It's a mirror.
It's literally what did the BMPv mean?
You're my mirror. You don't have your
own identity. Of course, you have an
identity, but what I see in you is
always going to be based on who I am
inside. And that's why we have so many
different relationships with people,
right? This person threatens me. This
person charms me. This person I want to
get close to. This person I stay away
from. This is all the nephew Bahamas
templates that we create. And the more I
could be curious and inquisitive and
open with gentleness and compassion, the
more I could look at the Nepha Bahamas
and start nurturing it back to its
innate health.
Those are good words. Nurturing it back
to its innate health and and comforting
it. What's this message here? This
message here is you are never abandoned.
In fact, you are a piece of God. Wow.
The animal soul says, "Really?" No,
that's [snorts] not what I was told when
I was three years old.
Which yeshiva did they teach you this?
And the answer is they don't teach this
yet in yeshiva. This is something we
have to experience in life. One day it's
going to be taught in yeshiva. That's
going to be part of Msiah. [laughter]
But till that moment this is this is
life. This is life,
>> right? It's very very it's very very
powerful.
Was once a boy used to speak the nights
of sukus. was a shiner rabbit.
So he's speaking a lot about what gula
means. We got very emotional and he said
that uh that uh
that the nephah is very pained by the
gulos
is very pained by the gullus. He says
like how long is the gull going to be
deep down she doesn't want to be a
behemoth. Why you calling me a behemoth?
I I don't really want to. He started to
cry. It was
he gave a she I don't want to really be
a behemoth. I was put into this
position. You know everybody calls you a
behem behem behemoth. So that becomes
your your your badge of honor. You know
those kids in class, they get a name and
that makes them popular and now they
already go with it even though it's
torturous. Anybody relates to this?
[panting]
It's it's a very fascinating thing. It's
not who the child is, but this is
somehow how he gets his popularity and
everybody needs to be popular.
>> Huh?
>> Becomes an identity. And now this is a
sign in his for it. And now he's 25
years old. He's still the behemoth
because
at least it looks like there's love over
there. Oh, when I come into the room,
the behemoth is here. So that's a
survivor. I want to be loved. People
want connection. Everybody wants
connection. God God wants connection. So
it's not an embarrassing thing. The
whole reason the world was created is
because he wanted connection. So we
don't have to be embarrassed from that.
In the DNA of the universe is
connection. I mean that's basically
every mimer, especially the whole
basilani, right? Everything is
connection. Connection.
The child went far away and I want to
connect. So I want connection. And if my
connection with my class is going to be
I'm the behemoth.
Fine. It's torturous. It's torturous.
But that's it.
>> Save that one. That's the best
definition I've ever heard of.
>> Really?
>> Okay.
>> Well, what what do you mean?
>> In other words, it doesn't even want to
be,
>> right? It doesn't even want to be enough
for whatever
>> that's it.
That's it.
>> At all cost,
>> huh? Survival at all cost. And now it
forgot that it's a internalized already
called Shabbas. Oh, this is my name.
This is okay. Fine. I'mma
>> called him the clown.
>> He became the clown. So at least at
least I have an identity. At least they
notice me. At least they make what do
they say? Write an article. You want to
make fun of me? Make fun of me. But just
spell my name right.
>> Yeah, spell my name right. That's it. So
people should know who you're talking
about better than being unnoticed.
>> It looks like,
forgive me my my paradigm, but it looks
like we have a two
two
processors in a way that's easier way to
to explain. One is that
processor he has a program. He needs to
do XYZ in life protects you whatever it
is. But then there is another one and
looks like they operate in the same uh
processing unit. It's an alternative
alternative space where
e either we here or we there and we
cannot be parallel in two. So the
question is how do we
>> it's a great question you're right
>> our mind go into that state and not
>> we have two processing systems it's true
>> two operating like a computer that has
two paradoxical operating systems and
that's what it says in
It's literally mission two. It's like a
spaceship going in two opposite
directions. One wants to defy gravity,
right? And leave leave our atmosphere
literally and go to a place where
there's no gravity. It's not being
pulled down. And there's the other side
of the spaceship. It's like, no, no, no,
no, no. I'm right here. I like I like
this place. I'm not leaving my I like
the earth literally.
And without a hashem, we are living in
conflict.
And all the great philosophers and lit
literary giants who were sensitive had
this torture. They were tortured and
disproportionate amount of them Jews.
You know, France Kafka and all these
people who suffer terribly because they
literally felt a tug of two opposite
souls killing each other every day. They
didn't identify as two souls. They just
identified themselves as crazy. Wouldn't
it be better to wake up as a cockroach?
What was Kafka's story? What do you wake
up as?
>> Metamorphosis.
Yeah. At least a cockroach has an
identity that's clear. It doesn't be
therapy all day. Doesn't have to go on
journeys for healing and figure out who
I am and who I'm not. Like the cockroach
like could you be jealous of a I
don't know if anybody of you look at a
cockroach and you get jealous. But some
people got jealous.
>> Yeah. And you're right. withoute
withoute and it is torturous. It is cuz
either I'm in this world or in that
world.
Yeah. Some people even they took their
lives because of the pain. Hemingway
like these types of people deep people
they're deep souls
right
>> primolvi
but but saying it's tor it's it's a
torture because because they're
sensitive not because they're not
sensitive because they're sensitive. And
you see it today also. You see it in our
communities. The most sensitive deep
souls. There's a deep deep pain there
and an anxiety there. And you can't numb
it with popcorn or with offering him a
good shak. That's not going to deal with
it. Right? You can't numb it with that.
Some of you know from yourselves or your
own loved ones. It's very very deep
stuff. And the only thing the only thing
that can begin to heal this is the
truth. The ultimate truth. The nervous
system knows the truth. truth and the
Nepham. So that's why we have to
understand how the Nephamus works. And
when we say the Nefamas doesn't want to
be a Bah. It's not something that
Nefamas is walking around screaming I
don't want to be a Bah. It has become
convinced that it wants to be a
behemoth.
>> It doesn't need to become
and and because really being a Bah is
not bad, right? Really what it it has a
is to make us alive to be a temple to be
a mdish in this can't live in a body
without enough shabbamas
>> it has a tremendous has a divine purpose
>> exactly is through in fact means
not only with in it says
but this is all a very deep kind
compassionate gentle energetic process
>> not only that says in that the amount of
years that are given to every each
person is based on the work they have to
do with their nephas
that's what he says clearly in other
words it's not like you have a shabam
you know so to speak annoying you this
is it the is fine it's perfect he says
in doesn't even need the whole reason it
came down is to deal with when you look
at you're not looking at some despot at
some tyrant sick disgusting animal.
You're looking at the of the world. Your
in the world came to work with this. So,
first of all, it tells you who the neph
is that he could slept down
to work with him for 120 years. Really
you have [laughter]
you slept down who's doing very very
well just to work with me? That's
interesting,
>> huh? [laughter] It's good connections.
Exactly. such a shik. Yeah. It's like
I'm I'm a a little behemoth. I'm like a
you have the special children, right? So
like your your whole came to work with
this special child. Yeah.
>> And that's all for the neph. So it tells
you how deep the calling here is, how
deep the energy is. Why why who even
cares about the little behemoth? Let the
chicken drop dead.
Let the frog drop dead. Let the mosquito
die. Somebody cares about mice and
mosquitoes.
guy kills the deer in the forest. You
walk, you go on the highway, you
suddenly see a dead deer. So you bomb is
who cares. But we don't say that the
whole think about that.
>> Huh?
Yes. That's my point. My point is that
is obviously it says in comes from a
higher sometimes he says is higher from
the
higher than I mean all these things.
So the kiss needs the nephah as much as
the neph needs the neph. So when you
understand that it's a whole different
approach. So when I'm dealing with the
defensive components of my nephahamus,
it's not just I'm doing it a favor. It's
also doing me a favor. Every one of
those things I work through is going to
elevate my soul, my divine soul to a
different place. It's going to teach me
something about reality that I would
never know. So it's not a mistake that
you're dealing with all these things. It
could be your abandon, my abandonment
wounds. It could be my my betrayal
wounds. It could be my connection
wounds. What's called attachment wounds.
They call it the woundology. Everybody
has their woundology. You know what's
your woundology and nobody is freed from
it. You know, even the the happiest
people, if there are happiest people, I
don't know, there's maybe two and a half
of them living in New Zealand. I never
met them yet. But even these two and a
half people are also dealing with
woundology because that's what life is.
And the whole purpose is not only for
that but to elevate the kiss much
higher. Okay. So this is all the of what
it means to explain to the neah
explaining is not a lecture. It's an
energetic ongoing communication by
understanding the nature of the animal
soul and what it's looking for. But all
of this this whole explanation of
he says this is fodder for the animal
soul. It's not just fodder for the
divine soul. It's fodder it's food for
the animal soul. because you're
describing to it what reality is. You're
describing it what it's really looking
for. It doesn't need to be this
resisting behemoth. It's not looking for
that. It's really looking for oneness,
for connection.
That's what it's really looking for. And
that knowledge of what it to hold to
hold to hold a mirror to its greatness
while also recognizing where it is at
the moment. That's the greatest form of
mentorship. When you can hold a mirror
to somebody's greatness, show it to them
while recognizing where they are right
now without denying that right now I may
be in a very difficult stuck spot and
yet I'm going to still hold a mirror to
your greatness and see both. That's what
he's saying. I'm not saying he's not
he's with all of its trappings and
insecurities and yet I'm going to hold a
mirror to what its truth is because one
day it's going to seep in and Shabbas
will say, "Ah, I got it." And once he
gets it, he's good.
at least for a few hours. [laughter]
At least for a few hours [snorts]
until he gets triggered again because
it's time for lunch and there's no food
in the refrigerator. [laughter]
And the one who was supposed to make
food again abandoned me and therefore
there's no food. Bo, okay. Okay, my
dearest,
let's go get lunch. That's [snorts] why
there's Instacart. So you can have
lunch.
>> Huh?
or you come to and get a soup. So that's
what he says.
So you tell the animal soul. So even
when it's here because the building
blocks of all matter including of
Shabbah is the divine energy and without
that there's no existence. So that is
your true existence. So even when you're
here, you're not a mitz outside of that.
That is your mitsus. Like we explained
in the previous sh
that that is that is the nature of mits.
The nature of mits is hashem. That's
what it is. Everything else is not a
mitz. It's it's it's a cover up. It's a
clip.
Satum is a deeper
deeper you can explain to your animal
soul that since the truth of creation is
not only from the words of God but from
the desire of Hashem. So it's like the
desire of a person which never leaves
the soul. Desire is not outside of the
soul. Like we explained desire is I
want.
It's not like I understand or conceive
an idea. I conceive an idea. I'm
creating something concrete outside of
me. That is the theat is never outside
of the soul. It's I want. It's the soul
taking on a shape. It's I want. And
that's why desire represents the eye. If
there's no eye, there's no desire. And
if they take away the eye from desire,
there's nothing left.
And when I desire it, what makes that
significance is my desire of it. And
that's why it could be a small thing. It
could be a big thing. It's not about
what I want. it's that I want and
sometimes by betraying somebody's desire
even if it's small it can be an eternal
wound because you delegitimize them it
means you don't matter it's not about
what you want it's about the connection
the attachment so what does that mean
here in a this means that if the whole
world is essentially ratson ratson is
not outside of the nephesh so
essentially you are hashem's desire
that's what it is
this is all conversation for the animal
soul
when it's in its prefrontal if it's very
very anxious it's like leave me alone at
the moment I don't want to hear anything
then it's a then we have to accept where
it is and work with that
so this now energetically affects the
animal so that it wants she wants
What does she want? She wants one thing.
She wants that the world should be fused
with its reality with
beautiful, beautiful definition here.
The wants, wants connection. That's what
it wants. Real attachment. It wants to
be itself. I want to be me. That's what
I want. You're saying I'm a be
I want to be me. And you're telling is
who are you? This is who you are.
You're not a despot. You're not a
monster. You're not a piece of garbage.
You're not evil.
You're not just a piece of darkness. You
know, we use these words, but that's not
who you really are. I know it's who you
became. It's who you were forced to
become, who you decided you are. It's
like that clown in the class. you know
that that that kid who walks around, you
know, and I'm I'm the I'm the I'm the
fat I'm the fat slob. So, you know, they
have it this guy becomes the slob. This
guy becomes the fat person. At least
he's fat. He gets his attention. But
it's not it's not who I am. So,
what does it want? It wants real
connection. It wants the of the world
with and not just of itself, of the
whole world.
It wants the truth and not only
meaning what it really wants there
should be only but he says
because it's
you can't expect it to be the kiss it's
see that word it wants only but it's the
way is
[laughter]
you hear the word
it wants the way what mean the way is l
the way is embodied as the energy of
life.
>> Yeah. Not
>> exactly. It wants bliss. It wants bliss.
It wants connection. It wants real
connection.
What is real connection? Real connection
means that I really exist and I'm really
connected to you in your real way in you
your truth to my truth. What is that
truth?
>> That is that truth. That's what I want.
>> I don't want to be anything else.
>> Yeah. any other identity. Now this is
avoid this is not I don't snap my finger
is not trained didn't get this memo
right and in a few minutes after this I
may be triggered and I'll tell the
animal so there I just gave a beautiful
about you he says I wasn't there
that's your problem [laughter]
not my problem you can give your sham as
much as you want I have my I I'm in
charge in this place okay I'm the one
who keeps you alive nobody else so stop
with your hacking a china so we we have
to acknowledge all That true,
>> huh? Very good. You say it's true.
Shabbah also says it's true. And you
know is powerful because it never has to
argue. It it speaks through experience.
It speaks through emotion. It speaks
through energy. It speaks through your
nervous system. It speaks through anger,
through jealousy, through tension,
through anxiety. It's more powerful than
every class in the world. Classes use
words and intellect. She doesn't use
classes and words. She uses life and
energy. Like I I am truth. I don't speak
truth. I don't have to speak. I am
truth. That's where by the way we get we
get lost with the shabam is because we
don't know that it's also a language.
When people get angry, this is very
important. When people are angry, they
don't realize it's a language. It's a
shear. You're not getting angry. It's a
shear about anger. Anger is an energy.
It's a conversation that's happening. It
just feels like an emotion. Every
emotion, like it says in Tanya, is a
child from a father and a mother. Every
emotion is born from awareness. There's
an awareness behind anger, behind
jealousy, behind anxiety. I'm stressed
out. Purim is coming. Shabas is coming.
There's a conversation happening before
your stress. You know, Shabbis also
speaks with with language. It's just a
different language, but it's a language.
It's awareness. It's coming from
somewhere. It's saying something.
There's a belief system that's under it
that you have to be able to examine.
There's a belief system. There's there's
an energy that has become embedded in
you. So, this is really deep down what
the Nephamus is. This is a conversation
with Nephamus.
It wants but
in other words the way is the world the
it's the world that's what it is
even if I'm eating something I'm looking
for the there I'm looking for the energy
there but it's the way the energy is in
the food because I'm looking for the
food I'm looking for my energy
>> that's
>> yeah yeah
>> survival
>> I'm searching for my existence yeah
>> yeah so survival was a substitute for
life and but really I want to live.
I made the best out of what I have. So I
went into survival. So and that's what I
did. And you know what? I kept you
alive. I get credit. Now says I kept
nobody else kept you alive.
>> Yeah. Maybe you've been dysfunctional.
Maybe you've been angry much of your
life. Maybe you've depressed,
disassociated. But at least there's
somebody to tell the story. At least you
can go help yourself today. It's all
because of me. And the truth is
creditors do what creditors do. the
animal does get credit for that. It
wreaked havoc in the system, but you're
here today. [laughter]
And you know, some other people are not
here. You're here because I did a good
job. I did a good job. I made you crazy.
I made you sick in many, many ways.
You're completely completely damaged in
many ways. But you know what? At least
you're a damaged animal.
Yeah. Like it says in Kalis, right?
Better a living dog than a dead king.
you wanted to be a king, you would be
dead. At least now you're a dog that's
alive. Okay, you're a dog. Fine, but
you're alive.
So the point here is that the does one.
It does a job on us. And this is the
this is the this is the
>> Yeah.
of
this is already the next frequency in
life which is
this is all
the way it's
and then there's of
because I want to finish the before put
so we'll have a shir on Sunday so we'll
have a shar on Sunday we'll have a shir
on Monday
so Sunday Bashem will finish the
>> huh 8 am on Sunday morning
and then also Monday morning which is
will finish the
everybody have a beautiful shabas
and
your
[snorts]
We were talking yesterday
talking about yesterday about
>> So we'll be here Sunday at 8 a.m. Okay.
Everybody's invited. Huh?
>> With the right.
>> Yeah. So like the ultimate, right? The
car.
