You're reminding me actually of a very fascinating scary story that we had. I don't think I shared it out publicly, but basically we were post contracts. Everyone knew about the deal. Microsoft said, "No way." And basically it was in the street. And we haven't closed yet. There were a number of outstanding items that we had to close on. One of them were and we had used a third party software engineering team in the Ukraine that we have outsourced to work to. And we had with them 31 engineers to be precise. And if we already terminated the contract like a year or two before that. We had a fairly strong agreement with them, but from Microsoft it was not enough. They wanted every single engineer to actually sign off that they have nothing with the code. They didn't want to take a chance. So, I go ahead. I reach out to my point of contact at the company and I told him what's happening. And then we started playing CEO's on vacation and all kinds of nonsense. And day and another day goes by and Microsoft assistant appears. One a line item we're going to have to forego. It's that line item. If we can't resolve it, then there's no closing.
