Everyone’s looking for a Segula for Parnassa. Everyone wants to know, how can they have more Beracha in their money, in their assets. One of the greatest Segulot for Parnassa is actually Kedusha. Let's look in the Torah how many Tzaddikim do we have? Well, we have many Tzaddikim, but there’s two that actually have in their name, the word Tzaddik. Noach Ish Tzaddik, and Yosef HaTzaddik. What do Noach and Yosef share in common? What they share in common is: They lived in a generation that was so promiscuous, so טמא, and they overcame their challenges. Noach in his generation: His generation destroyed the world! They brought a Mabbul to the world, and Noach was able to stay Kadosh! Yosef in Egypt: The only Jew there, And he was able to stand out Not to do the Aveira?! That is unbelievable! Yosef HaTzaddik and Noach Ish Tzaddik went above and beyond when it came to holiness. Something else we know about these two great Tzaddikim is that in their respective generation they were the single provider for the entire world’s Parnassa, sustenance. Noach in the Teivah, he was the one that was going around every day giving out food to the people and to the animals. Yosef in Egypt? He was the Mashbir. He was the one that was allocating and distributing food to all the people in the world! It's not coincidental that the two that stood against immorality are the two that were giving out food to the world. Because in order to receive Beracha, it comes B’zchut the Kedusha. We see a beautiful hint to this: When we say the Passuk, Hashem, you’re the one that provides for all living on earth! The next word is צדיק. In honor of who? In honor of the Tzaddik, Hashem brings Beracha. When a person’s able to work on his Kedusha, he’s actually bringing tremendous Beracha to himself, tremendous Beracha to the entire world.
