We really have an exceptional staff in Benosa. We really do in all ways. They're passionate about the both in Kesh and in K. They're role models for the girls in every way possible both in terms of in in clothing inhag midos are very important. They're part and parcel of the whole child. We don't separate out the academics from the bidos. It's integrated constantly throughout the day. One of the important most important things when hiring staff is to make sure that they are role models for the girls kesh and hull and many times it could be a whole teacher that even takes on more of an import because the children are not necessarily expecting it from a general studies teacher. So that's why it's so important for them to be really excellent role models. The school had like a schoolwide focus on midos and they had the midos menches. I found that to be something so cute and something that really stuck well with my daughter. Every month she would come home and be excited to tell me about what the meni of the month was that month. It really brought it down to like a practical relatable level. They really gave like good examples. It was something that I was super impressed with and they really brought a very important topic down to their level and they were really able to do it and work on it. [Music]
