The vision for the school is more about the individual child. When we see a child who went on to become a productive member of society, a contributor to Clius role, that that's our focus. That's our mission and that's that's what we look to see not about the immediate here and today about enabling and fostering a tremendous positive future for the individual child. In order to work in Benosa, you have to have the mentality that you love children. You have to love children. You have to be passionate about and that goes for everybody.
