prophecies that are happening today. Number two, for 2,000 years, the people of Israel were exiled from Jerusalem, but never let go. No other nation in history prayed every single day to return to once Jerusalem. Three times a day, Jews prayed for Jerusalem. After meal, at weddings, they broke glass to mourn Jerusalem destruction. And some went even further. They sold everything just to leave near to the gates of Jerusalem. Small groups returned hoping to rebuild. In 1948, the people of Israel received the state. After 2,000 years, they could finally live with dignity in their own land. But alongside the joy came heartbreak. They got a country but lost Jerusalem. The Jewish quarter in Jerusalem was surrendered by Jordanian Arab legion. No food, no water. Jews fought with everything they had. Some of them killed over 1,500 expelled. And for the next 19 years, Jews were banned from Jerusalem's old city. No western wall, no temple mo. In 1967, the state of Israel small installation with a weak army were surrendered. Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, the Arab board closed in with full force. No international support. The plan was clear, destroyed Israel completely and to make to the Jewish people a second holocaust. Mass graves was dug. The world held its breath and then everything changed. In just a few hours, Israel destroyed Egypt's entire air force. In sixth day, Sanai, Juden, Samaria, Golan Heights were in Israeli hand. And on the third day, Jerusalem. Paratroopers broke through the land gates. They reached the western wall and wept. Then came the word Harrien. The temple mount is in our hands. Jerusalem of gold become the anthem of return. The same generation that survived the Holocaust, that prayed for 2,000 years, could not believe that this word of Jeremiah and Zechariah will come true. Old men and women will again sit in the street of Jerusalem and the city will be filled with boys and girls playing once more will be heard. The voice of joy and gladness, the voice of bride and groom, and it's happened before their eyes and it's still happening in ours. Don't take it for granted. This is what prophecy look like unfolding before our eyes. It was written and now it's happening. Happy Jerusalem day.
