the cure and I continued going a little by little five minutes became 10 minutes and then 10 minutes became 15 minutes and 15 minutes became an hour and two hours and 10 hours and so on and so forth so when I first started I made a commitment 15 minutes a day no less hopefully more but no less than 15 minutes that means nobody has an excuse if I can start changing my life with 15 minutes a day for sure everybody here can do it also now if you're already learning an hour two hours a day that means you have to increase it what but he's only doing 15 minutes yes he's beginning level you're not
