Prayer Insight 4

last time we mentioned that when we pray we're not doing her show many favors he doesn't need our prayers he's perfectly infinite up there and all of our prayers are for us and we said that if you really want to change the world here you have to change yourself and through doing that the world changes around you and that what that's what prayer is about just as a corollary idea I'd like to mention it's also true in all our of our relationships that when we're in relationships that we need to work on our tendency often is you know what the person that I'm in a relationship with if they would only change if he would change is giving me such a hard time doesn't he realize that and and it could well be true but the reality is that the best way to change the world is by changing yourself and that's true for all relationships and if in a relationship each person would say you know it's up to me to make the changes in myself can't necessarily control the other person but you can't control yourself and the reality is the way that it work normally works is don't look over your shoulder to see what he or she is doing you know but if you say you know what I'll do my part I'll really try to grow I really try to be a better person I'll work on myself then somehow you you know you will see and find that the Almighty will help you and help the relationship will move forward and that's really what it's all and when it's all about just like prayer is about you changing and growing the relationships that are college Buraku that shem puts us in I'm really for us to work on ourselves to grow to be better people and through doing that we get all the blessings in the world how wonderful Shabbos
