tests welcome to the largest Free Library of guided meditations on Earth whoa sign up with Apple yeah guys ever heard of this the it's called insight timer yeah it's it says streaming but it's not we are and we are live everyone start by doing what's necessary then do what's possible and suddenly you are doing The Impossible ready open or close close it and we are live everyone we're live oh well so I want to mention something about um prayer I'll never forget you know here I was coming from a America yeah tell me stuff here I was coming from America and I was um you know I was this like big guy you know like Powerhouse Guy and um and we were supposed to pray and I was taught to like bend my knee and like bow and every fiber of my American being was not going to bend my knee and bow like I'm not bending my knee and I'm not bowing but meanwhile the I looked at the instructions in English it said on the word bar bend your knee and on the word out top bow and I'm like I can't like I just you know men don't bow down you know like a real man wouldn't wouldn't bow down it was like an American to bow down [Music] and it's it's just interesting that when the when the ego when you break your ego with the word bar which is the bow is when you break your ego what Rises is the soul when you break the ego the soul comes up the EGO goes down Soul comes up and and that's like that's where all the action is you know it's when you're when you're soul comes up and so if you're finding it hard to pray that's probably good reason to start praying and get your spirit going by humbling yourself and you're not the master of the universe you know the word is has the word um bre it's the root is the word for uh bre which means a reservoir of of water where which would sustain life and and so by you saying that word you're recognizing God is the sustainer and you are the receiver you are we're we're all in that that more feminine mode of receiver and humbled mode y SE how's our test you think I should keep going no no let's start a freshy freshy
