Welcome to another episode of positivity. Very excited to be here with I call him a good friend because I've seen your content and that's how we connected. Um Yitzkak Grassman and he is has a very interesting life because he lives in Arizona that we even call it interesting life anxieties. anxiety. Anxiety is that we want to live in the do access mention food hospitals whatever there's anxiety that's why we live in major cities and restaurants there's there's whatever is and that is impressive like credit it takes a type so I'm trying to understand into your brain what's going on why you moved there and then to hear the details of the lines of >> soak take it away >> first of all pleasure to be here I'm actually very excited I feel like it's an honor >> thank Ed in the west. That's his channel. >> Yep. Yep. Thank you for that. >> Arizona's in the west. >> It is. >> Okay. Okay. >> All the way in the west. Yep. >> Verins do >> east. >> Uhhuh. Okay. Well, this is the Westwood office building. They're hosting us. This the Westwood studio. So, just funny. Okay. No in the east. Okay. >> East coast. >> Okay. >> More north. But Arizona is all the way in the west. >> Okay. So it's just first of all it is a privilege for me to be here cultist I see the audience metabell journey. >> Thank you >> into some good things. >> Thank you. Thank you. >> I want I was wasn't sure if we should talk about maybe leave that for part of the episode but >> so yeah I am in the west and I feel like it's a it's an honor and what you mentioned before as you know we all the comfortable you know we're so comfortable here just today actually I don't know if you're a fan of Stfansky >> yeah yeah >> but just today there was a clip going around if he's going against the current >> then you know that he's alive >> wow >> that's how you know you're alive and I I posted it and I said he didn't say that it's easy >> right >> but you're living >> wow >> pissed off >> correct >> so people need to understand when in the east you name it what not >> remember one day is g and someone came and started it >> someone came before those yish restaurants >> someone lived here when the only thing to call was 911 >> all these things someone actually did but hson Mhm. >> So put it into me. I'm an adventurous person. I had I had to grow to I had it in me, but I still needed to grow to be able to what I feel is right. And go do it. Be a pioneer. People should be able to move out. make it easier for people to be able to do it at least. >> Very interesting. So you're saying that eventually >> um both. >> Yeah. Okay. And eventually Yeah. I'm not saying I'm looking for to become, you know, the next chaotic place. Yeah. >> Not that, you know, the next rush is going to be this city and then the prices are gonna, >> you know. Yeah. >> But what was Lakewood? How did Lakewood start? Red. Wow. So the title for the episode, by the way. Okay. Title for the episode versus Arizona. By the way, >> from Arizona. Let's get straight into it from Arizona. >> Right. Tampa, you mentioned Arizona has now about how many families? >> 35. >> 35. Tampa 35 families. >> What's the benefit of Arizona compared to Andre Pletzer? >> Yeah. So, the climate >> people it's dry. there's more natural beauty. Um people like the vet the win there's a winter there's a there's a summer cool nights me personally what I really think >> menit the the >> you go there and there's a click I don't know I just like this place >> there's a call from Hashem and also part of it is the community >> I looked into places and it's with the type of family that I am. >> So that's a part that's part of it community. But the plots I mean we could talk weather is a difference. I think pricing and houses I think the people are nicer in the west. Super nice. >> How are they nicer over there? >> Nicer than Florida. I think so. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Okay. The weather is definitely different. Florida is humid and hot. >> Yep. >> Arizona they say is less humid. Okay. >> Zero zero humidity. >> The view is taken probably. You see bear go all over >> natural beauty. Yeah. Is the nature. >> Okay. >> Um weather. >> Does Arizona have bad weather ever? So there's a it's called monsoon season now in the summer for six weeks was a ken kimus >> okay >> rain or dust storms >> okay >> but other than that I would say 300 out of 365 days a year beautiful blue sky and a beautiful sun there's something about it you know you're coming you're waking up a shant like literally if you wake up and you didn't close the shutters at forget it. You can't fall back asleep. >> So the weather it's very there's no like you know cloudy. Um, so yeah, >> what about people that see it as meaning and it's taken any neighborhoods accomplished as I bring in the action action action center and in a sense they're right they're tapping into a We mention what do you mean families and some >> Yeah. So what do you say to those people like okay if it's Arizona 35 families like okay >> yeah so couple of things so the first of all something mentioned in the going against the current >> Mhm. So you know you're alive basically and I I want to make a disclaimer. I don't want as a matter of fact okay and I want every place not a success and it's very important right >> because I wish all them to work out. That's what I really >> and that's I believe it will >> but basically what's what we mentioned before in the going against the current there's challenges there is challenges when starting a new place and in a way I feel like you know is coming and saying no challenges we'll take care of everything for you >> okay >> there's going to be challenges if I call it's going to be like a smooth sailing Right. >> He was recruiting to Arizona this way. >> He was recruiting York. >> You know what I said? New York. No. No. They've als >> and if you're ready for that, come. But live in New York. First of all, you're fooling him. Mhm. >> Second of all, a challenge and he's going to be knocked out. York. We're starting something big. It's a big undertaking and mansion was are ready to be part of such a move. >> Yeah. >> So they're like, in other words, they're not really selling a house. They're selling a dream. But I think they're also in touch with the challenges. They've been very open about it. But mention the mention they're like they want to buy the dream. So the background that's what I'm going to have. So a lot of people saying that the is they're selling when in reality it's problems. But in other words again but each for their own reality is question is what's the malice? The question is what's >> what are you trading for? What what am I gaining? What am I on what cost? See what works for you. >> Correct. 100%. Very nice. Beautifully said. I want to do a quick break to the shout out the sponsor of this episode, the panels group. We all uh heard about this. uh mentioned was Maka solar for their house and are able to save monthly on their electric bill about 30 to 40%. So matatin and he saved a tremendous amount of money in mechanis financing. So basically instead of paying an electric bill you're going to be paying a solar panel bill in a madaf nadak let's say for your house you can also incorporate it into the payments. Soak and solar panels you are still paying cheaper than your electric bill. I actually looked into these numbers for my own house. So [laughter] the customer so yeah guys check this out. The number is 347435 um 2327 and if you mention positivity or Weber you get $500 back. So, if you've been considering doing solar panel in the New Jersey area or in Muny or in Arizona, uh, mention Weber and you get yourself $500 back besides saving the money every single month on your electric bill. Either way, you can reach out and get a free quote. You know, all you have to do is send your one electric bill in your address and they'll tell you exactly how much money you can save, but it's fully hassle-free. Yet, will take care of you directly. send them a WhatsApp. Um again the number is 3474352327. Um action >> you have your community families the action I think [snorts] action What do you do when you're looking for action? >> Yeah. So, two things. First of all, do mention they don't need it. >> Okay. >> They they love theite. It's number one. Number two, there's people that are looking for action and they're a lot of times younger people. >> Wow. >> There's action, a lot of action. And all you want at that point in your life is if someone would have approached me when I was a about moving out. I I always love the idea, but I wouldn't have done it obviously because I didn't >> but there was not >> overhead as life started getting more busy. >> Yeah. >> What this would do for me? That's number one. >> Okay. So that's that's actually number two. Number one is do people that like calmness. >> Correct. >> Number two, people like like action with the young when they get older they're like action. >> Exactly. Like that see he's like >> you have your own army here. He's right. True. Yeah. Yeah. >> The third if you have a few friends. Okay. >> Yeah. The third thing is believe it or not one of the things you know we were saying is it's different than New York. you there's like a little like a culture like a learning curve let's call it dart and some people it's three months some people six some people it's a year you start looking at stuff differently >> some people like yeah I need the action what what am I going to do all of a sudden after six months they're not talking that way anymore >> wow there's something about it >> I'm a different person >> and I'm there already five years it's my fifth summer and I'm here now and I'm Looking back, I'm like, I changed so badly. >> Mhm. >> And people I'm in I'm in the Bungal colony. People are telling it to me. People are seeing that I'm I'm I'm more focused. The kingdom, you know, they they could do it. But >> yeah, >> you change you you you you learn to appreciate this this and by the way action is do the guest seasons mention there's not going to be every night and people when they're hearing this me saying that they're like I wish that I wouldn't have every night. >> Correct. >> Right. Again, you don't have to convince me victim of not being present. You understand? Meaning is the action. And the more you live in Brooklyn and city and life and whatever is running away from being present. The more you move out and go out to suburbs or quieter places, whatever you're you're facing yourself right now. the kinder and whatever. >> So I get it. I I'm very in touch with the challenge. Excuse [clears throat] me. I'm just trying to understand for you. >> Yeah. >> How you deal with it. And now I get it. Action does somehow you do find a way to find some action there. Okay. It's starting to make sense. >> Yeah. Yeah. I appreciate the kite and also do occasions in Phoenix and Scottdale. Okay. Oh, so is V is the closest restaurant other action other mention. >> Yeah. >> So Phoenix is the know. >> Okay. >> And do restaurant Scottsdale right next to Phoenix restaurant. Um and then do Tucson, Arizona. Mhm. >> They don't have restaurant yet. >> So, how far is the mentioned? >> So, that's really not bad. >> Not bad at all. Uhhuh. Got it. 250. >> 250. So major. Um, >> right. So >> you guys have your own already? >> We don't. We do not. >> Okay. >> So we utilize 911, but believe it or not, they're very quick to respond. >> Uhhuh. >> And there was one time was less than a minute when they came. No way. >> Less than a minute. >> They say average response time for 911 is 20 minutes. So if they made it by one minute, then that's uh beating all the odds. >> Yeah. I tell people, how's 911 there? I say they actually care if a person's going to die or not, >> right? Meaning Arizona is different. New York, the traffic and whatever. And it's not um >> Yeah. Yeah. Like one of the things I remember the first time it's like an emergency vehicle fire truck or something and I was driving a Phoenix and there's two lanes this way, two lanes that way. No food got schnell. >> Okay. >> And all a sudden the fire truck was like on the other side. >> Yeah. >> And the guy in front of me stopping. >> Yeah. >> I was ready to >> I by the way never hit my horn. Correct. >> Since I I moved to Arizona about >> Exactly. >> And someone told me, "No, no, this the way it goes. Everybody stops. Everybody stops and you pull over no matter which direction you're in. Even do epismittance do. Yeah. >> I'm like what? He's not coming to this side of the road. >> Yeah. respect nice and you know left turn because I feel like sometimes sometimes in a sense because but people out there are so Nice. Holding a door open, saying good morning, good afternoon, saying hi. Yeah. And many people just turned around. was like, "Oh, like actually in the hospital, my mother was there. She's feeling a lot better and mention and as I'm saying hi, >> wow got on the elevator and I and I ask him how's it going and you know it's it's it's it's hard to see somebody you love in pain. Turns out I didn't get I didn't want to it's a hospital to socialize but it's a you knowch um it doesn't look for him or it's not going for him but um but he was there and I said hi to nice how strong the impact is I think is engaged reality of living with people and I don't think that that's nice. It's contradicting like for different reasons. Okay, fine. I get that. But really in reality difference and by the kinder from the so I think that that's what moving away teaches you. >> I have honestly a beautiful [laughter] stories to tell you about this. I just you know how long we have here but >> yeah we we have time. >> Yeah. So one of the stories was Okay. And he can't walk really. So with the wheelchair and you know what do we do now? Okay. So, you can't tell I don't carry. >> Correct. >> Don't carry. What do you mean you don't carry? >> Yeah. >> You don't pick this up. What do you mean you don't carry? Carry. Not carry. >> So, right. So I explained it to him and I told him that, you know, I want my father to go to synagogue. So I finish off. So we're looking, you know, if you could help me find someone and we'll pay would appreciate it. >> Tells me Isaac would be my honor to be able to do something like that. >> Wow. >> Not only me, but I want my sons to be involved also. So between me and my sons, it's taken care of. >> Wow. Wow. >> And it was 90 degrees in the middle of the day. >> By the way, there if it's hot outside there, we like walking in the streets. We're more outside. >> Once it gets a little hot outside, you don't see them in the morning. >> Even more even more with cold, right? I think. >> Yeah, I'm saying that over here. But um >> yeah so he was walking I got the system the car duct and they came with electric scooter by the shield my man hose and the zenith the multip whole system and he was >> crazy >> pushing [snorts] that was one story another story was vain the Halloween season there was another culture shock you know Halloween it's not in >> the tri state over here >> but show it's Halloween it was on a Wednesday or something so you came They don't even know >> what this guy is. >> Yeah. >> They know I'm religious. >> Okay. >> But what? So there were two there was two teenagers. I was number 13 14. >> What is that? Is that a Halloween costume? So it's still but I heard that and yo that was disrespectful. He's a religious man. >> Wow. >> You don't say that. Kim shakes my hand. I want to apologize that he said that about you. >> Yeah. >> It's like a 14year-old. >> Yeah. >> What? Crazy. Wow. Oh, there's so many there's so many such stories like shocked. >> Mhm. >> I love it. I got used to it literally. I want to like good morning. Oh, second. Okay, I can hear you. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Exactly. >> I was in the elevator once. Another story. I was I was in the airport. I was in the airport suitcases with carryons, a whole system. Joint waiting for the elevator. Press the button. in the elevator. Finally, one comes, doors open. I'm like, "Okay, here we go." He wants the sticks his hand by the door. He shows me, "Go." Wow. >> Enjoy. Safe travels. Elevator. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Crazy. >> It is. It is. Wow. Um I want to touch on a big topic because the houses there are very cheap. >> Yes. >> And says the main fact often is the pri price is the >> so although personally in life energetically I don't like when people make everything about price >> right >> because the basher basher gives you everything. So the $400,000 house he can give you $800,000 or 1.5 inflation a Danish dollar. So stop it already. You know what I'm saying? Like when you know a slice of pizza flake costing 50 cents. I we get it. Yep. I'll stop making it everything about money. But again, at the end of the day, again, so my house is affordable. Let's not kid ourselves. Not $400,000 for six 7 $800,000. You get a everything. >> Okay. >> My point, my question is um Zen and Hazard are dry $1,000 for a three, fourbedroom. At the end of the day, that is insane. state taxes of $2,000 >> compared to Williamsburg. >> Yes, it is a difference of six, seven times the amount. So, I get it. It is a very big difference. How come it's so cheap over there? And how much money are you saving by living there? Give me the money rundown of of Arizona. >> Yeah. Okay. Honestly, I'm very happy you brought that up because I do have some an important message about that. >> Yeah. And I a man that's listening to this and is struggling, what can he do? Can he move there? Wasupanosas, whatever. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Yeah. So, for me personally, I look at the whole pricing, the housing, this whole thing. I look at it like a a nice conversation opener. >> Okay. >> But that can't be the whole >> reason for somebody to move there, >> right? Like you're saying, but it could be a opened you up to it. And I'll tell people people, you know, when I tell them this, they they're shocked. bought it back. >> Mhm. >> I owned my house. I bought it when I was a shunning amount. >> Oh wow. >> For $800,000. I bought it and I still own it. >> Why did you buy? How many years ago approximately? >> 14. >> 14. Wow. So why did you buy? Not a lot of people buy houses when they >> Everybody was telling me the best thing you could do is buy a house. >> So you took your savings and you bought a house. Okay. >> You grab the holes. So housing was not the thing for me. >> Right. I was just going to say it can't be moving because of price. It has to be moving because of quality of life. >> That's it. >> Right. Okay. >> It's it's everything else. The whole lifestyle, you know, theite really really what it is for me at least that's what it was inside. I just wanted it so badly. That's really what it is. >> That's what I believe. >> Um but it has to be for the whole the the community, the quality of life. Um, you know, that's but the pricing of the house alone, it's it's a good conversation. Wow. I mean, you know something, there's people that actually they can't afford here, but over there they go, they come and they buy right away. Maybe what do you say something like that? Like actually I'm thinking there were people that for a while they're trying to buy over here or whatever in Dartton they just >> was are the interest rates lower there by the way or the same >> 7% whatever. So, a mortgage on a house of $300, let's say 350 because that's the average price, right? Between a two floor, one floor, whatever. >> Yeah. >> A mortgage on 350, >> it's got to be what? Less than $3,000 a month. >> Oh, yeah. >> It's insane. >> Yeah. >> And a taxes and it's $100 then it's, you know, it's very very cheap. >> It is. It is. What is anything else cheaper over there compared to here? My groceries in cheaper gas. >> So actually what we do when it comes to grocery, we order from distributors. >> Correct. >> So I feel I'm saving a lot of money that way because you just spend more that way. >> Correct. >> And then also with the shipping cost and everything we directly from the distributors you order cases. >> Okay. >> But Mhm. I'm not saying for 35 families. >> Okay. So the distributor actually is from LA. >> Okay. >> So he's the distributor for the west. >> How far is LA by the way? >> With a with a plane it's an hour by car it's six hours. >> Uhhuh. Okay. >> So he lives there and it is the the distributor from the west in LA and he makes as I mentioned Phoenix and Scott >> Scottsdale >> yeah Texas whatever he's >> how far is it from Texas >> um also depends where cuz at one point is almost touching Texas but um like to the main Dallas or whatever it is I think it's 10 hours by car >> uh plane I think three hours >> so food is do >> yeah is do Alice No. Well, guess what? You know what? Another thing that I learned and I changed so much in this way. >> Yeah. >> When I come now and I go into supermarket, I'm like thinking to myself, everybody must be so happy here because um 90%. That's a >> I love that because they said actually he said you know we go to Walmart we look at this this product this and we figure out what's what's no problem. >> Yeah. >> So he said yeah it's it's a whole Isaac that I use that they do a run but they told me that even when they don't do the run it's the same thing. So this one is fine. Wow. >> Whatever he wanted. >> Beautiful perspective. >> Yeah. Williamsburg. He could never had to think about the word minion. >> Whatever he want. You can't miss it. Yeah. >> Wow. >> So, it's honestly I think >> Wow. Right. >> By the way, like you mentioned before, right? >> The chosen people. Yeah. >> They tell us, >> right? >> They respect us. I think for the K healthier is eight days >> 100%. It was very hard for me to transition into life even more mention from different cultures um within our communities. human nature is >> in in the hopes to feel better for yourself but probably for you as well as you move to a neighborhood like that and that's it. You know how excited when I go to the airport? >> Correct. >> I think I care what he's wearing. I don't know what he's wearing. >> So I'm actually curious is do mention in the neighborhood and I'm sure there are buted no within your own blocks. How many times do you have a guy? Hi my name is Isaac. My name is David. My name is D. And >> yeah, so it happens. So just so you know, it is more like older going retired. >> Okay. >> Um that he's obviously reaching out and doing stuff. >> Oh, where where is he? >> He's >> in Inca neighborhood in the community. >> Yeah. I mean not walking distance but by car. Yeah. >> Okay. 10-minute drive or something. >> Yeah. It's guy in >> Okay. Visitors. So he's trying to pull put together all these button short happens. I remember one time I was by red light >> and a guy rolls down the window. He shows me that he wants to talk to me. I rolled down my window. He said I want to give you a blessing. My name my name is Cohen and China became green and he like whatever. Drove off. >> Yeah. Yeah. But domin I get very excited when I meet another yeet. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Um the quality of the houses yet in the houses passionate about it by the way. It's just but follow the channels. >> Mhm. I don't know. I'm I'm not sure why I'm very interested in it. Enjoyed by the way. I think people enjoyed the difference of it going against the current. >> Yep. >> But amazing conditions the best. You look at a house carpets tiles. So talk to me about the malice of the houses over there, >> right? So I know you're referring to Yeah. There are those some that doesn't look so good on the video. >> Okay. >> But actually in real life it's not that bad. >> Okay. >> And just so you know, you know doing Tom's River, but you're talking to people at B Park, Williamsburg, where I'm coming from. You looked at a house to buy or even like an apartment and don't don't tell me a word. You go and fix it up. You fix fix itself. I'm not doing nothing. I'm not putting in a dollar. >> Yeah. >> So, actually for me, I looked at it like a mala. My ass happened to be literally freshly painted, >> beautiful floors and everything, but they're all really you could move in. I mean carpet fine got the pet but it's not >> no you know correct you don't have someone okay new floors for a house can be5 $10,000p it happens to be carpet is more common here. Um, tiles, you know, the the house the basic tiles is pretty much the probably that's what the house came with. >> Mhm. >> It's fine. It's not like it's cracked. It's not like window shades are ripped. All the >> correct officially. This is the mentality. That's the mentality. >> Ah, this man, right? and and compared to the apartment bedrooms is a lot the front yard the backyard the garage closet I a kitchen and whatever I mean I've seen apartments in bar park I know it very well I grew up in bar park 20 years >> I know and we had a [clears throat] beautiful apartment but >> space and it's it's an apartment it's it's it is what it is >> and you know back We saying the neighbors but >> yeah talking about right >> it was an experience the first time I was so clap >> wow >> so this guy you know hello whatever his dog would bark yeah don't worry they're just trying to be friends so and I explained to him right away he's like it's fine what do you I started explaining to him like just tell me what I got to do. And then he then you know the respect that they have for us but just give me a minute. I'm in pajamas on a change. >> Yeah. >> David come on don't worry it's not it's fine like so so what is it? Is it is it Jewish? >> But first thing is respect. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> So what is it? Is it Jewish? I figured okay >> very nice >> whatever reasonable and understandable by the way because we the one day of the days we don't touch electronics so yeah where is it going next >> um so I Casaganda with people is up to 70,000 and it's projected to grow a lot >> cuz they're building. >> They're building. Target just came. Costco's coming. >> Oh wow. >> These places are looking at Cas Grande right now. >> But >> okay. The community is in Cas. Okay. So why is Cas famous? >> Um >> just because No, I never knew about it. >> Okay. Um, so there a lot of the houses was in they're already built. >> Mhm. >> So I would say there's it's always a nice amount available. >> Okay. >> And these five blocks and then the prices hike up. >> Yeah. The next guy could go this way and it's >> it's fine. So, it's a pretty big range and there's always stuff available. >> Mhm. >> There's a lot of developing going on. A lot of >> you mentioned vacation season over there. >> Yep. vice kazidan Arizona. So are they going to Casag Grande, Arizona? >> Right. Where are they going to? >> Right. So obviously Kasag Grand the ideas are more new. People was gaud. open from Scottsdale. That's more nice, gorgeous, more it's fully developed. Um plots, >> right? Exactly. >> Yeah. Then we came along and >> Right. and not attractions but more >> right >> so probably has a lot more occasioners but it's picking up became a place >> it became a place >> it picked up became a place >> so your hope Great question. [laughter] Great question. And the answer is as I before I moved, >> yeah, >> I was hoping that it would be 2,000 people. The next gold rush would be there, but I appreciate the >> I want more people. that may mention but I'm not looking for it to be this >> 100 200 is be 200 families is beautiful >> right right gives you everything that you need >> uh >> I know some people listening like this guy's crazy and I understand them well exactly you Once you taste it, it's a whole different story. >> Mhm. So, you do you still feel in your daily life that you're living different? >> Um, yeah. By now, I think this is life. is very structured day. I'm pretty much used to it already. >> Exactly. >> The vacationers families >> overall is packed overall. So in a sense from 35 families is mention >> probably >> I mean >> right >> that's yeah >> and I'm sure visitors mention so there's there's somewhat action >> yeah action >> wow >> it's very interesting mention Yes, we're still in the beginning stages and you know probably the hardest point basically if the ne let's say another 10 people move then for the next 10 it's easier for the next 10 it's easier. Oh, so we're right we're not at point >> still, you know, but to the So how much people moved this year? And if you tell me three families moved, that's amazing. Like was more. >> Wow. >> Amazing. He tells me >> at this point being three families is a nice is a nice >> Yeah. >> So he started he didn't he didn't he stopped but right now actually right catering um you know supp in Phoenix makes good stuff but >> deliver it or pick this up. >> She I believe she delivers. >> Okay. But alliance exactly me I'm so used to already when I'm here now I'm like >> yeah it's different >> you get so used to it >> wow so the mention >> so it's a hustle It's a hustle. So something you have to make sure you know it's not like it's >> buffet style >> but else the community we put a big emphasis on it >> make sure someone reaches out do job opportunities and get it's a good match go for it. Mhm. Mentioned they do remote jobs from the community >> alliance for the community all of them. >> Teachers. Wow. >> Yeah. >> It's crazy. >> Yeah. >> Unbelievable. It's unbelievable. We just [snorts] I don't know. How does it feel to be here for a few weeks or whatever? >> Okay. >> It's a reality check. >> Does it feel overwhelming? I mean, I know I go to Brooklyn for for a couple of hours, it feels like a lot. >> Yeah. And he came to >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Someone told me this. The longer you're away from Brooklyn, every time you come back, it's going to you see the craziness more and more. >> Since we live here, we don't see nothing. >> For me, it's like a museum. When I walk on the street, I tell my wife, "Wow, look at this. Look at the kick guy on a scooter. >> Yeah. Yeah. So honestly been in the bongo colony and the joke goes from the first day of the bong. Bye. And then the last day I say hi. >> Yeah. >> And the whole summer we have a joke. I was wondering makes his jalapeno a different guy makes a tomato dip. I promise you every week we try different tomato dips to see if it's like pman's tomato dip. So far nothing close. Wow. >> Gala. I don't know when the last time I bought myself shoes, pants. It's fine. Mhm. Wow. Yeah. Probably the biggest expense from mention is housing and then food and whatever. Probably $400 or $500 compared to here where it's $2,000. >> Yeah. They say for distributors helped a lot. >> Distributor cases yogurt. >> Y everything. Yogurt milk cases >> and then you freeze it. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Freezer in the garage. >> Freezers. Yeah. >> Mhm. >> Yeah. Someone runs out of something, >> right? Walmart Safeway and Fries do but Mexico a while ago and says you'd be surprised with products even in Mexico oil. pickles corn was like it's it's insane. >> Yep. >> Wow. Okay. Very interesting. How does it So, when did you open your YouTube channel in the West? And how's that going? >> West. So, I in the West came about it's going to become two years from when I had the idea. So, because as you can tell, I'm very passionate about talking about moving out. >> Yeah. So people would convocation, they would start asking me questions. I would tell them my story. I would tell them and they'll be like, >> "Yeah." >> So you know, one guy tells it to you, "No, no." Okay. [clears throat] >> They were they were serious about it. You know, you felt that they were being real. [clears throat] >> I I love it. So I said, you know, one day Sean, I was in the country two years ago and I said, we'll open a channel called Aid in Arizona, >> right? >> I got to admit, uh, there's a couple BL that does marketing, the company, Standout Marketing, Standout Services. And I reached out to them that I'm thinking about this idea. So they emailed me back. You could probably do better on the name. They emailed me back a few different names. One of them was Aid in the West. And I saw this. >> Holy, this is a good name. >> Why? >> Just it was so catchy. Aid in the West. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So sh and they made a logo and I started with my first video and I didn't dream was going to go you know and slowly it started picking up you know people telling me they like it so we just started more and more and here we are today just >> you're putting out the video weekly right >> now we're trying to do weekly >> and there's a lot of people following Who are the followers? Meaning people that are interested in moving or following a ye in the west. Like that's basically it. >> People won't hear me topic, >> right? >> They want the support. They want to move. You >> watch houses if I Google Drive. >> Yeah. They ask me questions. I can tell they go through all of it. >> Very interesting. Wow. So probably you have hundreds of people considering to move. You are a hero because you're doing something to mention because they they have this probably fear of making the switch, selling a house, buying a house. No, I'm thinking they mentioned they're heroes. >> Yes. >> In a sense. beent a >> yes >> you're doing going against the current it's it's impressive >> they deserve a trophy they deserve to be treated on a silver platter you're doing something was so badly >> and every person that does it is helping out in such a big way especially now once it's going to become okay but it's the people now >> sure 100% I'm so proud out of this person. This guy is a >> Yeah, >> he did it. He didn't just complain. >> He went and did something about it. >> Right. >> He tried and it's fine. And obviously can move, >> right? Right. Yeah. >> Nothing's going to happen. >> Um and it's probably our people like that. I'm assuming. >> Yes. Yeah. >> Yes. It's part of it. >> Enough people moved to Tom's River and moved out. Moved back. >> Look at that. You see, and people people come, they knock me. The first time when he he met me the first time when he said I'm like listening and I'm not responding anything. He's like waiting for a response and I finish off so happy it's working out for you. >> Yeah. >> This is what he wants to hear. >> And the truth is I am happy it's working out. is unhappy. People need to hear this also. >> Yeah. >> We want to hear that you're supporting us. >> Yeah. >> Even if you're not planning on moving, >> trust me. Like I said, now the hate is really people that are jealous and and and it's not easy. You have to get up and go against the current, >> right? The support is, you know, these people that they come over to me, they have no idea. Like when I hear that, >> yeah, >> they say, >> I get I don't know what to talk to. >> If you're showing me hate, okay, I know you're jealous. If you're showing me support now, I want to know, are you someone that's looking to move or not? If you're not, I appreciate the support. If you are, >> yeah, >> let's take it to the next level. >> Right? But these are basically the people was I encounter. >> Yeah. Amazed by us. Yeah. I'm also amazed by the heroic acts of people that they can move away. >> You know what I'm saying? They they living fearfree and they they they're heroes. Yeah. That's what I look up. I watch every video huge fan. Every video I'm like, "Wow, the hose with the next potential, you know, it is amazing." >> Yeah. Even for them it's a meaning let's not kid ourselves. Oh >> yeah. There's no question in the in the July and August is 65° especially Swan Lake by the way get freezing over there at night. >> Yeah. So, but yeah, in the winter during the day, no, it's probably 25 30 degrees and Tom's River Lake with Brooklyn, right? [snorts] >> Yeah. >> But yeah, that that's I think the only risk. But then again, whatever. Beautiful weather. meaning potential families. >> Yeah, I think they own a lot bigger than what I heard. >> I think it's going to be successful. And you're talking graduated. >> There's no doubt that it's going to be successful. >> Yeah, >> it's already a success. Leat. >> So, definitely that's part of why I'm doing it. It's part of why I'm doing it. I want to build something for them. Um, the kids love it from day one. >> It's funny.
