Breaking the Gender Stereotype: The Impact of Career on Men's Identity

what I realized was that at least in the community that I'm working in that men are going to be much more career focused they have much more of a um you know like stress that they're the ones who are the who are the Breadwinners they're the ones who you know I think for a woman if she loses her job or she Changs her job obviously it makes a very big impact on her but it doesn't affect her identity the same way it affects a man and so when a man is stuck like he's you know ready to usually invest in it a lot faster than a woman because he has that level of responsibility and it's so much part of his identity now over the years that's balanced out I would still say more of my clientele is men than women the women who end up end up working with are those who kind of like me maybe they grew up in a generation where they plan to work
