first I tried eating healthy it was so
hard but I started exercise and exercise
is what brings me to eat healthy but
eating healthy does not bring me to
excise yes that's very true meaning if I
eat now a plate of Sal right I'm like
wow I just ate healthy is that going to
encourage me now to go do exercise not
necessarily but if I do exercise for an
hour I'm I going to eat a Danish after I

hours most hikers we'll eat healthy

sleep on time why isn't it a normal
accepted thing for people to sleep from
