there's a family that shares the concern
for the three captured teenagers in
Israel on a very personal level cousins
of nelli Frankle one of the 16-year-olds
that was captured kidnapped unabashedly
by Arab terrorists on Friday or late
Thursday night it's now Sunday this
family is particularly concerned because
their cousins have known have known of
Tully since he was a baby Dr aric Krug
is one of those cousins and he talks
about the family and how they are
holding up during this terrible ordeal
we're talking with Dr Ari Krug here in
lakew New Jersey Dr Krug is a cousin of
naali Frank the young teenager the
16-year-old boy one of three that was
kidnapped by Palestinian terrorists in
um in Israel and uh Ari when did you get
the news of what
happened Friday Friday uh at work my
wife called me with it and uh what was
your immediate reaction when you heard
it actually the the first thing I heard
was was the false report that they were
that they were found I didn't even know
that there was a problem until I heard
they were found and and uh and then
obviously the we found out from the
family that the report was completely
Incorrect and uh then was shock and
horror hard to work the rest of the day
what can you tell us about the family
and you you you don't know to since he
was a a little boy when they were I
think you went to visit them over the
past uh holiday in suot but what can you
tell us about about the nature of the
family it's a it's a lovely a loving
strong family
um very warm close
family um
my my wife and his mother are first
cousins and we're very very
close um growing up
um n telli was actually the the first
baby I ever held um I was always the
youngest so I never had the opportunity
to hold smaller children and when we got
engaged he was he was the first one that
I the first baby I ever held um the
family is they're a fun family they're
they're definitely very uh
idealistic they're they're
they're strong strong with their faith
strong with their their
uh political strong with their family
views have you been in touch with the
family over there have you spoken with
them and what kind of reactions you
getting from them the extended family
we've been speaking to my wife spoke to
um neali mother this morning um and how
is she holding up we saw her on one of
the previous videos she seems like a
very strong person very very strong we
we knew we knew when
uh we knew beforehand that she would she
would be uh definitely a strong person
to to help bolster up the family and uh
I can't I can't imagine anyone ever
being strong enough for something like
this but definitely a very very strong
person do they sound hopeful
very they are hopeful I mean
there I don't see any reason not to be
hopeful at this time even though it's
it's terrifying and and tragic at this
point um but obviously everyone has to
Ding and
keep keep keep the feels keep the
prayers for for for all three of the
boys well you know we're obviously
thousands and thousands of miles away
what would you want people to know that
they could do what would you want people
to do actually you yourself are are
having a gathering in in your home this
evening to to have people say to Hill is
that correct I think just the constant
constant prayers constant to constant
FIS
um every every every
cap it only
helps it all adds
together just in our own Community here
we've seen n
that have that have come out from from
from from from from coming together ding
together saying to them together all
these things are
are are all the all the all the work
that we can do
here okay all right thanks very much
hopefully we'll share good news together
