it's really um it's a tremendous service for everyone my goal at PCS is to create a personal relationship with all the companies and the hiring managers we try to join companies in their infancy as they're young in this way we as we have relationship with them as they grow we can continuously help them when we go ahead and we look into hire one of the first places we call is PCS because they have a very good understanding of the company the attitude of the company and what you're trying to accomplish with the different hiries we have a number of people we've hired from PCS some of them
