We say on Rosh Hashanah, "She'eiris Yisrael Seinah Karimah." The question is, what does it mean "She'eiris Yisrael Seinah Karimah"? If you perform a mitzvah, you get a mitzvah. When you bring someone to the daf or something similar, it has passive income. You bring somebody to Torah, so every time he learns a word of Torah, every time he does a daf, you get s'char. You say, "She'eiris Yisrael Seinah Karimah." Cuz why should He give us this z'chus to bring more people to Torah, to davening, to whatever you inspire someone to do and he does because of you? You share in those z'chusim. That's what we're davening. Cuz why should He help us bring those kind of z'chusim that are passive income? "She'eiris Yisrael Seinah Karimah."
