Welcome to this week's Torah lesson. This week's Torah portion is parasit. The question of the week is how can we get rid of the darkness of the world? So in this week's Torah portion begins and it says if a woman conceives and she gives birth to a male child. So the Reb asks a simple question. If a woman's giving birth, why is it a male child? And the brinks from the alter explains that in Judaism it's all about his scalut it's unification of opposites. So if you have you need if you have gur you need and that's why when a woman that gives birth she gives birth to the opposite. It's all about unifi unifying the opposites. Our job in this world is what to unify the opposites. Reb explains and he says this world that we're living in is a world of kipot negative energy. Our job is to do the opposite to bring in positive energy. How do we bring in positive energy? The greatest and most powerful and way to bring positive energy into this world is by tora. Tyra is the power tora is the power that gives good and great and kind energy into this world. Now ultimately when Mashiach comes, yes, we're going to be full of the revelation of Torah, the real revelation of Torah, and there's not going to be any more negative energy. But until Msiah comes, our job in this world is to bring positive energy. And the way to get rid of negative energy is by learning Torah. By learning Torah, we'll get rid of all the negativity and the world will be filled with goodness and we'll have the ultimate coming of Msiah where the whole world will be good and kind.
