Welcome to this week's Torah lesson. This week's Torah portion is paras. The question of the week is how can we receive the greatest blessings? So this week's Torah portion we have the priestly blessings where it says so you should bless the Jewish people and it says God should elevate our face. He should give you the the gift of peace. So the Reb explains what's this idea of and the Reb explains that is we're able to elevate ourselves to the level of above which means a level of infinite we can create reach the highest levels but the Reb cracks the question very nice God is giving us the opportunity to connect the infinite but how do we have the power to be a vessel to receive the infinite blessings and the Reb says that the verse finishes off and says says the the way we become a vessel to receive the greatest blessings is through peace. Peace a by be living a peaceful and a happy life with yourself and with other people. And another way to create peace is by learning tora because toyra is all about peace. So when you learn to you become a vessel for the greatest blessings. So they answer the question, how can we prepare ourselves to receive the greatest blessings? Through peace. Peace within ourselves, peace within our family, peace within our community, and more importantly by learning to that will give us the greatest blessings of peace.
