Welcome to this week's Torah lesson. This week's Torah portion is the question of the week is how can we create real unity? So this week's Torah portion we learn this is the action of the mono which says it's made out of one piece of gold. Um the base every part of it is part of the piece of of of gold. Says one second we're talking about lighting the manura. Why is it mentioned that it's made out of one piece of gold? The Reb explains because what's Aaron's job? Iron's job is to light all the the monora with all the candles which represents all the different types in the Jewish people, all the seven types of the Jewish people and bring them all close in a unified way to the center of the monora to do what Hashem wants. Says, "One second, how could you make peace? Everyone's different. and this one likes doing it like this and this one like that and everyone has their own doors own thoughts and feelings how could you make peace and says because the Torah tells us that the manua was mix the fact is it started out as one piece so in essence it's really one piece and because it's one piece that's why you can create unity so the answer to the question what is the secret to creating unity when you realize that the reality is we really are one and when you realize that you're one then that's unity Thanks so much for joining us for our weekly Torah lesson.
