Through my process of healing and and
very deep breath work processes, I was
able to understand why I chose them as
my parents.
Best people in the world.
>> Right.
>> Wonderful people. But because of their
deficits, they passed it down to me, and
I had to do my healing around that,
right?
>> Sure. Sure.
>> So, for for some time, I was angry. I
was angry at them, right? But then,
through my process of healing and and
very deep breath work processes, I was
able to understand why I chose them as
my parents. And how what they gave to me
again, what they couldn't give me was
exactly what I needed in order to push
through.
Like, the like what I complained about,
like, I wish they would have done this,
this, and that. If only they understood,
and only they saw, and if only, right?
That ended up being the gift.
That's what I mean when I say that I I
came to a place of forgiveness. But I I
want to go to the place of people in our
life who didn't intentionally hurt us,
but hurt us. For example, our parents.
They meant good, they loved us, but they
couldn't love us in the way we needed to
be loved. And to understand, to come to
a place where we can we can separate
from it.
