So, what's the story with grilling fish
and meat on the same barbecue? In short,
we don't do that. Mara says that fish
and meat cooked together are potentially
dangerous. Try to avoid it. The way
you'd want to deal with that, if you
have somebody who wants to eat fish
while you're grilling steaks or burgers
or whatever, just put a piece of foil
down, keep the fish on that, and don't
use the same spatula or tongues to flip
the fish as you would with the meat. And
everybody can enjoy the meal the way
they like it. Let's say the only
barbecue you have is a Facia grill. and
maybe it's even got some residues left
on it from the last time you cooked fle
and you want to cook fish on it. So,
it's really hard to clean it. Very
highly recommend that you get a new
grill top for things like that and just
keep it clean and par for your fish.
Otherwise, if you need to use a grill
that was previously used for meat to
cook fish afterwards, put it in foil.
