So I think a lot of people are confused about  gebrokts. Tell me what does gebrokts mean?   Where does it come from? Let's start from the  beginning. It's a good place to start. Gebrokts,   what does the word gebrokts mean? So  gebrokts is a Jewish word, a Yiddish word,   and it means dipping something into liquid.  There's a custom amongst certain groups,   particularly Ashkenazi Jews, but not all,  who don't eat gebrokts on Pesach. And what   does that mean, and why did it happen, is,  I guess, going to be a great conversation.
