lab grown meat very very interesting topic lab grown meat is otherwise known as clean meat cultured meat they capture the DNA of a cow of a chicken of a dog and they put into a serum and the cell grows and replicates and replicates in a growth medium that's trying to create this meat there's one technical issue before we get the issues the scalability what they say to make it affordable a few years ago they had a burger that they made out of this the burger cost $350,000 it's definitely not cost effective could be bought is it even for sale not for sale it's not for sale so far the lab grown product it hasn't achieved the Perfection that they're looking for yet anyway is it considered real meat is it considered fix that's really the stle we deal with at the end of the day before the we give a has to meet all those four criteria sounds like it's an evolving field and things are changing so I would tell our viewers to stay tuned this is just uh our first conversation RAB starfi [Music]
