If you miss Shacharit, you could have them in twice. You miss Mincha, you could have in Maariv twice. Miss [music] Maariv, they have in Shacharit twice. Broad strokes, that's the law. What if you miss Mussaf? You miss Mussaf, you can't make it up. Why? Because the others are based upon [music] two things. Based upon the Beit Hamikdash, which by the way actually gives it its time, and based upon the Avot. Whenever something's based upon [music] the Avot, there's an aspect of rachamim, compassion. We can negotiate. Mussaf, [music] which is only based upon the korban, there's no negotiation, so it can't be made up. [music] Avizrayhu min ha'Shamayim u'min ha'Korban.
