Want to be a Nazir? Rabbi Aaron Goldscheider

we don't really have naerum that's not really a popular thing today but let me just ask you a question if one wants to become a Nazir can one become a Nazir in you cannot become a Nazir except for in the land of Israel you're standing in LA and you say I am becoming a azir what happens now does that take effect at all so the r says we penalize that person you got to get on a plane as fast as you can and get to ER Israel you cannot be a Nazir outside the land of Israel and if you actually take on that vow becoming Nazir you got to get to an L flight as soon as you possibly can and get to Israel and fulfill your Mitzvah being a Nazir
