One Visionary in Every Generation | Rabbi Sam Shor

How do you gather and celebrate Geula? How do you understand the idea of celebrating redemption when you're being oppressed [music] and experiencing destruction all around you? So, there's one visionary in every generation who's able to contextualize [music] and put the events that are unfolding within the bigger context of Jewish history. And we learn from Rav Kook, who was one such visionary, of seeing the bigger picture, of seeing the redemption of the Jewish people as an unfolding ongoing process that began when we left Egypt and continues throughout all of the generations.
