the Torah says 36 times it's the most repeated PK in the Torah the most repeated Mitzvah in the Torah it says you are not to cause any pain to an orphan to a widow because you were also a stranger in mitz and it says that again and again you know what it's what it feels like so what do we learn from the Torah the Torah says to learn from that experience to grow from that experience we don't want that experience of slavery right it's not something that we asked for it's not something that we bargain for it's not something that we ever want but when we go through difficulties in life suffering in life loss in life the question from a Jewish perspective is what do we learn from that how do we grow from that
