Kaneka is a time when Jews of all backgrounds display their Heritage openly by lighting a manura we have all seen many electric minoras lit in window cells in our neighborhoods these menoras are a display of the inner Jewish spark uru was founded 30 Years Ago by Awakening the Sparks into flames of traditional Torah life men saw this and realized how many Jews there were who were looking for more than just an electric manura in the window cills he went around from door to door offering to teach people what it means to be a Jew years have passed and we continue this tradition of Awakening these Jewish Sparks into vibrant Flames our Kaneka concert Drew over 1300 participants from our local Ura families for a night of inspiration holy holiday will be inspired [Music] [Applause] [Music] we were also joined by many soon to be orur families they were treated to a true joyous khek experience afterwards they were met by our volunteers who were on hand to invite everyone to join our summer camps tour mates and other great programs [Music] [Applause] [Music] in the beautiful mountains of Upstate New York in our The Zone campus our boyone volunteers hosted a beautiful shabbaton the sight of hundreds of boys lighting the Norris was inspiring on Saturday night the boys were treated to a taste of what our very successful Zone learning programs across the Triad area Alik and of course they were treated to dancing and delicious donuts from our in-house dut bakery at our torist spot in Staten Island we had our annual kanuka party celebrating 2,000 years of Jewish survival as well as their own personal growth toris spot home to many classes and events throughout the year is a local figurative manora whose life warms the souls of so many please help Ura continue igniting the Eternal Jewish flame we cannot do it without you
