Oh, and by the way, for those of you who don't know, Trump has won the presidency um the third election um you know for the second term. He's the 47th president of the United States of America today and we'll hear about him soon and why I'm mentioning his name. But Russia has attacked Turniple in Ukraine last night. At least 25 civilians were killed and many more were hurt. Rescue teams in Ukraine are still pulling out people from the rubble. Kiev blames Moscow for hitting civilians again. I spoke to a couple of Ukrainian refugees who are here in actually in Chestnut Ridge not far from me where I live and they told me that um well there's people to blame on both sides. Millions of people have been dying from this war over 3 years already and he said that the Ukrainians would come to a shul or to a civilian you know populated area or building and say listen we need to put our soldiers right here we need to fight the the Russians so we need to put our soldiers right here. So obviously the Russians are targeting those soldiers. Well, it's almost very similar to what's happening with Kamas. I don't want to compare. I don't want to say that they're the same people. But you know what? The war's been going on for 3 years. One person, only one person can say I want to stop this. I'm not going to go into my feelings and my thoughts about it because there's so many different sides to the story. And obviously Russia is the aggressor. We all know that. And Putin, if he ends this stupidity about fighting for territory, then the war would also end. But at the same time, there's, you know, other people on all on all sides of the aisle that think differently. I didn't come here for my with my opinions. Let's continue with the story, shall we? Reports say that America is drafting a 28-point plan. Looks like it worked for it worked for Gaza to end this war. B, security guarantees for Ukraine. Zalinski is very happy about that. And three, a new European security setup. Number four, how the US, Russia, and Ukraine deal with each other in the future. Now, the IDF has imposed a curfew on the village of Beth Umar, which is clo they closed all entrances to that village and have begun arresting dozens of Palestinians. One of the terrorists who carried out the attack was actually a resident of that village. In other news, an air strike in Lebanon in an al-Haliwa refugee camp in southern Lebanon killed 13 people, 13 Palestinians and wounded four according to Lebanon's health ministry. Now, this is making this is breaking major headlines today because obviously is Israel kind of according to the news articles made a mistake according to reports. Israel Defense Forces said it struck a site near Sidon used by Kamas fighters for training in Lebanon. Lebanese officials say that the target was inside the camp. Kamas denies the claim and say civilians were hit. Well, we don't know if it was civilians, 13 Palestinians, or was um you know, Kamas civilians. The strike hit the occupied Palestinian refugee camp on the outskirts of Sidon. This is one of the deadliest Israeli actions in Lebanon since the ceasefire withaha at the end of 2024. More air strikes were reported this morning. The IDF says operations are ongoing and civilians should stay away fromaha and maybe even kamas areas in Lebanon. Looks like Lebanon is getting hit hard now that Gaza kind of is quiet. Um, for those of you who don't know what it means, um, Israel is fighting what they call a guerilla war because usually when you like in Russia or Ukraine, I what it looks like at least the the the soldiers are fighting soldiers, right? Bases are fighting bases. That's how it works. They're attacking bases. Problem is that kamas doesn't have a base. Kamasbala at least does have bases. Kamas doesn't have a base. They they never had a base. They never had a a military base. They have bases in under hospitals, in schools. It's very it's very common. And they also don't wear any uniform. They only wear the uniform that we all see on pictures in front of the camera obviously, but they don't. The reality on the ground is that they don't. So, nobody would know if it's a civilian or a kamas um member. Now, Israel has to work really hard on finding out if those are really kamas terrorists. What they do is what no other country really can do or possibly is able to even do is by fighting a guerilla war. They have to realize if they have to first of all send out leaflets and warnings and call people to to to to fled to evacuate the area before they attack and possibly by hitting kamas terrorists but they are in civilian areas obviously in populated areas. It's just very hard. It's a very dense area as well. So just wanted to give you a little bit of an an idea of what goes on there in the on the battleground. Saudi crown prince as we all know Muhammad bin Salman visited Washington yesterday. There's been a big welcome and a military flyover. I don't know if there's been a B2 bomber um a B2 airplane. There hasn't been according to reports. It's interesting. Trump I guess didn't want to do it for him, but for Putin he did. I guess he doesn't. There's no only those countries that he kind of wants to threaten threaten them. Yeah. Trump says Saudi Arabia has agreed to invest $600 billion in the United States and says that this is because MBS well Muhammad bin Salman is such a good friend. He might make it a trillion. He says the crown prince Salman said at the White House yesterday, "We want to be a part of the Abraham Accords, but we also need a two-state solution." A reporter asked President Trump, "Are the F-35s you're selling to Saudi Arabia the same ones being used by Israel? And if so, how does that allow for basically how does that allow for an edge on for Israel?" Trump responded, "I think it's going to be pretty similar. Yeah, this is a great ally and Israel is a great ally." A senior Israeli official said that even if if F-35 jets are sold to the Saudis 6 years from now, Israel is still not worried. He says Israel will always maintain qual qualitative air superiority and that the United States is committed to preserving that. The United States just approved a major weapon sale to Taiwan as well. Almost $700 million of weapons to Taiwan. Well, we all know Taiwan is also on the brink of a war with China. Well, you know, the Chinese are preparing for it. Obviously, Xiinping hasn't hasn't been shy of showing that. The system is the same advanced missile tech that has been used and tested in Ukraine. The map was intended to flip to flip up to five additional congressional seats in the favor of Republicans. The court has decided the state must instead use the district lines approved in 2021. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said that the state will appeal the ruling to the Supreme Court of the United States of America. So let's see what unfolds, what happens.
