Holiness may be more than you think it is.

welcome Hey okay so I actually did not intend on filming today but I just learnt something amazing that I figured I'm gonna pull out the camera record this take this at the beginning of the late partial show even though it might have nothing to do with what the actual late bar show content is and that is this this week's Torah portion again is a double Torah portion opera my sin collation where the names and in the first one ah cream ice we learn of the high priest service in the tabernacle or later in the temple on the holiest day of the year Yom Kippur now this was the only day the high priest was allowed to go into the Holy of Holies the holiest location in the world of the different things that occurred in the Holy of Holies this is the high priest offered incense and I just learned that the incense atoned for slander for Jews talking not nice about each other or about someone else I just think that that is that's a mind-blowing thing to think about the offering up of the incense in the Holy of Holies the holiest day of the year the holiest place in the world this atoned for slander from one person speaking not nice and another person I'm uh I'm very inspired me too I was just thinking about the plug bags they're so cool yeah I thought that was just gonna be like a little intro to stick in the beginning of the video it didn't realize that would be almost two minutes so quickly let me just share something why am i running run in the second of the two Torah portions this week there is a verse that says and you shall sanctify yourselves and you shall be holy for I am holy God wants us to be holy because God's holy we have a fire we have snacks this is real holiness yeah well I mean it could be holy many health authorities interpret this first to mean that even in the mundane aspects of our life we should be holy we should make the regular not clearly holy parts of our life into something holy holy oh yeah holiness yeah well actually the ping-pong game can be holy because making even the mundane aspects of your life holy is by sometimes abstaining from things which may be permissible but aren't necessary for the service of God and also by engaging in whatever may be necessary to better your service of God with that holy intention and this ladies and gentlemen boys and girls is the reason why we exist on planet Earth we have so many opportunities every single day every single hour minute second to bring godliness into whatever we're doing let's take advantage of these moments because very soon with the revelation of Mashiach we will all be able to see godliness with our physical eyes in this physical world may that be now this is holiness yeah what about the coffee that gives me the holiness
