[Music] by the way i go by the if you can't follow my train of thought i don't blame you [Music] this way [Music] a little ambitious wow that was the time of our rejoicing it's called biblically this is unique although we you know we're always rejoicing because we have god and his torah but it is an explicit biblical commandment to rejoice on the days of circus is the time of our rejoicing it's also called us if the festival of gathering or harvesting i mean it's called the festival of gathering because we would harvest we would bring in all the abundance of crops that hashem has blessed us with and we would rejoice in this abundance in hashem's blessing that's why it's the time of our rejoicing but that might sound a little archaic irrelevant to most of us who are not farmers and still sitting in these huts and doing all the other celebratory things that we do on sukkah of course there is much much more to what this means there is the harvesting that we need to do within ourselves we need to gather in all of our thoughts speech and actions and make sure that they are directed towards our purpose here in life towards hashem this concept of harvesting and gathering should be done within us even though we know that our thoughts and speech and actions that might have not really been in line with our purpose and in line with tyra values in line with serving hashem still nothing can tamper with our relationship with hashem that's really the message that we've um solidified in ourselves over rosh hashanah and yom kippur now coming to success we want to really do the harvesting and gather up our thoughts and speech and action and make sure that they are congruent with our true identity and with our purpose so we can live a more wholesome life and really serve hashem in this full way and harvesting and gathering really even goes deeper than this and it's hashem's job to do this gathering what is it hashem is going to gather us all together with the coming of meshiach and we'll be together in the promised land together oh yeah we're all going to be gathered together so we have to unite we have to make sure that we are you know one and increasing in the love for our fellow and the joy in our life we should already celebrate this and hashem is going to take each and every one of us and gather us together as one as we are meant to be in the promised land we need unity that's what's going to help bring mashiach that is mashiach mode we got already get in the mood everyone should have an amazing amazing circus it should be full filled with revealed blessings and breakfast in in all areas of life and we should march together to air to straw with meshiach and have unity and akhtas and all sitting in one sukkah all sitting in one circle altogether yeah we should all be sitting in one second the sukkah is really the concept of unity so yeah it's about time it's about time
