The Saudi civil defense triggered the alarms, the red alerts, you know, after Houthi terrorists, which we all know are fighting right now around everyone's fighting around Israel. America. The pipeline closure cuts off a massive amount of oil, pushing global prices up to $19 a barrel. Here in the United States, the average price for a gallon of gas reached $4.31 on Sunday, up 16 in one week. Diesel fuel also reached a record $6.20, driving up the costs of deliveries. Now, I don't know if you remember, diesel is obviously part of the reason why Trump was very upset with Zilinski that his country is bombing diesel plants from Russia. A big amount of diesel comes out from Russia and he says that's also driving up the prices and he asked Zilinski to calm himself down and not bombing. We'll talk about Russia and the Ukraine soon. I hope everyone realizes that price increases throughout America were caused by sleepy Joe Biden and the Biden administration, not by Trump. Even oil was higher under Biden than it is right now. And we prevented Iran from having a nuclear weapon with the temporary exception of oil. Prices are coming down sharply and oil will drop like a rock as soon as the military conflict with Iran is over and that will not be too long. Next, the United States military says Iran struck an oil tanker in the straight of Hermuz with a drone this weekend over Russashana and that is the IRGC obviously and they're lying about what happened. Now I don't know if you remember United States central command stated that this is fake news. its faults and that Iran simply launched a drone to hit the ship while it set it sat off the coast of Omar. This comes weeks after President Trump obviously announced already many times and also we reported it a few times here on edge that all mines in the street of Hammuz were were completely removed or destroyed in the last four months. They said India's government says 14 Indian crew members were were on board the tanker. 13 were rescued and search teams are still looking for one missing person. Next 60 Minutes ran an interview just this past Sunday on Russash with the American officer um with with Pete Hexath obviously the the American officer who was shot down over Iran in April I think uh he was on the interview. Basically um it was actually the two pilots that were reached out to by the by CBS by 60 Minutes and they basically were interviewed. um obviously pushed by Pete Hexith. So this past day with American officers who was shot down over Iran in April. The Pentagon declassified the rescue video to go along with it. It is the first time he's told the story himself. One of the pilots the Air Force has not released his name. Obviously they call him only Bravo. He's a co he's a colonel and he sat in the backseat of an F-15 E Strike Eagle as the weapon as a weapons officer in the back on the night of April 2nd. It was right before right throughout Yam Py. They were flying south of Isvahan in Iran, which is uh next to the Isvahan, you know, the nuclear site. An Iranian soldier fired a shoulder launched missile up at them and it hit the jet. Bravo said it felt like getting hit by a fright train. The pilot in the front seat known as Alpha pulled the handle and ejected both of them out of the actual burning plane. [snorts] Uh the two men came down about 5 mi apart of each other. Alpha was picked up by American forces about 6 hours later, but the blast had torn Bravo's parachute. He came down into the mountains at somewhere between 70 and 100 m an hour. The fall broke his back, his arm, and his shoulder. And then he was alone there for 50 hours. He hid in those mountains with no food and no water. And um there were more than a thousand Iranian soldiers searching for him, hunting for him. They wanted him dead within or captured basically within 10 miles of where he was lying. With a broken back, he climbed a 7,000 ft ridge in the mountain and waited up there until April 5th. American special forces came and took him out from there. The rescue used 21 aircrafts, more than 90 men on the ground inside Iran and several hundred more in the air. Next, the United States Treasury Department placed new sanctions on Russia's second largest bank for helping Iran avoid financial penalties. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessant announced the move against VTB Bank on Monday as part of the Trump administration's um sanctions operation economic outcast right against anyone deals with Iran. In NY, New York, teachers unions are are rallying in Manhattan this Wednesday to stop Governor Kathy Hokll from bringing a federal school choice program to New York. The federal tax credit scholarship uh is a program which is part of Trump's big beautiful bill and is set to start on January 1, 2027. It gives people a full federal tax credit of up to $1,700 if they donate to groups that help help pay for the private school's tuition. local plans to enroll New York states, making New York the 13th state to join. Obviously, now United Federation of Teachers and other union groups are fighting the move. They say the program takes money away from public schools to pay for private tuition. But Jewish advocacy groups are pushing back because this program would mean major financial help for parents paying tuition, busing, and all that. The governor's office is currently waiting on final details from the federal government before moving forward with this. Also in New York, Governor Mrs. total also announced a $1 billion payout on Monday. A New York state uh the New York state is obviously mailing out energy rebate checks to $8.2 million households starting next week. Hokll is calling it the Protecting Our Wallets Act. Uh Protecting Our Wallets Energy Rebate power pt protecting our wallets energy rebate. Wow, what a nice uh abbreviation program. and it is basically giving out free money to anyone who is a full-time resident and filed taxes in 2024. She says it is due to the rising energy costs and soaring gas prices driven up by the war in Iran. The checks max out at $200 for married couples making $150,000 a year. Couples making up to $300,000 will get $150 and um single filers making under $150,000 will get a $100 as well. There is no need to apply. The money will automatically arrive in mailboxes between September 21st and early December. You know the the thing about money is that it really does talk and money affects right it affects people in ways we don't always realize. In the Torah, for example, there is a big emphasis on this especially when it comes to how we treat others with money. Okay. Police of Florida arrested a 29year-old man who posted a detailed countdown on social media to murder the conservative commentator Ben Shapiro on Yum Kipur. Corby Stro, his name is Corby Stro of Horton, Kansas used three accounts on uh to on on the platform of X to post three threat to post many threats between July 30 1st and August 2nd. Shapiro's private security team found these posts and police tracked Stroop down using internet records. According to the court papers, Stroop targeted Shapiro specifically because he is obviously Jewish. Investigators say he also posted threats and countdowns aimed at President Trump, Prime Minister Netanyahu, and the Obama family and Joe Rogan. Prosecutors charged Stroop with 23 counts of making written threats to kill. Because of the anti-semitic language, Florida prosecutors upgraded the charges to hate crimes. Stroo admitted to a Secret Service agent that he wrote the posts and he could face up to 30 years in prison for this. A judge denied his bail and he remains in Palm Beach County Jail. Next, a 14-year-old Jewish boy was slashed with a knife inside a Borak Shul on Monday evening. Police say a 22-year-old man cut the boy's hand and face with a knife. People in the neighborhood say the 22-year-old is well known in the area and often visits different schools and barak. Police described this man as dangerous and disturbed and homeless and arrested him at the scene. The strikes bombs came after President Donald Trump announced that Russia and Ukraine agreed to stop bombing each other's energy facilities. The president posted on Truth Social on Monday that both countries agreed to halt the strikes, adding that the war is the main cause of rising global diesel prices. We spoke about it before, but early Tuesday, a Russian drone hit a gas station in Kiev. Ukrainian President Vladim Zalinski says that his forces hit three targets in Russia. He says they struck refineries in Sizan and a drone plant in um Taganro and a launch site in um a a drone launch site obviously in Oral Oral. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavarov says Russia will not stop fighting in Ukraine even if peace talks begin. Lavrov is planning to meet with the US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and the president of the interim president of Venezuela Marco Rubio. I'm joking. The meeting is set set to happen at the United Nations General Assembly in New York right now. It is basically the world's biggest stage for just talking, making statements. Trump wrote, "The only control or guard guardrails that AI needs is strong and smart, a high IQ president, and the USA has that in spades." He says he called artificial intelligence the greatest economic engine in history. and questioning why industries leaders in why industry leaders would call for regulations that could drive them into bankruptcy. Then he wrote the claim that AI is going to take over the world that uh basically is basically a hoax just like global warming where everyone was going to be dead by now. Russia, Russia, Russia, Ukraine, Ukraine, Ukraine or impeachment hoax number one, impeachment hoax number two. These are all radical left democrats who never give up but seldom win. And she will leave this district the second she wins. believe you me instead of Mike Lola who's grown up his whole family and entire life 100 years in Rockland and he knows everything about this a congressman is not just a seat Mike Lola is not just the seat in Congress he is but he's he's a vital part and I know many many different organizations are trying to get him to win obviously because it's a vital seat but I I care about one part about him I care about the fact that he actually does his job he helps you call his office they're always answering always available and if they've helped countless of life and death threatening cases they've helped cases that are not even their constituents. People that know constituents and friends and they've helped. So they they keep on help actively help with any little problem you have with the government, with federal, with whatever it is, Mike Law is your place to go. They he's the address. So I urge you all to do your best and go out and vote for him. Okay, let's talk about specifically now like this. Trump um signed executive audit regarding mailin ballots, right? He specifically wanted USPS to only uh uh to only uh mail ballots to earn a to an approved list of recipients. Trump's new rules would have required states to upload lists of voters to a federal online portal and use specific barcodes on all election envelopes. Under that plan, the postal service would have rejected mail and ballots from states that did not follow the new standards. Yesterday, the Supreme Court officially denied Trump's request to restrict mail and ballots from being used in November midterm elections. Trump took to Truth Social about it, and in a very, very long post, he raged about the decision, blocking his USPS mailin ballot rules, saying that some judges are petrified for Democrats. He said, "The United States mailin system is a disaster and a laughingstock all over the world and a scam." and he ended the post by saying, "It's not easy for me to write this criticism for the United States Supreme Court. It will likely cost me dearly for years to come, but I feel it my obligation and duty as president to do for the America we love. Thank you for your attention to this very important matter." Now, this is a new one for him, to this very important matter. Speaking of President Trump and his executive orders, President Trump's plan to send American $5,000 checks if Republicans win Congress. this m midterm elections is facing Republican resistance in the Senate. Republican resistance in the Senate. Lawmakers like John Kennedy and Steve Danes, uh Danes, I think it's Dian Dan, yeah, warned that the $12 trillion uh cost, which is basically the amount of money it will cost him, will add to the country's national debt. House Speaker M. Johnson noted Congress has to actually vote and agree on that plan before any checks go out. Texas Congressman Keith Self recommended people save the money to pay for to for the inflation it could cause obviously Trump posted on Truth Social just like I delivered on the great big beautiful bill which everyone said was impossible to pass and $1,776 to our great military warriors. I will get the $5,000 for adult citizens if the Republicans win the the House and Senate. Just get out and vote. That's all he says. President G DJT. Now, let's talk about the UK. The push to break up the United Kingdom is growing. The United Kingdom uh uh uh basically countries like England, Scotland, and Wales, and Northern Ireland.
