What is mentorship?

foreign [Music]   to meet like that and to dive into those  relationships we're telling people to aim   higher try something new and go open your heart  because that's the beginning of where you go to   find you we Inspire but we also get inspired  we learn together we share together we really   do grow together we're like this great big  mentorship community Olami Mentorship is an   amazing opportunity it's more than a professional  network it's more than a life coach so much more   it gives me so much meaning it's lack of therapy  that's super super personal and it's really fun many people have come to us for guidance  in one area of their life but then they   stay for the breakthroughs it really  allowed me to look inwards and discover   more about who I am it's open doors for me  it's helped me make better decisions and I   feel a lot more accomplished than I would  have previously it's amazing it challenges   my assumptions and my thinking sometimes I  wonder who's the mentor and who's the mentee we believe in the power of the individual and the  superpower of the pair our partnerships propel us   further than we ever thought possible  our own potential surprises us every time [Music] we shape our entire  lives one conversation at a time [Music] inspiring and transforming lives [Music] I have no words to describe how it's changed  my life it's growth it's empowerment it's   Community you can have soulful moments  you can cry you can laugh all together   it just gives me a sense of purpose and belonging  like it's a part of me to learn about this and   to have someone guiding me through it and  for me this is the most important if I feel   complete I can be better for the people around  me and that's why it's the best impact [Music]
