kagome's family Shalom my name is Neil
from Oh Lemmy New York I'll explain a
little about Who I am so I'm a
second-year student at University I'm
very involved in Jewish life you know
where I keep every day which has been
something new for me I'm a lot of Torah
study and prayer and on top of all of
that I'm very involved in fighting for
Israel on my campus and the reason I
need to do that is because there are
people on my campus in my school in many
schools who seek to undermine the very
purpose of Israel as a Jewish state and
they really seek they're seeking to
undermine everything Daniel fought for
and I knew that this was Israel and it's
protection was something very important
to him it's important to me too so I'm
doing my very best here to make sure
that that won't be lost that you know
we're fighting for Daniel fighting for
what he fought for I'm gonna tell you
what I'm gonna do for Daniel because you
know I've read his his biography and it
was absolutely amazing I could tell that
he was such a special such a unique
person and I mean that seriously because
I could tell that Daniel was a very it
was sort of more of a reserved a quiet
person who prefer real action as opposed
to words and that's something so
important nowadays but you know it's
rare
which makes him so unique so I'm gonna
do a couple of things first thing I'm
going to do is tomorrow I'm holding an
event where were lighting candles for
fallen soldiers I'm gonna light a candle
especially for Daniel and tell his story
to the people there at the event next
week on Monday I'm going to dedicate a
session of Torah study and Daniels name
and tell people there who he was and
then on top of all of that I'm gonna
share his story on social media all my
friends on Facebook they're gonna read
who he was what he did
in the post they'll be able to donate
money and all the money that will be
raised will be donated to the IDF in
Daniels name
to the table I just want to say that
even though I've never met you I
appreciate you I love you on the oval
claim I never done it I really believe
that colophon was a bit isolated and
it's it's people like Daniel it's it's
his stories that inspire me you know
even after he's gone to to keep fighting
for as well to maintain my Judaism and
it's just so inspiring that I get to be
someone to share a story if you want to
stay in touch please let me know I'll be
very happy to come into Israel this
summer I'd love to meet you
love to talk about him and so thank you
thank you
