Olami Regional Ambassador Gaby Kinross Honoring Israel's Fallen

my name is Gabby Kinross I am 18 years old from Alami Johannesburg and I'm currently studying accounting science at Fitz University I am passionate about my community and for a year served on the Johannesburg Junior Council which is a nonprofit organization made up of two elected representatives from different cultural backgrounds where we work together to help the answer privileged people within our society my family and are passionate about Israel we visit regularly and as soon as we land in the country we feel an extreme sense of belonging and an immediate sense of freedom because Anaka lifestyles in South Africa where we have to watch our backs 24/7 because there's crab around every corner in Israel we don't have to give our safety a second thoughts and that's thanks to people like Osmonds elevates Osmonds elevates fought in the IDF he died tragically at the age of 21 in the Gaza conflict and ours together with other IDF soldiers sacrificed their lives so that people in Israel can go about their daily lives in peace and so that Israel can be a place where Jews from all over the world can come live as a nation together in harmony ours was a bold courageous father on his gravestone it is written that he was a king in his love strong like a leopard and lot as an eagle and his commitment to his values has inspired me to stay true to myself into my morals two of my core identities are my family and my Jewish identity and I have decided that the best way to incorporate and enhance these two is to keep sharpest with my family so my family and I will be keeping one Shabbos a month together in South Africa in other's memory Shiraz is family your son is a true inspiration his story devastated but inspired me and I would love to say hi with you if you would like to do so I'm so thankful to have had this opportunity to honor and commemorate him
