Great Campaigns Can't Fix a Broken Hiring Process

Sounds to me like you went through a very, very tough time, and that was actually what was your pivotal moment and shifted you into consulting. And so, um what was What did you end up doing with your old business? >> So So, I'll tell you what. What happened was that I while I figured this out, my clients, as a marketing strategist, were complaining to me of all the challenges they're experiencing, and it was very similar to what I experienced. So, I helped them and I realized that that's what my strengths are, and that's what I enjoy, and what that's what I'm good at. And I just shifted over all the way to the to doing that. The thing is that they were they would have successful marketing campaigns, whether we ran it or different campaigns, and and yet they're they were tight on cash flow, let's just say, right? So, there were fundamentals missing, hiring and managing people, right? They were growing and they were hiring, but they weren't hiring it from with a system and a process, right? >> Right. >> And most problems, most people problems, stem [snorts] from not hiring correctly and or not being clear what the business stands for, what the values are, and what everyone should be circling around and and and embodying, you know? So, so what I So, when I realized that, yeah, I decided to just go all in on that.
