Be proud by Marc Lasry at Olami Professional Circles

[Applause] you should be proud of who you are that's my view I don't and people will either respect you for or they won't you know like the big question I think for a lot of people is when you go interview you were a yarmulke all right especially to a firm that's if you're going to a firm that's not run by someone Jewish do you want to go in and wear a yarmulke by wearing a yarmulke you're sort of telling everybody you're religious and you're sort of telling everybody hey there's a lot of days I'm taking off there's a lot of holidays you've never heard of that I believe in believing it or not I mean that's my view is you are who you are be proud of it and ultimately people will respect you for that [Music]
