I think that's good. All right,
welcome to another episode of
Positivity. I was not at all in the mood
of recording an episode about Bashem.
There's one thing that makes our podcast
stand out, the Positivity Podcast, is
that we have a consistency. We have
almost 120 episodes, I believe. And I
try not to skip,
never to skip an episode. So, it's very
important. And I didn't have an episode
to put out. So, like I did in the past,
I'm putting out a solo episode tonight.
I like when I do put out a solo episode,
which means that I do it myself instead
of bringing on a guest. I like to write
down certain things that I'm going to
talk about, but I didn't even get a
chance at that. So, what I'm going to do
is I'm going to challenge the my
followers on Instagram. We have over
30,000 followers. I'm going to go live
and the questions that we get over there
will be the topics that we discuss. So,
we're going to do that right now. If you
don't follow me yet, feel free to um
feel free to reach to follow on
Instagram when you watch this. We're
going to go live
and make a stickle combination
between the live on Instagram and the
podcast. It's going to be very
interesting. So, let's do this.
So, let's see. I mentioned all my
questions. I have here my second phone
do and this will be the positivity
podcast. Let me write
um recording
a podcast
live.
Feel
free to submit
a
question.
Submit questions.
Okay, let's see what people are going to
say. A lot of people saying hi and sup.
Love you. Thank you for all the love.
Let's pin it. How do we pin it? Pin
comment. Okay. So, let's see what people
have questions about. We have a it's
about 72 people. So, I'm recording a
practice live and let's see if people
have any questions. will discuss oh the
topic you decide the topic the oil and
the audience is deciding the topic and
based on that we'll have a conversation
very worried why are you in the hospital
please fill us in oh okay that's a good
topic actually so for those who don't
know the last few weeks my mother has
been in the hospital what started as an
ulcer turned perforated ulcer um ulcer
is when you have um is when you have gas
in the stomach, but then it kind of
doesn't stay in one place. So, it can
cause complications and affections and
that's unfortunately what happened to
her. But the gitanias is that she's
feeling a lot better and we'll be coming
home shortly. So, that's very exciting.
It's interesting to know that health is
such an important thing. It's like
either you have it or you don't. Like I
I tried my protectia calling people
being famous nothing really helped and
it's very very frustrating when you want
somebody to feel healthy and
unfortunately the hospital in a sense
can sometimes be like a double-edged
sword. It's like you go over there to
get healing but at the same time it can
also be something that makes you feel
worse because you're not sleeping
properly. You're not you're not you know
you're you're under care of other
people. You can't take care of yourself.
So it can be really really
um stressful as well. And as much as I
try to call organizations and zak I give
credit to all the organizations
especially the proactive ones that like
like 247
um
mckimi those are the organizations that
they're just doing stuff but then the
organizations that there are other
organizations that are unfortunately
busier and you have to call them and
follow up and ask and keep on begging
whether it's organizations bigger names
that people know or individuals that
help, but it's not like in a proactive
way. They're not going to now take your
case and just do everything for you. You
got to call them and follow up. It can
be a very frustrating and sad uh
process. So, that's a little bit of what
I've witnessed, but thank you, Hashem,
that uh things are getting better. Mav
grateful for health. It's unfortunate to
Zane before mention in Lennox Hill
Hospital um how many Eden whenever I'm
there mama she I was there last night
the mama showed St.
I actually met a guy in the hospital
that
um I didn't even know that he is Jewish.
I didn't even know he's a Eid. And then
he's like just tells me.
So I said, "Get back."
And that's when I noticed that he's a
Eid. And I asked him how he's doing.
And he said that uh you know, it's hard
to see people that you love suffer. and
I agreed with him very much.
Um because that's that's what what it
was. And then I saw him go into a car.
He had a uh nice car driver. I wish I
could bring him on to the podcast and
hear his story cuz he seems like he he
reached some kind of success. Um but I
have no idea who it is. So yeah, if he's
listening to this, you want to be on the
podcast, reach out to me.
Okay. So, there's the mass of the
hospital. All right. So, now let's see.
I think there are a lot more questions.
How much?
Well, somebody's asking about my AP
watch. How much that is? It's a secret.
How do I see the questions? There are so
many. Did an episode.
That's terrible. You're a legend. Thank
you. Thank you. Thank you. Um, what is
your favorite restaurant? Oo, that's a
good question. I have an issue because I
really don't have a favorite restaurant.
I feel like that's the challenge. Do I
have a favorite restaurant? I don't
know. Milik Fly. And there's different
vibes. When people ask me which
restaurant should I go to, where are you
looking for? So there's different
locations, different vibes. Going for
more casual, you're looking for more
fancy, you want to go out and get
dressed, you want a cup, a burger,
what's the occasion? Are you celebrating
something?
Restaurant, although I've been, I think,
to every restaurant that there is. And
when there is a new one, I try to be the
first one over there. Um, and I usually
pay.
But, uh, it's very hard to say. It
really depends. Do you like fish? If you
like fish, you go to Sansakana in the
city. If you like uh if you like, you
know, casual fun finger food and for a
decent price, you go to Butcher Grill
House. You like Chinese, you can go to
China Club. You like Italian, you go to
Noidu Carne in the in the in the city.
Uh you like very fancy, you want to
dress up, you go to uh reserve cut in
the city. You know, it's it's very
different very different energies, very
different
uh vibes. So, you have to first
determine.
Um,
but then again, the question is valid.
What's my favorite restaurant? One of my
favorites is Wall Street Grill. I just
like the people there. I like the staff.
I like the vibe. Um,
that's one of my favorites. I like China
Glut. If you're looking for more casual,
it's also good people over there. Good
food, consistent.
So, yeah. Okay, let's see more
questions. There's so many messages
here.
Uh, the episode come out yesterday. No,
this is the episode for yesterday
basically. Where is my wife?
She's in the house.
Who do you host today? Hosting myself.
I don't know why this is so complicated.
Yeah. Why now? What about
spending time with your wife? Oh, thank
you.
Men do appreciate the advice. I think
the vibe is the thing. 100%. The at the
restaurant has a different vibe. I lost
the questions from before. If anybody
had questions,
favorite steak is a good steakhouse.
Nice house. Thank you. Appreciate the
compliment.
What's the reason that you're not
posting normal pictures from your wife?
She doesn't want or something about you.
Um, I think the simple reason is that
she doesn't want
and um, so I respect her choice and
that's pretty much it.
Are you a So really I went to Yeshiva.
My family's turned went to Shiva. Yeah,
you can call me maybe. Yeah.
Fine guys, if anybody has any questions,
feel free to ask. I'm happy to share my
opinion on stuff. Let me scroll down
here.
Yeah.
Does that sound mentioned how questions
I think? Yeah.
RSVP is also a good restaurant actually
a web media client. Yeah,
Sundays I don't like to do anything. I
just like to chill, wake up late, do
walk, do my daily walk and eat some
breakfast, go out with my wife and just
enjoy
record
live,
you know. Yeah. What's the best
steakhouse? I'm not too into steak.
What's the best steakhouse?
Is your wifeish?
She is
not. She's mad.
Why do you rent your own house? Oh,
people are going for personal over
there, huh? Um, why I rent my own house?
The simple reason is,
uh, it's a decision that I made that I
feel comfortable with. Uh but in carton
so that you understand
it's uh as as well as renting I'm
renting a house. Let's just say that I
uh that it's not necessarily my house.
So yeah podcast with who? Oh solo
podcast is I'm in Jerusalem and there's
currently sirens. Oh that's really scary
by the way. That's very scary. That's a
that's a good podcast idea by the way.
How it feels to be in Jerusalem right
now. Uh Yankee, if you want to if you
want to do a separate conversation,
maybe we should do something like that.
Are you planning to have kids? Mashem,
how much is rent your house for Shabas?
So, the house that I rent,
how much it is? It's reach out. Send me
a DM. I'll send you uh all the details.
What was the biggest challenge this past
month? Well, that's a good question. The
biggest challenge was um restructuring
Weber Media. Um restructuring the people
in the team, the way we do business and
basham, I think it's going very very
well. I feel very fulfilled. Um so I'm
very excited. I'm very happy with where
things are going. Bashem
Weber Media hiring.
So, Weber Media is constantly looking
for talent. If there's somebody that
comes and has good talent, something
good to bring to the table, then I'm
always down.
Who was your favorite podcast guest so
far?
It's so hard to say. 120 guests.
Some memorable guests that I had that
were like inspiring.
I love singers like celebrities. Those I
love like a dichki, Gel, Buzz Leaper,
Suri Green, those people to me are very
memorable. So even the viral ones like
uh you know Kimo episode was the most
viral episode. So that was pretty cool.
Um yeah, I feel like for me to have
somebody on the podcast is already a
favorite. I'm excited for tomorrow. By
the way, we're recording Michlazer.
as the possible you uh workshops. I'm
very excited for that.
Yeah. Does your wife work?
She's busy. Yes. Thank you.
Guess with who? Myself. What's the
bestitz? That's a good question. I don't
know. Banitz.
There's the Brooklyn spa. There is me
and Monty. There's uh Oakroom spa in
Williamsburg. There is the Moon Spa,
Moonhouse Spa in Jackson. So, I love I I
just love Schwvitzing. I love the whole
idea. I love how it makes me feel. It's
healthy.
Um do you have cameras in the house? How
do people No, no cameras.
Um
yeah, I'm I'm in I'm in. Yankees in.
Okay.
Do you
wear PJ? This is This is a regular
shirt.
Um
I think you will be great for street
vlogging.
So
please feel free.
Street vlogging. I go around. I do
vlogging.
I have I need a for my vlog channel. I
have a whole channel for vlogs. I need a
what to record. If you have a what I can
vlog, please comment. We have almost 100
people here. Let's see. What should we
do?
How do you deal with hard clients? Like
people that are never happy no matter
how much you'll do to make it right.
Um personally, I I don't have these kind
of clients in my life. I usually cut
them out, fire them before they can
leave me because it's uh as the way you
ask the question sounds the sh
frustrated
sound.
So it's either boundaries, the simple is
boundaries. You call them up and you say
and if not never be afraid to lose a
client like this. Just the opposite.
When you let go of a client like this,
you'll get five new healthier clients
because you're showing Hashem slash the
universe which is you're showing what
you're really for.
So that's that's what I do. What what I
personally do is I get rid of them. Do
you have a job for me? What kind of job
are you looking for? Every person that
asks me, do I have a job for them, I ask
them, what are you looking for that I
give you a job? It works that you decide
what it is that you want to do, what
you're passionate about, and based on
that you um
you try to find a job. If not, it just
if not, you just excuse me.
If not, then you um
you just go from job to job. Grill hard
is glazed. Tell me why or what?
Why don't you have
Why don't I have a what? The
conversation. Lots of people have
questions. They want to know about this
whole possible you. Yeah. Okay. Well,
we'll ask the questions. Isn't it right?
Did you cook Friday Shabas food? Yes. I
made the fish. It came out so
beautifully. I posted on my WhatsApp
status. Maybe I should post here on uh
on Instagram as well. I love making
salmon fish for Shabas. This is like my
newest thing. Uh, newest. I've been
doing it for about a half a year. Mosha
Felman taught me the recipe, the
original shvita. So, thanks to him.
Make another podcast with Naki Yavo,
please.
Um, maybe I tried when I make the
controversial ones, I feel like people
just take it out of proportion. They
don't necessarily appreciate it. A focus
made of the controversy of the
conversation. So, even if I bring up a
controversial person,
of the
entertainment focus of the oh it is
you know
judgments and I feel like it's just not
worth it I'm an audience name then why
do it
why don't you have male workers very
simple because majority of the videos
the work that we do is to create recipes
for certain companies so if you have a
male worker that wants to go shopping in
a grocery and prepare a brownie Okay.
Can take videos of it. Let me know.
Okay.
How's your mom getting better and
better?
Why do you have just said
what is your official job? I'm the CEO
and COO of Weber Media. We run an agency
that's here to share stories of specific
individuals and companies through social
media platforms like Instagram,
LinkedIn, even WhatsApp because Azoi
Canazai
this way they can grow they share their
story they have their own platform where
they can now a it's good for branding b
it's good for for online presence
relevancy and c it can also bring sales.
So yeah,
which car do you plan to take next? The
Mercedes GLE. That's what I'm thinking.
Audi Q7. Let's see.
Vlog. How you service?
How you survive when you are poor? Not
only when you have the time and money to
spend on expensive clothes and dining
in. Yeah, good point.
Yeah. Does your wife understand the
adish? I would say by now mostly. Yes.
It's a good idea to vlog. By the way, I
try I try very much to vlog. If you look
at my channel, the Weber official,
you'll see vlogs of me going to my first
shows. Uh the first show that I ever
spoke, I was like a guest at. Um it's
very interesting to see. There's a lot
of vlogs over there.
Should visit Melbourne, Australia. Yeah,
maybe one day.
Seems like she does. Yeah, she does
understand. How old are you? I am 28.
Antisantic questions. You seem stressed
and uptight. All good. Um, that's just
an uptight. I'm just a little bit tired,
but I made the commitment to record
podcast. So, we're here to record
podcast. Make some more mental health
topics podcast. I love your perspective
in these podcast you did in the P. Yeah,
I agree. I noticed that I shifted a
little bit away from there. Uh maybe
because I myself feel a little bit
better and healthier recently. But the
Maka we're doing with Glazer. So that's
going to be about mental health.
I try very much to bring everybody you
know
a little bit of all the topics.
Take an Audi RSQ8
please.
Um,
is that like the crossover? I don't like
I like a full SUV. Don't take the GLE.
Talking from experience.
Uh, send me a message if you don't mind
because that's a car that I was thinking
to take next.
What was the thought behind the Stram
post view? Yeah, it was views. It's very
interesting. People love it and I'm like
famous for it. So, I feel like it did
its job.
It's a great car. The the GLE. Thank
you. Okay, good to hear. See,
with whom are recording a podcast this
late? I'm recording with myself.
BMW X7. Yeah, it's a good car. It's very
big. I don't like such a good
uh I don't like such a big car, such a
big SUV. Would you host me on a show?
Potentially. Canada.
Is it hard for you to speak only English
at home? Not at all. I feel like English
is uh has become like my first language.
I use it in work. I use it uh I used
before Weber media I did construction
for three four years and I used majority
of the time I used English. Uh my family
always spoke English. So it's for me
it's like a very close second first
language. So, it's not so um it's not
hard at all.
Does your wife have a car? Yes. Why
didn't you have
women on your show lately? It's a very
good question. I I'll address the
question because for the Zelbur reason I
brought up women and instead mentions on
appreciating what women bring to the
table and their feminine side and their
whether it's healing or business or
whatever is people were just focusing on
the fact that it was a woman and oh as
he's sitting with a woman it was very
confusing to people especially my
audience has a lot of younger people
excuse me 13 14 15 year olds and it's
very confusing to them So, for now, I'm
taking a break from doing women and do
men. And anyways, majority of the
podcast were always men. They're more
likely to come up on camera. Um, so
that's pretty much it.
Did you work on yourself? I like to
believe so. Yeah. One day you said that
you close your phone at 7, the next day
you say you work 18 hours a day. Make up
your mind. So, it's very simple. Even
when I close my phone, I still have
either different phones that I can use
to go live taka or I can still sometimes
work on my computer or take notes or
write down things. Um, there's different
ways that I work. The concept of
shutting the phone is that I don't want
people bothering me or I want to be able
to talk to the people that matter to me
most and are closest to me. So, that's
why I shot my phone and I still do that.
How's your allergies?
I think it's a lot better. I haven't
felt congested in a while. I think I
think the season is over. I like to
believe so. Why do you keep saying you
have the biggest Yiddish podcast? Do you
know that's far from the truth? You also
have the least subscribers from
everyone. I don't think boasting about
yourself is a nice thing. So,
I hear what you're saying. Thank you for
that. Um, the way I measure is very
simple. I go to the views. There is not
that many Yiddisha podcast first of all.
So there's about maybe
I don't know six or seven podcasts if I
can list all right. I'm thinking on top
of my head I'm thinking latest talks
cast podcast that I love. There's
push-up shot and London. There's t from
um science.
There aren't many
very nice guy. games episode.
Um, very good podcast.
My podcast happens to be has both, but
my podcast is mainly any dish. And if
you look at the views, every YouTube
channel will tell you how many views the
channel has. And the fact is that
positivity has, I believe at this point,
close to two million views, which is
more than latest talks or any of these
other platforms. Um, so that's how I
calculate that it's the most. We also
did the most episodes. So I'm I'm
calculating it by the number of episodes
and by the number of views. I think that
that's that's fair to say that would
make it a number one podcast. Um,
and I'm not here to brag about myself.
This is bragging about the audience, the
Bashan. We have a tremendous audience of
people that enjoy the podcast and I'm
grateful for that. So yeah, if you have
any questions or disagree with me,
please let me know.
Okay, do a podcast with Naomi
Sati. Check her out. Tell me more about
DM. Let's see. What number are you in
your family? I'm the oldest.
Okay.
Which car do your wife drive?
Also an Audi. Why don't you take a
Tesla? I was thinking about it. Tesla.
I don't if they would have maybe a
comfortable SUV, then maybe I would do
it. I don't like the car.
So yeah, by the way, everybody that's
joining, welcome, welcome, welcome. Why
don't you sit at podcast with men on
sofa like you did with women?
Um,
I'm not sure to what you're referring
to. I'm not sure. I I think that I also
sat with men on a sofa. I remember we
did with GCNY back in the day. So, I
don't think there was a difference of
where we sat um when it was a man or
when it was a woman. If you noticed the
difference, maybe it's something that
you noticed. You know,
what's the point of closing your phone
if you have other phones? There's a work
phone and there's a private phone. I
think every person should have that.
Okay.
Why are you now? Where are you now? I'm
in my house. Are you a spender? I like
to I believe that I like to spend my
Okay. All right.
Mrs. in Jerusalem right now. Yes, I
know. Oh, I know. Sorry. Just got out of
the shelters.
Yeah, very sorry to hear. I hope
everybody is safe.
Um,
yeah.
How did you and your wife meet? Oh, so
I've shared the story a few times
already. We met through Instagram
and um first we became friends. We went
out and when we noticed that we enjoyed
each other's company, we decided let's
make a
um let's start dating. So we dated for
another couple of months and eventually
we got engaged for
early lately seem to be making mistakes
like pina scarta
or misuse the word come visit
intentionally
I know we all make mistakes it's uh hard
to say you know do a podcast with your
wife maybe maybe one Okay. Who's the
next guy that you will interview? Oh,
just said
very excited for that one. Your answers
are spot on. Thank you. Appreciate the
compliment.
What do you do to control anger? It's a
good question. Imm
I don't think it's something I've
struggled with. So, I think I'm a very
calm person. It runs on my family.
So, feel grateful for that.
Okay.
Okay, that's about it. That was very
nice. Thank you all for joining. Really
appreciate you all for being here. We
had hundreds of people that came and go
that came and went. You said you'll
share
marriage still waiting. What do you want
me to share? I'm constantly sharing. I
try my best. So, yeah.
Have a wonderful night.
And um
yeah, it's been real. Oh, I want to make
the roll for the podcast. It's
record.
