They make a killing. The old owners are laughing all the way to the bank. If I tell you I believe that's when I got placed on the map, both positive and negative. A lot of feedback. Some people said, "Oh, you know, you're saying things that people are thinking." They didn't want to say it. Some people said, "You know, you're putting you're throwing some of us under the rug. You know, this industry, we have to protect each other, watch each other." But it's really this phenomenon. Every administrator has that ambition. Some of them are successful. Some of them it's an abject disaster.
